We had an extremely early flight and a very late return flight that was out of our control and Art was there with a smile and warm greeting both times. The cleanliness and comfort of our vehicle was perfect....our overall experience was spot on! We will use his company over and over ...especially since traveling is getting back to “normal”! We are so appreciative and thankful that their is a company out there that gives you one thing you do not have to worry about when you travel ( the to and from) and they give you an overall great experience 😉...I am grateful we have this option for all of our “into Nashville/airport “ needs!

They arrived 25 minutes early. Short of it- we ended up forgetting a suitcase at home and didn’t realize till we were at the airport. They went out of there way to get my husband back home and back to the airport on time for the flight and luggage made it too. Top notch. Highly recommend. I contacted Concierge via text on Sunday, June 27, 2021 (after placing an online request prior). I gave them the details of my departure date & time. I received a response indicating the cost and ask if I would like to book the reservation. I responded yes. I sent another text asking when will I be picked up. No response. I texted again on June 28 stating that the suggested time for travelers to arrive is 120 mins before departure. As of this review, July 9, 2021, I have not received a response. I had to make other transportation arrangements. I am deeply disappointed as I was planning a trip for my birthday and wanted to add this special service as a treat to myself.It is highly unlikely that I will recommend Watkins service. When he had the mattress store, I supported him by purchasing a mattress.When you have expectations of others, except to be disappointed. At least in this case, I certainly was disappointed.

This review is long overdue as my family and friends have been using Concierge Ride for years. Art, his wife and their team provide exceptional service. Not only are they always early but also very professional. We’ve used Concierge Ride for transportation to and from the airport for work, vacations and also for fun nights out downtown. Art’s SUV’s are always clean and black tie worthy! If you’re looking for transportation of the highest quality, Art is your guy!

I used to park at the airport until my company wanted me to temporarily relocate to NYC for three months. I used Concierge and Ive been using them for all my business trips. Theyre always courteous and professional and reliable. I highly recommend them.

We requested a black Cadillac to pick us up from our wedding and whisk us away. The ride was very affordable, the car was super clean and beautiful, but we were most impressed with the driver, Adam. He was so sweet and patient. We asked him to make a stop at our house so we could change and grab our luggage, only to find that we were locked out! In the hustle of the day, we had both given our car keys away, and neither of us had a house key! Adam offered us cold water to drink and made conversation with us while we waited for someone to bring a key from the venue. He was super understanding, and told us to take our time, even though it was 11pm. He drove very well, played quiet music, and just let us catch our breath and visit quietly in the back seat. He knew we were happily exhausted from the day, and took very good care of us. Thank you for bringing a little taste of Detroit to my Southern Plantation wedding- my grandfather would be so proud to know we left in style. He sold Cadillacs in the Motor City many years ago. Thank you for bringing a bit of my family’s heritage, and a bit of my Midwestern home to our big day. And, thank you, Adam for your kindness and patience. We will definitely we calling you for my daughter’s wedding next year! ❤️

At the end of our magical wedding night my new wonderful husband surprised me with an Aston Martin get away car. The driver Art, was a incredibly professional and friendly. He ensured I (and all of my dress) got in the car safely. The car was absolutely beautiful, clean, and fairly roomy for a sports car. I have 4 young kids and I joined CRTN as a driver last fall when my youngest started kindergarten. My husband and I have been clients since we relocated here to Spring Hill so it’s definitely not new to us. Art and Carolyn have been amazing to work for and the clients are a lot of fun. It’s truly been a perfect fit for me and my family.

BEWARE DO NOT USE CONCIERGE RIDE TN. I booked Concierge Ride TN for transportation from a wedding in Columbia, TN to my home in Nashville, TN. As per my request and confirmation my party was to be picked up at 10:45. At 10:30 I received a text from the owner of the company stating that my driver was running late due to the weather (it was raining) and that he would arrive at 10:57 (12 minutes past the agreed upon pick up time). At 10:57 I sent the owner a text stating my driver was still not at our pick up location. A couple of minutes later the driver called me and stated he was there. He wasn’t. He had been sent to the wrong location and was 20 minutes away from our actual location. It just so happened that Concierge Ride TN was also providing shuttle service for the wedding we were attending to a hotel in Spring Hill, TN. The owner was providing the shuttle service and quickly realized I was a customer who was waiting on a driver that had been sent to the wrong location. We then packed into a shuttle with multiple other people to get us to a hotel in Spring Hill to meet up with our driver who would take us the rest of the way to our designated location in Nashville. When we arrived at the hotel in Spring Hill the driver was rude and incompetent. He argued with the owner over taking us to our location and did not have our address. The owner, Arthur, stated multiple times that he was sorry for the mishap and that it was his fault. He stated he had changed the name of the venue in our “calendar invitation” and then that evening changed the address to match the incorrect location. Again, in my booking of the service I provided the correct name and street address of our pick up. We finally arrived home an hour after our scheduled drop off. The next day I emailed Arthur stating I expected a full refund for our horrible service. He stated that he would give me a 50% refund because the driver did end up dropping off our party at the correct location. He stated via email that I would receive the 50% refund the next day. I did not. I sent another email asking where my refund was when he responded by saying he hadn’t had time to meet with their lawyer in order to draft a refund agreement. I paid in full to be picked up at a specific location at a specific time. Concierge Ride TN did not pick us up at our location or on time. When booking a car service that’s the only thing that matters and this company not only failed horribly to do that, but has been extremely difficult to deal with after the fact. Do not use Concierge Ride TN.

Concierge Ride TN is one of the best car services I have ever used. They are always on time, their cars are super clean and they are simply top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Art and his drivers are simply hands down the best! We live out in college grove and travel often. He makes the 3:15AM pick ups right on time and with a smile on his face. Our family is so grateful for all he does for us and our driving needs! Call him! You won’t be disappointed.

We were a large family group, arrived into BNA and were picked up in two cars by Concierge Ride. BOTH drivers were on time, and both of themwere GREAT! Our driver was personable, funny, a very SAFE driver, and my kids liked their driver so much they were texting me from the other car during the ride saying how AWESOME their driver was!
