He always tells me first before doing any work. Kind pleasant..he also tells me, when I think I need a tune up.. He tells me that right now you dont need a tune up..but other places would just do it anyway not countyline garage. They dont do it unless you need it.. Thats why they are so busy. Thats is why I go to them.

Theres no doubt that this is the best little auto fix-it shop in the area. Fast, friendly service. They are experts on A/C work and anything else. Definitely check them out. They also replaced our spark plugs and the little jeep runs perfect. ice cold a/c. The compressor had been leaking and needed replacement. Prices are pretty good considering. Way cheaper than the dealer. Anyways, you cant go wrong with County Line Repair!

This place is so great! Their parking lot is packed for a reason. They give fair prices and work fast. It is refreshing to have the ability to be honest when discussing vehicle issue. They will tell you what is wrong without trying to oversell anything. Their prices are the best in the area as well. I hope they change nothing about their business practice.

I had a great experience here. Brought my SUV in because I was concerned it might have a leak in radiator, thank goodness that wasnt the case. Guys checked it out and had it back to me same day. Changed my oil and let me know the other mechanics were putting the wrong oil in it. Great service.

I dont remember if I have reviewed these guys before but if I have, Im about to give them 5 stars again. This is a great shop. Honest and fair, no BS and pricing is reasonable. They just fixed a problem on my wifes Jeep that was hard to diagnose and stubbornly wouldnt repeat for them. But they figured it out and got it right. They get all of our business and for good reason.

They werent able to help me with what I needed, but recommended a place that they thought would be the best option.

Great place, very honest and reasonable prices, they only fix things that need fixing nothing else, I’ve been going here for a while now and never had an issue, I have taken my cars here when I think there is a problem, they check it, they run a computer diagnose and at times there is nothing wrong with the car, they don’t make up things like other shops do just to take money and they didn’t charge me anything, they have work on my cars and sometimes it’s something small and simple and then again NO CHARGE, this is the only place I go to, it’s really hard to find a shop that you trust and know that they are there to help you and not take advantage of you to make a quick buck. Try them, you won’t regret it.

I really appreciate the honest work, and price of each one of my car issues. Had someone tell me my alternator and battery was bad. Was gonna cost me approximately 750$. Took it in and it was only 350$ with oil change. Wasnt my alternator at all. I trust what they say when they say it. No scam here. Ladies can feel safe taking their car here. At least I do.

I had such a pleasant experience at this business today. The owner is a very welcoming guy with a naturally inviting personality. He makes you feel very comfortable & that you are a valued customer, no matter what type of work theyre doing on your vehicle, whether it is just changing tires or doing work on your engine. The employee that worked on my vehicle today was super nice & kept me informed of the progress; in fact, they both did! They had other vehicles they were working on, but they managed to fit my vehicle in and still get their other jobs completed within the allotted time frame. They were both very knowledgable, answered any questions I had and I felt the prices for services were MORE than reasonable. Sometimes, it is difficult to trust repair shops or what they tell you is the problem with your vehicle. I felt this shop to be very down to earth & that I could trust them to be honest and fair. They did not disappoint!! I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing or wanting their vehicle serviced. The County Line Auto Repair is a valuable asset to their community. These guys are absolutely wonderful! Not only did they send someone to come tow my truck from job even though I wasnt able to be there, but the next day when it was fixed let me pay over phone and made sure Id be able to get my vehicle back even though they were closed. Which with my schedule was absolutely great. Not to mention that compared to other places they dont screw u over on price or try to up charge u. Will be using them if I ever need them in the future!

GREAT SHOP! Its hard to find honest mechanics anymore. I would definitely recommend this place. Ed is very polite and takes his time explaining whats going on with your vehicle even though he is very busy. He seems to love his job and strives to make people happy. He saved me a lot of money and I still got my truck fixed the right way. They even came to pick me up right away when he found out I would be walking up there to pick up my truck (a service they dont normally provide). I found my new shop and wont be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else. THANK YOU COUNTY LINE AUTO.

The owner, ED, is always pleasant, kind and courteous, as well as his staff. He goes out of his way to assist you. May take awhile to obtain service, but he is always fair and HONEST. He is busy, but always has time to answer your concerns. I find him to be a very qualified mechanic.

Fast diagnostic repair. i been around the block regarding auto repair shops in SH but i was quite impress with the turnover of diagnosing my car, literally in less than 24 hours they called me and told me that it would be fixed on the same day, thats insane! too good to be true in my opinion, but you guys just earned my trust and my business, well done. keep on the awesome work

Terrible place after they change my air filter they broke the cap that holds it. And said that they would replace it but never did. It been almost 3 months. There are not good mechanics.

Stopped by to get my air conditioning checked out, was blowing warm. Ed checked a few things, added Freon, checked for leaks and sent my away a happy customer. I found a great shop to use now.

We have had numerous repairs made there and appreciate their service and pricing. First couple of times of using their service, I would check elsewhere for competitive pricing, but in the end, Jeff and Ray are #1.

Now that Ray is not in the shop, the service is excellent, Ray was ripping me off, Jeff was very honest & the nicest person you could ever meet.

My break lights were both out. I stopped in with no appointment and the mechanic tried a bulb replacement. This did not work . I was asked if I could return in the morning. I did come back and after a diagnosis the problem was a bad fuse. All fixed at a very fair and honest price.

My family and i have been going to Jeffs garage for over a decade, but never again will i after yesterday. After having spent $1000 on repairs for my car i took it home and had to bring it back because the car had no power. I ended up having to take it to the dealership because the ignition needed reprogramming but the dealership also showed me my right front axle was leaking oil very bad and that i was lucky my tire didnt seize up. Jeffs shop had my car for 3 days, and i was not noticfied of the axle problem. So never again will i take any of my vehicles to that shop. Its a shame Jeff isnt running the shop anymore.
