We contacted Live Clean after another local cleaning company cancelled on us last minute. Live Clean was able to schedule a move-in cleaning for us just two days after we called, and they did an excellent job! Our experience of moving into our new home was so much better thanks to Live Clean. The cleaners were very nice and super thorough, and all communication was clear and timely throughout the process. We wholeheartedly recommend Live Clean and will hire them again for future cleanings.

My house needed a deep clean on short notice (family visiting). Id already tried another cleaning company that couldnt fit me in, due to that lateness. I filled out Live Clean Todays very short online form, was contacted later that day by a representative (who was very courteous), and they were able to show up a couple days later (they could have even come earlier if Id needed it). It was the least hassle Ive *ever* had with a cleaning company.And to be honest, I initially wondered if all that convenience would mean a steeper price or shoddier work.I neednt have worried.Their price was comparable to what the prior company had quoted me (the one that *didnt* cover last-minute cleaning and had actually been more difficult on the phone than Live Clean Today had been). And the work was everything I could have hoped for. They managed to dust every knicknack on every shelf (and Ive got tons), cleaned the corners and the trim and all those spaces folks usually tend to miss. Ive got three dogs in the home, with fur crammed so far back into every corner I thought it had merged with the house, but they *somehow* got it all scrubbed clean.I cant recommend them highly enough. Top notch integrity. Top notch work. Total lifesavers.Ill be using them exclusively from here on out for all cleaning needs. And honestly, I hope this review helps them get plenty of customers, so they can stay comfortably in business and I can keep on hiring them for a good long time.

They did a pretty good job. I hired them for cleaning my home before it went on the market. I have 924 square feet on each floor and the house was mostly empty. They were here for 3 hours 10 minutes. There some things that were missed and I did not have time to have them come out and fix it, so I did it myself. They issued me a credit for my time. Customer service is very important to this company so if something is not right, give them a call and they will make it right.

The owner is flexible and willing to work around my schedule. Her staff arrive on time and work hard for two hours!

She was so impressed that she now plans to use their services again.Yesterday I hired Live Clean to do a moving cleaning on my house which had been rented out for 5 years. It was pretty grungy. Those 2 ladies did more work in 6 hours than I thought humanly possible. They wiped down walls, removed cobwebs from ceilings, scrubbed out drawers and cupboards, opened windows to clean the tracks, cleaned air vents and returns, scoured the oven and appliances, vacuumed carpets and hand-scrubbed floors, dusted everything, wiped each slat of mini-blinds and left bathrooms looking like new. The workers were middle aged Russian women. They didn’t speak much English but their cleaning services were amazing.

It started out great. I had to move out of my apartment and they were super helpful assisting with packing and cleaning up the place. I called and asked if they could send some guys over to help me move 2 or 3 pieces of furniture the next day. Tanya said they would do that and come over around 2pm. Around 2 no one showed up. We called and she said that someone was supposed to call us, because they couldn’t get there until ‘around 5.’ We were very understanding and didn’t mind waiting. Now, we have called her 4 times and it is 6:15. No one has shown up. She wouldn’t answer my phone, so my grandmother called and Tanya said that she didn’t know what happened and would call us back. Tanya never called back. I have a flight out tomorrow at 6am and now have no one to help me move my last few pieces of furniture. For $90 dollars an hour I would hope for more reliable service. The people see nice, but we also had problems with paying for the cleaning services. Tanya told us the price over the phone, and the people cleaning were asking for more. It turned out that they wanted to charge us their hourly rate for only 20 minutes of work. Very disappointing, I had high hopes but this experience has really let me down. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

The first cleaning I had didnt go so well. Tania reached out to resolve that and offered 4 cleanings. I had just had surgery so I accepted her offer. Ive now had 5 cleanings through live clean now. I suggest them for quick wipe down as I was able to have someone come out the same day that I called the initial time (I agree with Dayton Allens post/review). Stars are for the care Tania has for her company.

The only thing more formal than this review is the behavior of the staff! They got the job done quick and didnt miss a spot! I got them a blacklight for my bedroom to make sure they got all of the hidden stains and they did great! Would recommend!
