I appreciate you guys reaching out several times even though I kept missing the calls. I let you know to call me if you had any issues and you did. Came home after work to a clean house and it smelled good not like cleaning products. Wish the floor in the bathroom was cleaner but it was simply not possible with the 2 hour time frame. I appreciate not spending the entire time trying to fix the bathroom floor and moving on to the other areas. For the 2 hour service time period I paid for I would say it was well worth the expense. I was very pleased with this co. upon my first use of their services (deep clean). Nicole and Chandra were great. They arrived within the designated time frame, were very professional, and were as quiet as possible, as I was working from home that day. While they were cleaning the main floor in the afternoon, I retreated upstairs to continue working. I didnt even hear them leave! They left a nice note on my coffee table, describing what they did and what they worked on most. I noticed a few areas they missed re: dusting and window cleaning, but I think that will improve upon subsequent visits as they get to know my house and me. All communication prior to their visit was equally professional and timely. I appreciated Noah squeezing me in the schedule so that Id have a clean house before my weekend party. It was so nice to only have to worry about food prep!

I wanted to wait to post for it to be over a month. They have been so communicative, prompt and done an amazing job! I have a lot of my plate right now and am an adhd disaster. I was really nervous to have my home cleaned because I didnt have any time to tidy it before the girls came over, I had very little expectations about the outcome and I was embarrassed and worried about it all day. When I got home the house looked amazing! I cant believe the job they did and the little touches that Braelyn and Isabella left throughout the house made me feel so great about having this service, they even left a little note telling me that they enjoyed cleaning my home. This was the first time in 5 months of hiring them that they actually sent people, Trinity & Serenity, who are capable of cleaning thoroughly. Although they did forget to empty the trash bins in some rooms, they actually bothered to move stuff around on countertops and clean instead of cleaning around them, like some of their previous girls did and claimed it was their policy not to move things to clean, which I had to complain repeatedly about before. Ill have to see how the next round of their cleaners do. Different girls are sent each time.

I was so happy to come home after a long weekend to a clean house! This was our first time using your company and I was very pleased! Your staff was professional and thorough and everything that I had asked for got taken care of. The parts of housecleaning that always fall through the cracks for us are things like baseboards and grease stains on the stove, but your staff took care of those for us on top of everything else, and helped to get our house back to what it was before a toddler and a pandemic! This was a spectacular experience, and I am now interested in scheduling monthly cleanings.

I love having the house clean, and the girls work hard. There are surfaces that get missed for dusting, but those will get dusted the next time. I am quite happy with the job they do. As a plus, having them clean has left me with energy to do other, more fun things!

I was excited to have some help cleaning my home. I hired this service to clean my home every other week. The first service was difficult because one of the workers had a horrible attitude and became very angry when the electrician was in our kitchen - and so she was excused from cleaning the kitchen. I called the service to ask a question, and was kind of told off by Michelle for not having the optimal conditions for her workers. Their policy is to not clean while any other providers are in the home. I explained about the issues we had with the gal, and was told that she had a bad day and was crying about us having an electrician in the kitchen during the time she needed to mop. The same gal was sent for the second visit. We knew in advance that we would have a provider working on our kitchen, and so it was agreed in advance that she would spend extra time dusting other parts of the home - and were excused from cleaning the kitchen (with no discount). They were even excused from cleaning the front living room, because it was sectioned off getting painted. Instead, I asked that she dust the various pieces from the living room which now lined the walls of my dining room. We have over 4,000 square feet to clean. The gals said good-bye as they headed out the door after only 2 hours of cleaning. I quickly went to check the areas to ensure the cleaning was up to my satisfaction, as 2 hours is rather fast to clean so much. I could still see dust on many surfaces, and so I called the manager to ask if they could come back and finish the dusting - as I am highly allergic to dust, which is why I hired them in the first place. The manager, Michelle, has quite an attitude problem and was arguing with me. She finally called the cleaners to come back. Alyssa entered my home and demanded to our service providers to know where I was. I came in and met her with dust across my fingertips as I had just checked my bedroom furniture. I asked if she could please finish dusting. She told me that she did the best she could and that my dining room was not right because it had some extra furniture lining the walls (from the adjacent living room - which they had been hired to clean as well). When I came back a few minutes later, she was gone. I called the manager back to find out what happened, and was accused of making her cry. She would not finish the dusting. I asked Michelle for a discount, since they had not finished cleaning. She refused, and kept interrupting me as I spoke - making accusations that I was not letting her get a word. In my experience, communication has 2 parts. One person talks while the other person listens, and then the exchange is reversed so the other person can talk. Instead, she kept speaking over me making accusations. At this point, I decided I no longer wanted to deal with this kind of service and decided to end the relationship. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. It may be isolated to the single bad worker, Alyssa, but I blame the business for allowing her to harass the customers and not do her job .... while making me pay for poor service. Later, when I checked the mirrors and glass shower door upstairs, they are not clean either. Streaked, covered in dust smeary streaks.Id like to add that the owner lied about lowering the charge, and charged me full price anyways!Anyone who knows me, knows that I do not have a callous attitude. You should take responsibility for the horrible attitudes, rather than blaming others. Your responsive post is a poor attempt to cover up what was a bad situation.

The two ladies did an amazing job for me and my clean out. We were moving, but to that point where we were just done...no energy left to do the final cleaning. Ive never used a cleaning service before. The process was easy to set up, the customer service was great, and the preparation was easy. On the day of the service, they showed up early, worked hard, and did an amazing job!! They are fantastic. Ill be looking into having them over for a weekly service. Thank you!!

Not O.K. job, will not use again. I expected for deep cleaning that cost almost $500 that my house would sparkle and not see any dust. Not the case. Staff was nice, but didnt pay attention to detail, missed several things like dust under chairs and sofa, on wood furniture dust was still apparent, bathroom floor was still dirty in spots, missed cleaning second oven, chairs and sofa were not vacuumed, etc. Ill let the photos speak for themselves, but I dont consider this a deep cleaning. It just keeps getting worse both bathrooms I had to re-cleaned shower and bathtub with cleanser and some tilex and they now shine....Apparently company uses cheap cleaning products and trash sacks...I went to throw away trash in our kitchen this morning and the bag they supplied broke and trash went all over...had to sweep and re-mop my kitchen floor.

Bought 2 hours for a friend and they were amazing! Highly recommended!

The ladies were very prompt and professional, jumping to work right away. I would say that if I was hiring them as a regular once/twice a month cleaning, they did a fantastic job. However, I’d have to say for the deep cleaning that I paid for, unfortunately it wasn’t the best. Some windows were missed, the French doors were missed, the kitchen cupboards seem to only have been cleaned as high as once could reach, missing the top panel. Of the only four sets of blinds in the house, at least once set was not cleaned, the bathroom and kitchen floor looked like they needed going over, and it seems like the baseboards just had a quick duster run over them, not a solid wipe down. Again, it was nice and fresh for maybe a bi weekly clean, but not quite what I was expecting in a deep clean.

Chandra and Dessie did an amazing job! We were hesitant to have cleaning service again due to past experiences. They showed up on time with smiling faces and immediately put me at ease. We have small children and a dog so I know the job was not easy, but they sure made our house feel like a home. They paid attention to detail and I really appreciate it. Tidying up the boys bunk beds was very thoughtful and the amount of dusting was fantastic. They had my sliding glass door so clean the poor dog slammed right into but knowing it was closed. Cant wait for them to come back in two weeks.

We were very unhappy. The girls did the minimum to fulfill the brief. They swept & mopped the living room & the kitchen, for example, but not the 5x7 entryway between the two. Neither did they sweep the hallway, which my husband requested twice. They also broke the fridge and a good 2 weeks of food spoiled. They also failed to clean the freezer portion of the fridge & the top of the fridge. My husband was able to fix the broken bit, but it was late the next morning before we discovered the problem.Also, while I wasnt available for the 1st half of the cleaning, they should have taken direction from my husband and followed the prioritization he set forth upon their arrival. Granted, there was confusion about *which* of the 2 houses I was booking for needed the fridge cleaned, but it shouldnt have mattered. When my husband asked that they clean the fridge, they shouldnt have had to call the office to get permission. All in all, Im thoroughly unhappy.Fortunately, I found a much more thorough and reliable firm to clean the second house.

We love Two Maids and a mop!!! This was our 2nd try at hiring a cleaning service. Not happy with our previous one. Huge upgrade. I definitely recommend them. Its just my husband and I. The alternating premium service and touch-up is going to be perfect. Great value! And they dont upset the cats.

The two workers who came to my apartment were very friendly and professional. They were right on time and got to work immediately. When they came across two problems (both completely my doing) they were able to adjust and finish the job.The completed job was better than I expected. I was very satisfied with the result and my apartment manager was impressed.Professional, hard-working and efficient. They were willing to do every job and did them extremely well.One last note. When the problems (again, totally my fault) caused them to take extra time and do quite a bit more work, Noah was very proactive, called me immediately and let me know they would be taken care of. He also explain the increase in cost, which was totally justified.

This cleaning was a Mother’s Day present. I have never had my house professionally cleaned before today and I have to tell you this was the BEST thing EVER!! They dusted in places that I haven’t touched in months. The tops of my cabinets are free of dust, my oven was cleaned and polished, the toilet paper in my bathroom had a bow on it and now I don’t even want to use it and destroy it. I have tried multiple house cleaning services around Spokane and Two Maids & A Mop is by far the best I have found in terms of both quality of work and value. The two cleaners (Chandra and Alex) arrived early and worked tirelessly for the two hours they were here. They prioritized the areas I specified and then spent their remaining time on more detailed cleaning, including somehow removing all of the cat hair from my antique sofa! The owner of the company, Noah, is incredibly responsive to e-mails even after business hours, which makes it incredibly easy to schedule cleanings and complete payments. I cannot recommend them enough!

We were looking for a cleaning company/person that took accountability for the job by asking for feedback after each clean. Not just pay and get what you get a couple times a month. That is what initially led us to Two Maids and A Mop, the fact that you rate on each clean and that Noah will follow-up with you and share the feedback with staff. I can tell you that has turned out to be a bigger part of this process than we could have imagined. We love giving feedback and knowing that the cleaning team heard it because they leave us a note about it. The cleaning is something we look forward to and always know that their best effort has been given, that all we can ask. There are always cheap options, but if you value communication, effort and a superior cleaning around the whole house-this is the best. Oh yeah, and the little things like putting new sheets on the bed, has become one of our favorite parts, who would have thought.

I recently hired Two Maids and a Mop to clean my mother-in-laws house and highly recommend them! The house had not been deep cleaned in many years - dust and grime on many surfaces. They went to work and in short time (over two sessions) managed to transform the rooms they tackled to a spotless sheen. Should have done this years ago :). Beyond the actual cleaning they were responsive and flexible for scheduling and the prices seem reasonable.

My initial meeting w Noah, manager, was clear & detailed - my & his explaining what needed to be done, what preprep was necessary for cleaning, the amount of time necessary for different options, and a near date easily set. Noah has an efficient & experienced eye to trouble areas and comfortably explains how the cleaning assistance would work. When the 2 maids arrived, they checked w me to be sure of specific areas & details, & clearly worked as a team to complete the work in the agreed amount of time. Im so relieved to have this initial semi-spring cleaning, in a large home, off my shoulders, & looking to continue w the same team biweekly.

We had our house deep-cleaned for the 1st time since weve owned it, and I can honestly say our bathrooms and kitchen have never looked better! I wasnt even aware it was possible to get the hard water stains completely off of the inside of our shower door - something Ive been trying to do for two years. I also love their rating system, with the staff paid based on your rating, which encourages them to do a thorough job. Noah, the owner, is very friendly and approachable, with a focus on customer service. We will definitely be having them back!
