These people are easy to talk to, and most of all they care! Killing bugs may take longer than you want but they are thorough enough so you dont have to worry about bugs again!!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. This is the second time we’ve have Brandon out to inspect when we were worried that we had a bug problem and each time he was incredibly considerate and kind and informative. He throughly examined every room, explained what he was looking for and was genuinely happy for us each time when he found nothing.It was incredibly reassuring each time and empowering to have the knowledge of what to look for from an expert. I could not recommend their services more and will am so grateful for his kindness to an incredibly freaked out stranger.

Ever since the Orkin buy-out customer service and experience has gone down hill. I have since cancelled my services with Prime (Orkin) and have found another pest control company that cares about their customers. If you are looking for quality service by a company who cares about the quality of their work this is not the place.

This company is great. Fees are appropriate, they do what they say they are going to do. The technicians are nice and professional. I have used them for three different rental properties for ants, spiders and 1 property for bedbugs. They also took care of my personal residence. Great friendly group.

They came to my duplex couple days ago to do a bedbug treatment in the whole complex. Im not upset about the treatment they did. Im mad that when I came back into my house. I had standing water everywhere, they used a whole roll of my toilet paper. Put a new roll on before I left at 8 am when I came back 12 hours later. There was none left. A couple of my kids toys were broken. And the utility drawer under my stove was broken by them too. Also left a ton of cigarette butts around the property. They seem to have no respect for the homes they are doing the treatments in.

We called everywhere and the only company that would come out to our rural home was Prime Pest Control. Over the phone, they gave the impression that not only would they set numerous bait stations for mice, but they would do a big walk around the house and seal up the perimeter in order to keep mice out of our home. We were so excited to finally get the knowledgeable help in dealing with our situation.They showed up to our home, barely did a walk through the house, and set about 7 bait stations. 4 were placed on each side of the outside of the house, 1 in the crawl space right at the entrance, and 2 small ones (1 in dining room and 1 in bathroom). This process took maybe 15 minutes.We had already pinpointed that the mice were getting into our home under the kitchen sink somehow. Not one bait station was placed in the kitchen. They refused to go into the crawl space or look into anything. And to top it off, it cost us $300+ just for the 15 minutes of placing the 7 traps! I could have done that myself for so much less!This company also has horrible customer service. We were told to call them back 1 month from the placement of the stations in order to make a follow-up appointment. We called 6 different times throughout 3 week with no answer and no response to our voicemails. This was 3 months ago. They just called us to tell us if we dont make a follow-up appointment, they would be voiding our contract with them and they will need their plastic stations back. After all that, no we will not be making that follow up appointment.All in all, I would not recommend them at all. They didnt show any interest in actually sealing the home, as they had made it seem would be done. They didnt follow through with what they told us would actually be done. They provided horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed in this company. They deserve ZERO stars.

Our apartment managers failed to provide us with any instructions as to what needed to be done prior to a heat treatment. So when they showed up we were totally unprepared. The gentleman walked me through what needed to be done and also did a walk through himself, removing items that were flammable etc. Even though they got a late start (Which was our fault, not theirs.) They still finished early. The gentleman had a long conversation with us prior to and following the treatment and was great about answering any questions we had. He was very patient with us, despite our being unprepared. Also, our pest issue was due to an infestation in the apartment next to ours spreading into our apartment and likely others. The management failed to provide Prime Pest Control with that information. But once informed, they made a call to management to inform them of all the need to know info. Long story short, they did a great job, were professional, courteous, informative, patient, and thorough. Five Stars.

Prime pest control has been servicing my home and business for almost a year. We had a really bad mice problem and they took really good care of us. We just love how knowledgeable, friendly and respectful Prime Pest Control is. If you have a pest problem dont go anywhere else before you check them out. These guys know what theyre doing and they get it done ! Everyone we dealt with was amazing, from the secretary to the inspector to exterminators themselves everyone was just wonderful .

About two months ago we bought a house and came to the surprise that it had termites in it. So we hired prime pest control to take care of them. As they were at our place spraying they hit our water line in our back room as it did bother me that they broke it thankfully they assured me that they will have a plumber come out the next day to look at it and they will fix it. The next day came and after the plumbers looked at the hole they cut out of our back room where they hit our pipe we were told that the plumbers needed to order a part and it should only take a couple days to get it in and to fix it. For the next couple of weeks they never called us to give us a update on the plumbers we had to contact them every time just to figure out if they will ever be over to fix the pipe so we can have the hole patched. Not once did they call us or even tried to create a solution to get thier mistake fixed. All we got was we are waiting on the plumbers it would have been nice if they were the ones keeping us updated on the problem not us having to keep on calling just to see whats going on. Shows the lack of customer service and care we got from thier mistake. So we hired our own plumbers and back charged them because we got tired of waiting and holenis still there. We became done of trying to contact them and are probably going to patch it ourselves. It appears they wont communicate with us.

I had a heat treatment, rather was forced to have a heat treatment on June of 2017. Because my neighbor above me had bed bugs. So this was not due to me having any bugs but I was forced to have it done by the property manager. My entertainment stand was damaged due to this process. I report it to my property manager and they had maintenance come out with an employee from prime past control. Was found that their process was the cause and I was assured it would be replaced or paid for. I spent 15 months letting my property manager deal with them with no avail. So I decided I would step in and deal with it myself. Lance, the manager at prime, returned my calls promptly and informed me he would deal with this personally. And it was ok at first. He emailed me around the 4th of December telling me that the check had been sent by the insurance company to his office. Here we are on the 23rd of January and I have heard nothing from him. I have sent multiple emails texts and phone calls to his cell and office and no response from him. I was told one time when I called his office that I needed to be patient. I have been patient for 18 months. This is ridiculous. Im at a loss for how horrible this company is handling this situation.

This company used to be great! Ever since they became an Orkin owned company they have become garbage just like orkin. Call the office to talk to a manager and you feel like your the one has done something wrong and then some guy who said he was the General manager gets on the phone and just talks out his A$&. So so sad. All my friends use to be customers as well but now have moved on. I guess sometimes bigger isn’t better

I’m not to happy with there ways of treating the property of my things lots of damage of my personal property.It took me 3 months to come up with 350.00 for a dresser they broke. And my closet doors are broken we can’t close the doors.And my table got brokeThey did a good job but I’m not going to trust them with my things.

They were hired by our apartment management to treat the entire two buildings for bed bugs after they were found in the basement. We live on the 2nd floor. They were going to be doing heat treatment is all we were told. So we packed up what they said couldnt be heated, put my plants outside in front of our building where I thought they would be safe. Left some loose clothes in vented laundry baskets and left our beds the way they were because their directions didnt tell us any different.We came back to an apartment that looked like it had been burglarized. Our beds were turned over half hazard laying on our other items. Our clothes were thrown onto the floor. My sons room looked like a tornado had gone through it. Not only that but I found two of my expensive bath sheets on our bathroom floor soaking wet with God knows what. They didnt mention it to us just left the soaking wet towels on the floor in a very hot apartment. They were hanging up dry when we left. We also could smell chemicals and was informed they had sprayed some. Our plants had been literally thrown across the sidewalk/grass area. The items that were removed because they couldnt be heated were left outside unattended as well. our screens were not put back on correctly and I had to pick up isolation around my apartment left by them. My box fan had been damaged, either by being dropped or them dropping something else on it.Then our son started to develop splotches over his body. It came to a climax on the second night home. At first I thought they were mosquito bites from having the windows open to vent. We went to the ER to be told he was having an allergic reaction to whatever the company sprayed. When I contacted the company they said that this would be the first time Ive ever seen that happen are you sure that it isnt from something else?...instead of something like Im sorry that your son is having a reaction we havent experienced that before and I hope it resolves quickly which would have been more appropriate. . He also stated that they only sprayed at the doorway which I find peculiar as I didnt know bed bugs knocked only. I had contacted them to get the name of the chemical that they used so that I have it for medical reasons as my son is obviously highly sensitive to it.Seems like the company doesnt have much in the way of customer service. Im giving them a two star because apparently they did get rid of the bed bugs..though we never had any.

As my, 9 month pregnant daughter and her two children, were beginning to move into their newly rented apartment, she found a bug in the vacant bathroom sink.We called Prime Pest Control to identify a bug. The secretary, Manda, was very polite, professional, and kind.Even though we called on a Saturday, Prime Pest Control sent an inspector out same day. He had already worked a long day, yet he still stopped by on his way home at 7:30PM. He did identify the bug as a BED BUG! He then inspected the entire apartment, finding several more - He even found one painted onto the freshly painted wall.Even after spending his evening inspecting the apartment, he was still very patient with us while we stood there asking him all of our panicked questions. Carl answered all of concerns very thoroughly and professionally.After all the time the inspector spent with us there was NO CHARGE! ☺ :)I am very impressed with this company and I will be recommending them to all of the adjoining apartments.FOLLOW UP:The apartment community, Forest Creek in Wandemere is saying that my daughter must have brought the bed bugs with her into the apartment.Forest Creek also stated, ...their bug guy inspected the apartment and found no bugs... We took several pics of bugs inside of their apartment, including the one adhered to the wall.HUGE THANK YOU to Carl and Prime Pest Control for finding the bug that Forest Creek had painted to the wall prior to my daughter ever walking into that apartment.We will be posting more as this story progresses.

Craig was so wonderful! He was very flexible, kind and provides very thourough education on an issue my daaughter was having in a place my she was renting. He was willing to talk to the owner of the apt complex to get the issue addressed. He goes above and beyond and was great to work with. Thank you!

Scared the crap out of me. If I hadnt got off the side of the road and into the dirt it would have been very bad.
