Called Spokane Mobile Detail today (labor Day 2021) they had a mobile opening for 11am, came out and did an exceptional full detail on our 2006 PT Cruiser. They finished up about 1:30pm. GREAT job Malik & Red!My business has 3 vans, a wheel chair lift coach, 2 cars and a pickup truck. Ill diffently be calling on them next spring to do our fleet.

I originally scheduled an appoint online for a FULL detail for Thursday 9/16 AM. I received a call from the company asking me to reschedule to 2:30 that afternoon due to them being busy; sure thats fine.No one arrives at my house by 2:45, or notifies me at all, so I give the company a call and it turns out that they have to reschedule me AGAIN, or Id have to sit and watch 1 man clean my whole car by himself (which they stated would take 4-5 hours); I dont want to do that and I know the 1 man would not want to either.So we reschedule to this week, Tuesday afternoon 9/21.It is now Thursday morning and I still have not received a single call from this company regarding ANYTHING.Very unprofessional experience for me, and this is my 1st attempt to work with them.Will be working with another detail service moving forward.

Faith and Noah cleaned the interior of my 2004 Jeep Cherokee and made it look so amazing! My granddaughter had spilled some food items in the back seat so it was quite icky. There is nothing left but the seat now! Incredible job guys!! So happy with the job that Spokane Mobile Detail did. Next up will be our Suburban and then our Caravan!

Really disappointing. I don’t know what they sprayed on my doors and throughout my car, but I am not super happy about it. They also over charged me from what they priced me at when I called.

Detailed my 27’ boat. Worked hard in the sun and heat and the job turned out very well. I’ll use them again next year.

They came to our house to detail our Subaru Forester. We had a couple stains on the rear seat plus several marks on the headliner from junk I took to the dump that I thought would never come out and the guys got those stains out, super cleaned the rest of the interior, washed and waxed the exterior and our Subaru looked literally like new again. I was super impressed with their quality of work and how professional they were. I would definitely use them again!

Motor Home wash/wax. Two employees showed up on time and worked diligently in fairly tight quarters. Results were OK overall, but details were less than would be expected for the price. Wheels and windows had spots, some wax missed, etc.The real problem is that when I scheduled the work, the price quoted on the website was $400. A day before the work, they called up and said they were raising the price to $550 - after I had scheduled the work. Unwilling to stand behind their posted price is a very shady business practice. Beware.

They did an amazing job with my car. It looks brand new again. They came out to my place and were courteous, hardworking and professional. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Spokane Mobile Detail! Came all the way out to Medical Lake, just W of Spokane. My dogs get more use outta the Subaru than I do, and it shows. The crew that tackled that hot mess did a superb job. Very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again in the future.

May detail cars good but never use them for your boat had them out three times ended up fixing it and detailing it myself

Malik and his crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job detailing and washing two of our vehicles. We have a yellow lab that sheds a lot (not great for cars with dark interior) and two young children that are a bit messy. It was a big job, but both cars looked like new when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company.

While the office staff seems young and a little disorganized, the folks that came out were great. A new girl in training was one of the detailers and she worked so hard on my car. Both that came out were very polite and professional.

After my cat peed in my car (during a scary trip to the vet) the interior of my car reeked with the smell of cat urine. Spokane Mobile Detail completely cleaned the interior of my car to perfection, and fully eliminated the smell of urine (which is a huge challenge). They were professional, punctual, and completed the detailing faster than estimated. I would highly recommend them!

Came early, cleaned and scrubbed the interior of my car for 90 minutes and did a great job! Only complaint is that they left my headlights on and my battery died. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a good cleaning!

I typically don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to write one about my experience. My first detailing appointment was originally scheduled for 10am but was called and asked to move it back until 12 which I was able to as I didn’t have anything to do until later in the day. I try to be understanding and get that sometimes appointments run long so I agreed to pushing back until 12. I waited until 12:10 and no one had showed up, I called them (after not hearing from them) and was told they still had 30-40 minutes left on their current appointment and then were going to lunch. I had to let them know that didn’t work as I had somewhere I needed to be at 2 which is why I scheduled my original appt. at 10am. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt (things happen) so I rescheduled my appointment to a different day as I could not wait anymore that day. Fast forward to this week, I had my appointment scheduled for 2pm and was called at 1:40pm to let me know they needed to reschedule and then the call ended. I tried calling back multiple times and did not get an answer, waited and never heard back from them. I can’t speak to the quality of their work (as they never made their appointments) but as far as the communication and reliability I wouldn’t recommend this business based off my experience.

They were 2 hours late. They just wadded up my water hose. They used my extension cord and didnt put it back. When I got the car out in the sun, there was smudges and dust all over the car. Did a terrible job detailing the inside. I had to clean the windshield cuz you could not see out of it it was streak so bad. I think all of the five star reviews were friends of theirs, cuz I dont see how you would get a five-star from them. It was a waste of money. I do not recommend them whatsoever.

I was recently given a car that had not been well taken care of. It was dirty, dusty, and had stains. I tried to clean it myself and took hours but it didnt seem to help. I called Spokane Mobile Detail and set an appointment. They came to me, which was so convenient, and they were polite and very respectful. I showed them the extremely dirty car and they didnt complain or seem upset, all they said was, okay miss, we will get this taken care of for you! They worked so hard and didnt stop until it was finished! It was extremely hot out but they still did what they needed to in order to complete the job well. When they were done, it looked incredible! They did such an amazing job! This dirty car now almost looks brand new! I honestly was blown away! Thank you for being professional, for being kind, and for working so hard and doing such an amazing job! I will be calling you again!

They took 5 hours 50 dollars extra for pet hair. But missed the entire headliner n some cup holders. Not worth 230$

I recently purchased a 2015 SUV that had a lot of wear and tear in and out . The body had a lot of scratches on it and some very big areas of abrasions that I thought nothing could be done about short of repainting. Malik and Vincent spent 4 hrs at my place proving me wrong. The body looks almost new!The interior was very dirty with many areas of spills, stains and dog damage on the seats. They made a big improvement but due to the age of the stains could not entirely eliminate them.Overall, I was pleased with the almost new look my vehicle now has thanks to their efforts in my driveway--- in the hot sun!
