Performed a bird nest removal from stove hood vent. Quickly and efficiently removed and cleaned the area, and installed a heavy duty wire mesh screen to prevent future nesting. Additionally, installed two other mesh screens in bathroom vents up high at little to no extra cost. Highly recommended!

Great service and super fast! Jevon explained why the birds were nesting in my exterior vent, the process he would go through to fix the issue, and what I needed to get to replace the flaps. I am very happy with the service Critter Control provided. I would definitely use them in the future.

They were prompt and identified the problem and quickly resolved it by removing the nests and screening in the vents. Service completed in a timely manner and they didn’t have to come inside the house.

I hired Critter Control to inspect our house and to remove a bird’s nest from an outside vent. I’ll start by saying the customer scheduling/service employees were awesome. Very kind, professional and prompt with correcting our issue. However, the technician they sent did subpar work. We bought a netting for them to net off the vent to prevent future netting. Instead of removing the vent the technician tried to force the netting through the vent, which broke the vent panels. He left without saying anything about he breakage of the vent panels. During the inspection he seemed very timid and didn’t seem to do a thorough job. He barely got under our crawl space and barely worked his way up into our attic from a step stool, leaving behind finger prints on our ceiling just to be told “yeah there’s some mice poop”. Once I discovered our outside vent was no longer covered, I called corporate office where they immediately took care of the issue. The technician called me and I explained the situation to him. He then told me with it being up so high that it shouldn’t be an issue if rain, snow or other elements wouldn’t get in. I told him I understand that but I want the original vent covers places back on. It wasn’t until then did I learn they actually broke during the installation. He complied and stated he would be out to “fix it.” Him and a partner returned that day to cover the vent. One of the panels wasn’t fit properly and is slightly bent and sticking out and they don’t match the paint of the house - so we’re going to have to replace it anyways. I wish they weren’t randomly broken during the installation. Overall, the work quality seemed average at best (if I’m being forced to rate work that destroyed our original vents) but corporate seemed to be on top of their game. Will I seek this company out again? Probably not but they did solve a problem I had just with really poor quality work.

Last year the yellow jackets were so bad, they were taking over the wasp nests! After they came out, there werent any yellow jackets, wasps or hornets- just nice, eco-friendly bees! This year, it looks like it will be another bad year for buzzy-biteys. Im so grateful Critter Control came out so I have one less BIG stress for the summer!

My house was built in 1917 and had a ton of spiders when I moved in. I don’t see any now with routine sprays. They also help me keep the mice out. Definitely their service is worth having done regularly.

The pest control technician came to our home and we had quite a conversation about voles, moles and ground squirrels and although we don’t need someone right now I really appreciated his expertise and his patient explanations and will definitely call Critter Contril as soon as we have a problem again.

Seem to be very knowledgeable

Critter Control helped me with squirrels that were in my attic running around and constantly scratching at things. They located where the squirrels were entering and exiting and repaired and improved it.

Everyone that we’ve had the please of working with us always on time and very professional. Since starting with Critter Control we haven’t seen any bugs inside and it’s amazing!

Needed skunk removal for a rental property. They told me it would cost me 90 dollars just to get someone to assess the situation, but that I could apply the balance to the job. Whatever, I figure theyll quote me 3-400 bucks and life goes on. The next day I get an invoice for 1100 dollars... Totally absurd, confirmed through independent price research. Called the next company I found and was quoted $329 tax included over the phone. Now Im out 90 bucks...great.

We have tough situation to get rid of skunks. Our large front entryway is concrete and only a varying foot or two above rock. The critters can get in there but there is not enough space to crawl under to retrieve them. But they can get out most anywhere on the perimeter of the porch which makes it a lot of work to barricade the entire area with Stainless Steel Wire which in the end is what Critter Control did, along with installing a One-Way door to let the Skunk out . Jevin persevered making a few trips here to create the perfect barrier & we are very pleased to finally be rid of this nuisance. We hade a previous company come, saying they would come back which they never did & after all that tried to charge us $200.Big Thanks Jevin & Critter Control!
