This place is awesome. I did my week trial and then immediately signed up for a membership when I found myself being sad that I wasn’t going to wake up and workout with everyone the next morning. It’s extremely easy to stay committed because of the coaches, workouts, and community.I was doing CrossFit before this and loved it, however the less ideal parts of my CrossFit workout have all been improved with Air-O. Dennis and Marcie have really figured it out. 45 minute tough, varied, workouts. I’m so happy to have found Air-O.

It has been a long time since Ive enjoyed working out this much. After surgery on my shoulders I never thought I could workout with high intensity again. The trainers here really helped me workout again. They have been patient, encouraging, and worked with me to help modify lifts to build up the strength that I was lacking post surgery.
I would highly recommend giving this gym a try! I have been able to get back into a consistent workout routine that I actually enjoy! The trainers are great!
The coaches are so professional at this gym. The teaching and correcting form is so appreciated. My wife and I truly enjoy working out together with the various coaches and other members of the gym. Have seen much improvement in mobility and strength.
Air-O is the best gym I’ve even went to. They are amazing. Coaches are very professional and super fun to work out with. They motivate, support and believe in you. They help you reach your goal. I can’t say enough how awesome this gym is. Highly recommend.
Mitch, Dennis and the crew at Air-O really work hard to make you feel like family and cater to your needs whatever they may be. Theres not many gyms out there who offer full body workouts and get you in and out in such a speedy fashion. I love that 45 minutes youre in and out and get everything that it would take you two or three hours to do it a box gym. Whether you want to tone up, lose weight or just feel better, this place is for you!
Air-O is awesome. Great coaches, clean nice modern facility to do workouts. Always mixing it up and keeping it fun. All different age groups and fun members to work out with. High energy to get your heart pumping and feel good about it.
Looking for somewhere to shred that post covid weight. Look no more. I never thought I would be a fan of group training but the work outs they have designed here are good for everyone at every fitness level. Every trainer is very professional and will adjust workouts to what you need. If you are looking to get back into working out after covid or trying to start for the first time go here for a week and experience it for yourself, can’t recommend them enough.
I’ve been going to Air-O for nearly two years. I toured several different gyms before deciding to give the free week they offer a try. I’m so glad I did. Before my week was up I signed a year long contract- it’s that good. The classes are hard but the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly trainers are make sure that every single person (no matter their starting point) is able to get the most out of their time there. Take advantage of their nutrition counseling, yoga, and the community they’ve created- you won’t find a more encouraging environment!
Working out at Air-O Fit is one of the highlights of my day, and I look forward to the fun atmosphere and friendly faces. The classes are motivating and the coaches are always focused on teaching proper form of all the exercises. I would recommend this gym to anyone!
I have been going to Air-O since the first day they opened, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Its not just a gym, its a community and my second home. Everyone is so encouraging, and the trainers are extremely helpful with anyone at any athletic stage in life. The classes are only 45 minutes and they offer more classes per day then most gyms around town. Everyday is a different workout, and they offer a free week for anyone wanting to give it a try!
The variety of workouts is what keeps me coming back, along with the encouraging coaches and fellow members. Having the opportunity to get nutritional support is just an added bonus. Ive worked out at a lot of gyms and studios, and this place is pretty special!
Amazing coaches and people! You can push yourself at your own pace with the support of the coaches. Highly recommend this gym! Best way to start my day is attending a class in the morning.
I moved 30 minutes away, but I still get up at 4:30 am and drive to the South Hill for the 5 am class. I probably pass dozens of gyms on my way, but to me it is worth it to have the amazing caring coaches that I do. Im in a 10 week weight loss challenge and it is going exceedingly well thanks to the coaching support and nutritional counseling.

Love this gym. Great way to get in a get a quick 45 minute workout in. You get to set your own pace, so you aren’t pushed above your limits. Plus everyone here really invests their time with you, it has a real family feel.

I hurt. OH HOW I HURT. Lower body day killed me. And then upper body day killed me... so obviously I’m coming back! Loved the HIT pace but with a smaller class size that allows for more instruction and interaction with the coach. The right amount of cardio, body weight, dumbbell, barbell and other tools I’ve never even used (bands etc.) to make every class a new and exciting - but still friendly to all levels - exercise. Free week trial, too!
