I had an older rug that had been in storage for the better part of the last decade. I knew little to nothing about it and needed to get it cleaned before giving it back to the friend who loaned it to me.I had searched around online and was pleasantly surprised to learn that RugSpa, while having a nationwide reach, was local to me here in Spokane.I filled out the online quote form and was surprised to receive a call back about an hour later. It was a Saturday, rather late in the day, so I wasnt expecting a call.I spoke with Richard and we discussed the rug, I even emailed him a few pictures. He knew exactly what I had, told me it would be no problem and to bring it down at my earliest convenience.John helped me when I dropped in, I explained that I was delivering to a friend and was hoping to get it back before I left (about a week and a half from when I dropped it off). He told me they typically like to give about a two week lead time, but he would see what he could do.I was quite surprised when I got a call a few days later telling me they were able to find a slot in the schedule earlier as my rug was not that dirty and on the smaller side (5x6.5).Richard, John, and the whole team at rugspa were courteous, pleasant to deal with and are the very definition of under promise and over deliver.I am a customer for life and have already mentioned the experience to the friend who originally loaned me the rug who has some others that she will be likely sending their way.

They are terrific. I had used them once before which is why I returned with 28 rugs. I appreciated receiving a 3 page detailed listing of what needed to be done to each of the 28 area rugs. Then they did it in a timely manner for so many rugs. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Most importantly when we picked up the rugs, they were/are simply stunning once again thanks to Kirishians. We drove 200 miles from Yakima to have them clean/repair my 28 area rugs; it was worth it!!!!

I knew of this company before I used it because friends had used their services and had great experiences. I had two area rugs cleaned and could not be happier with the results. They are beautiful and just like new. I definitely recommend the rug spa to anyone in need of cleaning. They are professional and very nice to work with. Will absolutely use them again!

Had a good old rug that my grandkids got pretty messy with glue, gak and other things and it came out great. These people know what there doing and do it very well. Ive had other rugs cleaned by other so called cleaning companies but they dont campare!

Their friendly, knowledgeable, and did a beautiful job of cleaning, etc. my various sized oriental rugs.
