I understand this business specializes in providing additional services but we hired them to clean the carpet in our home so I can only speak to this area of service.Our need: carpet cleaning. We have a large family including six children that have given the carpet some serious abuse...foot traffic, pet rabbit activities, food & drink spills, coffee spills & stains, etc. This carpet was also installed many years ago by the previous owner and when they passed away, the house became a rental for approximately 5-6 years until our family rented it and eventually purchased it last year. All this to say, the carpet needed a serious cleaning!!Jeremy Anderson was the technician we had the pleasure of interacting with today. He provided a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to his arrival, was knowledgeable and accommodating regarding our questions and cleaned our carpet with efficiency and excellence. Prior to Jeremy starting the work, he did a walkthrough with me in order to verify and confirm what we needed cleaned and provided the exact cost of the job. I really appreciated him doing this and letting me know this was the information that had been passed onto him from the office assistant and he had just wanted to double check the scope of the job. The communication between the office and the technicians out in the field was seamless and everyone was on the same page. I appreciated this.It feels like we have a brand new carpet. Thank you AllKlean; specifically Jeremy Anderson for helping us clean and improve our home and for being personable with our family.

AllKlean did such a great job on our carpets and the technician also did a great job explaining to us what we needed. I appreciate the honesty and the thoroughness when removing the carpet stains and the pet urine spots we had. He also explained the areas that were too difficult to remove (dried on glue) and it did not catch us by surprise. I feel the price was fair for the work performed and to this day the carpets smell clean and that was about 3 weeks ago.

We had been wanting to replace a wall where the drywall had a large crack and they did all that work from start to finish and it looks beautiful! We also wanted to repair (before new carpet arrived) under cabinets that had a water leak and replaced the bottom of sink cabinets with higher quality plywood. All work tucked in behind plastic wall so there was no construction dust everywhere, air filtered continuously. They are friendly and kind to work with and will treat your home or business like their own. Being a business, we were grateful they kept us on the schedule as the weekend our walls were ripped open was also the week of the brutal cold snap with 4 degree weather bursting pipes all over town. They were also responding to zillions of emergency calls for water floods! And still got the job done for business to open the next day as planned. Yikes! Thank you so much!

I flooded my bathroom floor along with the hallway, and surrounding bedrooms. When I realized the problem I called them first!They came within 2 hours and had everything set up to dry.. my insurance thanked me for calling them right away!They are the best! and they walked me through the project with peace of mind and the finished product was fantastic!

Moved into a new house with pet stains from previous owners and our new puppy. Was worried stains would only come up a little bit but most of the stains are gone or considerably less noticable. Outstanding job performed by Jeremy! The first impression we got from him was his super positive attitude which brightened our day immensely. He immediately started laying down protective barriers for our floors and walls. We were blown away by how efficiently he worked and how amazing the carpets looked upon completion. This is the first time we have had our carpets professionally cleaned, but undoubtedly it was the best experience we could have possibly had! He is extremely knowledgable and gave us tips on how to reduce wear on our polyester carpet.I kick myself self in the rear end for ever rescuing a stray dog off the streets 10 years ago because of all the shedded hair weaved into the carpet and doo doo that gets tracked in at times. However, after seeing with my own eyes, the magic that Jeremy performed, I just cannot believe how new, fresh, and revived our carpet looks. With that being said, I find myself now less disgruntle towards our old hag of a dog (see picture attached) and even find myself giving him am atta boy at times. As for our cat, no amount of punishment will ever fix her terrible habit of hacking up hairballs, but I do have comfort in knowing that whatever our carpet may go through...I can rely on AllKlean and their team!

They were up front about the costs, which I always appreciate. Using their services extended the usable life of my carpet downstairs, and if were being honest, undid most of 4 years of my stupid cat using the den as a toilet. Pleasant and professional. We had several pet stains, children stains, and overall dirt in our playroom and on our high traffic stairs. We were positive the carpet on the stairs just needed to be replaced and that even if we got the playroom cleaned it would still smell. The carpets are amazingly clean and there is no smell!!!

We had a sewage flood an hour before we were to leave on vacation. Allklean had JJ and his crew to us within a couple of hours. JJ assured us that he would take care of it and we could still go on vacation. I had total trust giving JJ full access to our home while we were away, and he did a great job start to finish. Where do I begin. This company was amazing from the very first phone call. I didnt know who to call so I googled Carpet Cleaning and Carpet Repair and they popped up. I needed some carpets cleaned and carpets repaired in a rental of mine and was not happy with those zero rez people. Boy did Allklean deliver. Love the process and the results. Jim called to confirm our appointment the day before. Jeremy showed up on time and finished in about 2 hours (expected it to take 3). He stretched out the wrinkles, repaired some fraying edges, attached other edges that I didnt realize needed attaching. Used his high pressure, high temperature truck mounted equipment . Its pretty cold outside but the door guard kept it warm inside while allowing room for the hot water supply and suction hose which was connected to his van in the driveway.Professional, great job. As a renter of a beautiful home we never thought we would have to deal with a supply line to our washing machine failing and flooding part of the basement. We called Kevin with Allklean and they came out and set up drying equipment. Allklean was there to help talk with the home owner and our renters insurance. Allklean talk to with homeowner and us about the steps needed to complete the drying process. We had been asked to leave everything on and turn up the heat. They explained the importance of each step in the drying and rebuilding process. I had AllKlean clean my oversized family room, living room, dining room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, stairway, and landing in a home I had just purchased. There were numerous pet stains from previous tenants or owners. Their technician Josh used a black light (UV light) to find where the pets had deposited their urine and showed me which ones had been treated and which ones still needed to be treated. Mostly, the areas needing to be treated were on the landing. There were also some red stains in the carpeting in a few places. Josh thoroughly treated all of the untreated pet areas to eliminate any odors and then went to work steam cleaning the designated rooms. Josh was able to remove the red stains and overall, the carpet came out beautiful. Yes, the pet treatment was expensive, but to illuminate any possibility of future orders, it was needed. I appreciate the care Josh used in protecting corners, stair railing‘s, and walls. He was very thorough and did a great job. Thank you so much!
