Passages has literally saved my life. With out recovery through the arts, alike minds, and hope group I would not be clean and Sober or be back in sSokane Wa. There is not place like passages and Ive been in counseling and trying to break the cycle and stigma of mental illness ADDICTION and domestic violence since I was 14. I work with Priscilla Nate Jason and Jailysa and they are real and they get get what your going through because passages knows the only way to really understand is through lived experience. At passages your more than a client and more than a number. All staff truly care.
Probably the worst place ever. The CEO is the devil. She likes to pretend she is a good person but isn’t. Honestly most of the staff, minus a few are rude, and should never work with the general public.
Had two therapist one slept through the hour and asked about what my diagnosis Was like hadnt read chart and left that session feeling less than not supported. Then one day with a case manager and fellow peer counselor decided I was ready to leave Passages without contacting my therapist at Catholic Charities and even when and she said I wasnt at that point they ignored it and all of sudden I fought to stay in the group yet even with a ombudsmen at my side and everyone said I could stay until June all but one peer counselor and said it had to be a private and is When I felt I was being set up for whatever. So I continued to go some if the groups and then they went for insurance and even when I jumped through all the hoops it wasnt enough, so quit and it was the worst experience with to much triangulation and no one knows what is going on and poorly ran
Recovery Through Arts is an amazing, helpful program for my young adult son. He works thru anxiety issues and trust issues while his creativity flourishes. He has had several 1:1 counselors over the years, they work to build trust with eachother and then work on troubling matters. Everything takes time, but things work out. My son and I always feel welcome and valued at Passages Family Support.
I have Agoraphobia and having the support come to my home is wonderful. I was able to open up and really be honest about my feelings.
Passages is an amazing organization. They make you feel like you are the most important clients they have. I love having the support they offer us. Thank you
Passages is the heart and soul of recovery. There is not another agency like it. I would recommend it to anyone!!!! So helpful! So amazing! Peer support all the way.
Passages came highly recommended to us so I was very excited to begin our journey of healing for my LGBTQ+ children. We began our intake in early March and were told we would have an assigned therapist for both of my sons by the beginning of April. Now, at the end of August, my sons have finally been assigned almost five months later! I felt like we were finally moving forward. I was promised LGBTQ+ specialists for both of my sons. Today I was told by one of the therapists that they do not have LGBTQ+ specialists at Passages at all! Not only did we wait for months to get help but we were outright lied to! How are they allowed to do this to people who desperately need help? These are children who are targeted daily for being who they are and this institution is supposed to be there. I would give zero stars if I could. If you are an LGBTQ family in need of mental support, dont waste your time here.
I went to passages looking for support due to my childs mental health needs im a single mom wanting to strengthen me and my sons relationship. And theu said they could do that i was looking for help and that has not been done i wanted family counseling and they dont do that. Theyre not helping us get stronger the therapist is attacking me. They. Met his father and hes never been supportive of me and my son and hes got more money than me i found out that they told him he could sign a form to leave.
