We used Spokane Stone Creations to install a marble shower and floor in our bathroom in November 2020. We had an issue with the installer constantly taking off his mask indoors, and also frequently blowing his nose in our bathroom sink, and complained to Pete. The installer then installed 3 cracked tiles. Pete disagreed that the third tile was cracked, but upon first wash it filled with dirt. They replaced 2 of the 3 tiles, and then smeared the construction dust all over our white marble and then applied too much sealant over it leaving the white marble looking dirty and smeared. They also failed to complete the grout in the shower, broke the wall trim, and left dirty hand prints all over the walls. We complained about the smeary dirty looking floor on the final inspection, and Pete told us it would come clean with soap/water. It did not come clean with soap/water. We tried to clean it. Pete told us in November that they would come back to finish the grout, change the last cracked tile, and clean the excess sealant covered dirt off our new white marble. He failed to show up for the many many appointments, and this last time, just didnt even let us know or reschedule. I would not recommend this company. We are searching for a new provider now to come clean their mess off what should be beautiful white marble.

Spokane stone creations did a great job for my small job. reasonably priced. Pete was quick to respond and got his guys out there within three days. David and Clayton were early and did a good job fabricating my quartz vanity top. They were good workers, they didn’t waste any time and they did a good job with cleanup. 90 minutes later my quartz vanity top was installed, polished and looks great! Thank you so much.

Do not think about getting someone else to do you tile work!!!!These guys are amazing. They are professional, friendly, respectful, super detailed, amazing craftsmen and fast. We found out that our shower was having some tile problems and they had the old show demolished and the new tile installed within two days. Its amazing. They respond almost immediately to phone calls, texts and emails. I could not believe how good their price was compared to other bids. The made my wife and I so happy. Highly recommend. I would give six stars if I could. They even noticed in my second shower that there was a need for grout/seal. They will be my first call for any job they can do. See the before and after...and be jealous.

Spokane Stone Creations completely rebuilt my bathrooms after a water leak caused extensive damage to both of them. They replaced an old tub and an outdated shower enclosure with two beautiful walk-in showers. The tile work was perfect and came out exactly like I was envisioning. Same for the tile work on both floors, which came out beautiful as well. We completely re-did the walls and lighting, repainted, and replaced all the fixtures—basically I have two brand-new bathrooms now. Pete was friendly, super easy to work with, and was always responsive to my questions, and he made sure the final touches on everything were exactly how I wanted.

Pete installed our bathroom vanity countertop and undermount sink and backsplash. Him and his team were very detailed and precise with the fabrication and installation process. Will definitely and hire again for our future kitchen project.

Pete and his crew were awesome. Very respectful of my home, kept things clean. Had to leave throughout the day and felt very comfortable letting them stay inside and tile while I was away. The tile work was really good. They made the bathroom floors in our very uneven 1912 home perfectly smooth with large 12x24” tile (which is very hard to do).

Weve had 2 bad experiences with landscapers not meeting their timelines for completions. They went over not days, but months. We saw Petes commercial on tv quoting a fast turn-around on any project. We called Stone Creations and Pete came to our house that day. He was extremely knowledgeable and not a hard sell. We decided to remodel our master bath as well as our fireplace. We purchased a granite remnant from Pete for the countertop which saved us $$. Petes wife took us to the place they purchase other types of stone. She told us what we needed and made recommendations based on our style, etc. Their stone prices are extremely competitive with the big box stores; however, the stone we purchased is of a much higher quality. Pete said he would be in and out in 10 days; however they were actually done in 5 days! Pete and his crew are truly skilled craftsmen! Their workmanship is incredible, and we are so pleased with the fireplace and master bath. It actually feels like we are in a high-end hotel shower when in use! Love it! We recommend Pete and would not hesitate to hire these guys again!!!

My upstairs shower was leaking down into the basement. The evening I contacted Pete, he came over, assessed the problem, gave me a bid and the next week they came over and completed the job. They had to remove 8 tile up from the tub all the way around, replace wallboard and then re-tile, which they found a perfect match of my old tile.
