Sent a bill that says seriously past due and threatening collections and its the first bill I got. called and asked and they said sorry disregard they are backlogged on getting bills out, 4 months backlogged apparently, but no problem threatening collections even though they didnt even send out bills.

This is my third time today trying to make this review. Hopefully this time I will succeed. Today I called your facility to help a patient cancel an appointment. It is common for me to say my name is Diann and to whom am I speaking? There was a woman who answered the phone and was rude from the beginning. She would not allow me to know even her first name for my records and for our conversation. Eventually after I called back after enduring her horribly rude Behavior and the fact that she had hung up on me she finally said her name is Sally and she is a scheduler. I dont know if her name is really Sally or not but this issue extends far beyond whether or not she would allow me to know her first name. She then rudely told me that I needed to find a hobby thats very insulting! Im an adult woman I wasnt speaking rudely to her she should not have told me to go get a hobby who would

The reason for the ONE Star is ONLY due to the Office Manager (Jill), who without any other professional consult, decided that my 4 year old son would no longer be allowed help by their staff due to a miscommunication of a perceived legal conflict. My son had the chance for only ONE visit with one of the psychologists with which he had great repor, and my son was looking forward to his following visits that (Jill) arbitrarily canceled, telling us our son could no longer be seen. The rest of the staff were outstanding, and professional customer service.

I am happy with everyone there they were great I wish it was not so expensive to go.

Services by Dr. Daisley were great, she was welcoming and thorough, and answered all my questions. Front office staff however were fairly rude. Once, I stepped out to use the restroom in the middle of an appointment, and it took them 25 minutes to acknowledge me to let me back in.

Personally with my background and education in small business, the office staff and providers @ Spokane Psychologyand Neuro,PLLC exceeded my expectations. They were even able to get my kiddo in quicker than expected. I was given just one obvious expectation on our end before appointment and that was to fill out the paperwork that also states my acknowledgement of any office policies so there would be no concerns on my end later. Thanks again to Jill/office manager And the insurance dude Andrew for expediting this process for us. Your selflessness doesnt go un recognized . TO ANY OTHERS THAT CANT VOUGE TO THIS; always remember this office is there to help you, and definitely not to make your life harder (and do yourself one better, read the given office policies 1st, it helps!)
