You might as well just Uber or Lyft. I thought I was saving money by doing a ride share like this but you’re really not in the long run. They pick up other people at other terminals (red AND blue) from TIA which makes you wait to get home. Although they are very accommodating with flight changes, I would much rather Lyft or Uber home instead of deal with this. They made me wait 30 minutes to do the ride share and then I had to wait another 30 minutes to pick up other people at another terminal. Only use this service if you’re willing to wait for others and pay the same price that you would for an Uber/Lyft. I will not be utilizing this service ever again.

I have experienced excellent service from the folks at J&M Limo ever since I began using them about 10 years ago. They have been timely and efficient. I have always made my flights in plenty of time. The drivers are a varied crew and I enjoy meeting them. I recommend J&M Limo for reliable Tampa airport transportation. Im told they also provide in-town transportation, for example to help seniors do their weekly shopping. Good service.

Just got off the phone with the most unhelpful and unfriendly receptionist at J&M. This was the last straw! Previously, I endured a driver butting into my personal conversation by giving his unwanted political and personal opinions (let’s just say hes’s not a fan of homosexuality). I was going to give them another chance but not after the way I was just spoken to on the phone. I have a large family presence in Timber Pines and will happily spread the word about the awful service received from J&M

Using their service since 2005! never missed a flight and thedrivers have always been friendly I have used them over 45 timessince then and they always treated me right, I still fly back to NYfrequently since we moved to spring Hill and I would recommendthem as long as you set up your service in advance its never aproblem. Price are fair and Vehicles are in good condition. Bo,David, Bill & Mark have been my drivers in 2017-2018 they allare Super!!!!

Completely unprofessional. The woman that answers the phone should be fired. Gave my weekly town car service to another company.

Wow. Used a lot of Limo services. Got our luggage, went outside, and called. Told i was in the wrong spot and to go back inside to another pick up point. (Why was the driver not waiting for us by the baggage claim?) Went to the other spot. That was wrong as well. Driver had to circle and come back to get us. Shows up in a van. NOT a limo or even a car. Then the side entry doors that you get into are damaged. Hes kicking the doors from the inside while Im pulling on the outside to get in. Never, ever, will I use this Limo service again. Unfortunately Google makes you give at least one star. Oh, and it felt like I was in an unbalanced washing machine the whole way home.

Just do Uber, you can call them if your plans change last minute and its past 8pm

This morning as I was turning on to County Line road from 19 the driver who was ON THE PHONE decided to turn into my lane almost side swiping me - get better drives - get off the phone - pay attention while your driving - if I didnt stop short and swerve - he would have hit me
