Ok so I took my daughter here yesterday and I was so disgusted and so not pleased with the lack of cleanliness and the staff not enforcing the mask mandate which they had posted all over their facility. There were a total of 5 people, besides staff, out of about 50, wearing a mask. To make things worse, I went to the bathroom so we could wash our hands and THERE WASN’T ANY SOAP!!! Basically, everyone who went to the bathroom didn’t wash their hands and then came back to the trampoline park and proceeded to touch anything and everything with their nasty hands!Even better, my daughter had on brand new light gray leggings and after playing around on the trampolines, they were all dingy and tinted brown! Filthy! Do they not wipe the trampolines down at the end of the day??I’m seriously confused as to how they can post signs everywhere stating that masks are a requirement in order for them to remain open, yet barely ANYONE had a mask on?????Yes, I know that it is up to the individual as a parent to mask themselves and their children, so they are just as much at fault, however, as an establishment, they should be enforcing the MANDATE, especially with their signs posted everywhere. Clearly, it’s just for show in attempt to appear that they are following state mandated guidelines.So, for anyone who does care about keeping the community safe by wearing masks, I wouldn’t take your kids here. I know I will not ever again. Hopefully, we’ll have a better experience at the Flying Squirrel next weekend.

Took my kids to Get Air yesterday and it was amazing the staff was great, there was only 2 maybe 3 of them working, and they where super helpful. They really could multi task from helping customers to parties, cleaning, and making sure everyone is safe at their park. My kids love every moment especially the one inflatable, to bad the other ones were down. Troy went above and beyond, told him that their was no toilet paper in men’s and he instantly took care of it. Also, I don’t know who she was but their female worker was always cleaning and seeing if all the customers were ok. They have a lot of signs up about mask and they announce it over the intercom when calling for time, but it looks like some customers dont care. I’m happy that all the staff were wearing mask though.

Kids had fun, lots of jumping. No hand sanitizer. Had to have the kids go to the restroom to wash their hands periodically.

No complaints. It smelled fine, friendly and helpful staff. Other guests were happy and kids were well behaved. Plenty of space and variety, and I saw other rooms for parties and blow up bouncy jungles for little kids, which looked fun. There was a deal for 20% off for two guests, for ~$20.

We had a Birthday party for our sons there today(5/15/21) and the staff was so professional and inviting. They all made a real difference in our sons special day. Our group was not too large but it wasnt small either. They were set up and ready for us way before hand. Our Host Troy was amazing! He made it stress free for us. Troy was on it with all our party needs! He is definitely made our party important for us! Even refused to let is help clean up the room. He was great with the with the group of rowdy boys we had there too! This was hands down a great experience for us and thanks to the staff there especially Troy. So we will be back. We will tell all the parents in our sons class we highly recommend Get Air @ North Town Mall!!! Thanks for the get day everybody there!

The glow nights are okay. The music needs to be way louder

This was a great experience that my son, husband, and I had at Get Air in Spokane. The staff was amazing, Dustin was extremely nice and help, Can’t remember the other tall black guys name, but he was super friendly and caring about the safety of the kids and adults. Also, the girl at the check in, I think her name was jordyn, so sweet, love her country accent. We where here on 4/3 and I seen a reviews before this and it was definitely clean, nothing was on the trampolines, and only one was torn and they had it blocked off so no one could get hurt. Also, I was here a week ago and they where enforcing the mask mandated then. We had a great experience and recommend this place. They do require mask at all times, which we where fine with.

This place has a lot of space with foam pits, places to crawl around, and a couple bounce houses for the Littles, but the zip line was taken down when we were there. You can usually get good prices on Groupon, but I wouldnt pay full price; it felt disorganized and not quite as safe as others...seemed to be little oversight. Still, the kids had a lot of fun.*bring grippy socks!

In recent times Get Air has outdone themselves especially considering the difficult adjustments made due to the pandemic filled climate. I went 3 days ago and was greeted by the most pleasant and warming smiles along with upbeat attitude from the employees. Notably, an employee named Heather was exceptionally kind and helpful through the process of renewing forms and registering. I would consider applying at this location just to work alongside such a joyful attitude filled worker. Overall 10/10 experience with safe and comfortable jumping conditions.

Place is clean, has sanitation stations spread throughout! Staff is top notch in customer service, professionalism, and care of the customers and facility! They have designated staff patrolling and ready to enforce safety, first aid and Fun! Great place to, Jump, Jump!Also there inside the mall and have their own parking and entrance if preferred!

My family and I visit Get Air on occasion, not frequent visitors but we come a couple times a year. This last week I took my 5 year old for her birthday and one of the employees, Troy, was just phenomenal!! He was upbeat and cheerful even though there were a lot of us and his attitude and demeanor really stood out. So thank you Troy for a wonderful visit to Get Air! I hope we see you next time we go.

Surprised to say this is one of the cleanest Trampoline parks Ive really ever been to.

I have been to get air three times at this location, eveytime was good but this last visit was exceptional, mostly because of the customer service and professionalism of Troy. Great time for my family and a big thanks to Troy for being a great person.

My 11 year old cant get enough of this place. Great play place for a hot summer day & great way to get your kids away from their screens!

We just had our sons birthday party at Get Air in the Northtown Mall this week. It was awesome! Josh was the only employee working and did a fantastic job with tending to our needs, keeping us updated on our food and everything while helping the other people coming in the park. We really liked the new party room they have too. My sons favorite place to have his parties!!!

They always try to find the best deal for us and are so helpful. Will be back.

Great place. Much cleaner and less crowded than other similar parks. The staff are friendly and engaged. The refreshments are minimal but lets be honest its a trampoline park so, water and Gatorade are great choices to have.

Love this place ! The new obstacles/equipment were a blast ! Go see for yourself. Was pretty great to see my 53 year old father throwing down on the basketball hoops !!!

Great fun for all the family. There is a section for the littles (under 48) to play safely. Basketball hoops with balls to jump to. There are foam pits to jump into. Monitors to watch yourself do tricks when you jump. Reasonably priced, an hour is longer than it seems. Vending machines provide treats and snacks. Get Air has a large section with tables for parties and events.

My nephews had so much fun! And the staff was great!!

I take the kids frequently and have never had an issue. Even planning on doing my subs birthday party there. It does get busy, do watch out for that, but not a bad problem to have!

I took my kiddo and decided to partake as well. It seemed like the employees were not engaged or gave any instruction.Luckily I visited the website before we went.I went on a Monday so wasnt crowded. When I left tho I had dirt under my nails from the square foam pits, I think? I didn thave dirty hands before. They offer hand sanitizer thank goodness. Kinda dirty. I didnt see any employees wiping equipment down. Im assuming they likely do cleaning at closing time? 🙄 I feel like they should made an effort to sanitize the counter and equipment thats used frequently. I would definitely go again but not in the near future.

This place is fun, as its filled w jumping goodness. But, I would only go here if I was doing something else in the mall. Its a bit worn down, always seems under staffed, plus their timing system is a bit out dated. With saying all that in addition its over priced. But if you want to avoid a longer drive this place is good enough.

We had a poor experience today. The courses and trampolines are fun but that was pretty much the only positive. There was almost no supervision which meant several kids were going on the zipline at once. There were a few $2 waters but no drinking fountains or vending machines. Free water should be provided. We had to buy bottled water and refill them in the bathroom. No one had any idea how many people were there other than by the tickets sold. The doors were not monitored and there was not enough staff to verify that people left when their time was up. Many many patrons were not wearing masks and no covid restrictions seemed to be enforced. Despite all the waivers this place is a disaster waiting to happen.

Dustin, the park manager is amazing, Goes above and beyond. Really a good manager will be coming back definitely because how he runs the place. Dustin deserves a raise!! Amazing trampoline park!!!

So much fun! Both my kids, 14 month old and a 5 year old, loved it! Even my husband and I had fun!

So much cheaper than we thought and great fun!! The kids love the new obstacle course and theres so many areas parents can just sit AND massage chairs !

They used to be our favorite trampoline park, but they took out the entire arcade part of it. I dont know if it is a result of good ol covid or what, but it really sucks not having anything to do while the kids jump.

We arrived today to use the groupon that I purchased on Monday with an expiration date of October 31st 2021. When we got there the cashier was unable to use the printedcopy or my mobile app copy in order to validate the tickets. Instead of telling us she couldnt use them she gave us free passes for my grandchildren to enjoy Get Air before they had to leave this afternoon. I couldnt have been more pleased thank you thank you the cashiers name I did not get but she was there today 8/4/21 between 1230 and 1.

My kids really enjoyed it, but we had to wait in line 20 minutes with only one cashier stand open.

Loved the different areas for playing !! In part of old Sears in North Town Mall. So they have 2 entrances 1 is outside and 1 is in the Mall

We love this place for my two Young girls! We were helped by the AWESOME Jordan at the front desk! She was great! I greatly appreciated her kindness, customer service and just awesome attitude! She made our time at get air way more enjoyable! I would highly recommend you ask for her if you need help with a party, event or whatever your need may be! They keep this place clean, there is tons to do, and the employees are great! We will absolutely be coming back!

Fun even for a big guy like me. Almost like a gym workout except that it was actually worth being sore for 2 days afterwards.

Great place to take the kids. My 2 boys love to come here and play and are always sad when they have to leave. Besides the trampoline it has some climbing walls, foam pits, small child area, slack lines and many other ways to exert some physical energy. The building can get very packed on Saturdays but during the week is usually the safest time to go. Take the whole family.

Great place to take the toddlers in the winter when you’re going crazy. They have a really nice toddler time so you don’t have to worry about an over enthusiastic teenager ground pounding your three year old.

It says here last month that their hours were updated. 10am - 8pm. It was our sons 6th birthday and he was super excited to go, we got their and they were closed. This was about 3 today 10/4/20. What the heck guys? False advertisement.Normally our kids have a blast.

We bring our daughter here at least once a week. Its great exercise, and lets her be free and run around. The staff seem very attentive and are always smiling. Seems to be pretty safe. Highly recommended to burn some kid energy off.

I think Get Air Spokane is awesome!! Everyone there is so nice and friendly. All of them make me feel welcome every time I come into the building. The manager is so nice! Everyone I’ve had an encounter with is awesome. They all let me have fun and make sure I’m always being safe.Wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else!

We had such an amazing experience. My daughter is 2 years old and she had a great time. The whole place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with kiddos.

Toddler time was a blast for a group of 4-5 yr olds! Facilities are clean, staff is attentive, and the size of safe terrain is amazing. The struggle for independence with children is hard, having a place where they get some control while being safe is a welcome oasis for family & friends.

I would give it 5 stars because of how great Grant was. He was so awesome and nice and interacted with us, great customer service. But because of how mean and rude his coworkers were I had to give it 4 stars. Little blonde girl and another girl were very rude and mean to us the whole time we were there. On the positive note will be back because of Grant! Go Grant!!

We had the best time at Get Air. My son was so very happy and the staff members were fabulous. Abby, Dom and Aden especially Abby. She entertained my son for an hour or more. The staff are amazing, kind and super great tonight!! Thanks guys well definitely come back!!!

Cool place. A couple options were closed for some reason but fun. Id being a couple drinks for kids cause vending machines are $3 a water.

They kicked us out early for having fun. Me and my friends had a very bad experience at get air. They would yell for no reason. They lied about there lights and how they don’t turn off even though ever time I went they were off. I do not recommend get air I would recommend altitude or the flying squirrel they have a lot more attraction

This place is by far the best place to take kids. Very reasonable. Very polite employees. We went in tonight for the 1st time and were blown away. If your kids have been stuck indoors because the weather, this place is the BEST place to let the kids go wild. Cant wait to go back.

Get Air has been a great activity for my 2 and 4-year old boys. Their Toddler Time on Tuesdays and Thursdays (10am-Noon) is perfect for letting young kids have their run of the place. Once youve purchased their jump socks, return trips are only $7 for one child and adult. Great way to spend the morning!

I wanted to give it 30/5 stars but that wasnt an option. 10/10 would recommend. Aden is a gem and an amazing human being and would make anyones experience at Get Air a moment in time they will never forget. I would highly suggest this amazing business for anyone who wants to get some air.

Had a pleasant experience overall. Everything was great and the employees were especially friendly and very help. I think Aden Klein was the best employee there. He is such a dedicated and hard working man. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time.

My sons had a BLAST!

Park is good and entertaining for kids. we got charged yesterday as my son over 46 inches tall but my son is 43 inches and i told lady . she said that he can enjoy other jumping areas which he did not use as he was afraid. why she charges 43 inches tall child(3.5 year old) as he over 46 inches tall?why you have the measurements and prices by front desk? take them out and charge whatever. i think it is not fair.

I would enjoy taking my kids to this place a lot more if the price was consistent...it used to be $6 and some change for both my kids (neither of them have changed age) and on some days its $13 and some change. They are toddlers and so we just play in the small section under 46in or whatever it is. Just frustrating. Other than that my kids really enjoy it!! Id spend more time here if they could figure out the price.

Customer service is nonexistent but the prices are great. Wish they wouldn’t limit children purely based on age. My son is very large and agile for his age but wasn’t allowed on many of the features due to his age. The arcade was a lot of fun because he loves cars and most of the games were car/race themed. Bring lots of quarters if you are going to use the arcade!

Good place, definitely a better environment for kids than some of the other trampoline parks out there. Starting so show some wear and tear however. My family and I were checked in by a very helpful and nice man named Azariah (Im sorry if I spelled that wrong). They are putting in some new things pretty soon which will be nice.

The kids who work here are great. A girl lost her phone which she isn’t even supposed to have on her, and they all dug in to look for it. They couldn’t find it but the mom acted like it was their fault, which was insane. Anyway, fun activity to take my cousins too. Would go again

Kids had a blast and it tires them quickly. Best part about it was they apply the discounted second hour if you buy it after. Its $20 for two hours or $12 for one hour, but if you buy one hour and opt to stay a second they let you have the second hour for $8. Beats paying $20 and having tired kids quit early.

Many amazing attractions at this jump park! My favorite in the area. Carson was very helpful in setting up the wavier. Overall, a delightful experience.

Disappointed! They charged full price, but the obstacle courses are closed. $35 for 2 kids to jump for an hour and the fun things are closed. Very disappointed we came from Epharta, WA to have a fun filled day with the kids and they were ready to go after 10 minutes because everything is closed.. Then to top it off my husband and I paid for 30 mins each in the massage chairs and his stopped after 10 minutes when we paid for 30 minutes.

I almost DONT want to share how much I love this place because I selfishly dont want it to become overcrowded! But truly, Get Air Toddler Time on Tuesdays & Thursdays is the absolute best deal hands down. It has saved my daughter and Is winter (and smokey months in summer). The kids get two hours of jumping time, one adult free to accompany them and the whole park is open to them. It allows us to get out of the house and burn some energy. The staff is super friendly, they play fun kid/Disney music, and its just an all around great atmosphere. Leave a little extra time for check-in, as that always takes a few minutes longer than you think it will, but it is SO worth the wait. My daughter and I are regulars and it often ends up being the highlight of our week. Thank you Get Air for offering such a great deal!
