Prestige Tile put a beautiful custom shower in my master bath. The crew was on time, and kept my home clean throughout the whole process! Any construction work going on in youre home can be stressful but im thankful that Matt was able to make it such a smooth process! Thanks guys for youre hard work!

We hired Matt to put in a tile floor for our kitchen and family room and could not be happier with the results and experience. Matt is a consummate professional and did everything he said he would within the time frame he had given us. He even went above and beyond by replacing some tile that I had sourced that did not exactly match the others. We could not be happier with the experience. Matt at Prestige tile did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom. We have a 1925 Craftsman Bungalow that had a 1950 era bathroom with pink and brown plastic tile, it looked horrible. Matt came in with great suggestions, did great prep work to true up walls and floor for the new tile, he was meticulous and detail oriented, I love our new bathroom more and more, Thank you Matt! I will use you again for more remodel work.

I just had Matt and Anthony do my back splash in my kitchen. They were awesome! They did a wonderful job. I am very picky about details. I tried to find something wrong, but couldnt find anything wrong with the work. They were so helpful. Matt was great about making suggestions. He pays attention to details. I cant wait to show it off to friends. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking for quality workmanship, this is the company for you.

Matt and Larry worked very hard for 10 days to give us a beautiful new floor in 3 rooms and a hallway. Matt explained the steps as he went and made an effort to accommodate our living space. He is meticulous in his work and delivers on schedule!

In April of 2017, we spent almost $10,000 on a custom shower by Matt Vyverberg (proclaimed owner of Prestige Tile & Stone). This was a major investment for us and we thought we had done all our due diligence. Unfortunately, Matt was very convincing and charismatic and we thought we were in great hands. He bragged that in over 22 years, he had never had a shower fail or leak!! During the installation, I was surprised by how messy and inconsiderate he and his crew were. I even talked with him a couple of times about the level of mess he left each day. At one point he or crew member broke an antique Limoges tea cups (inherited from my Grandmother). Matt was rather condescending and totally unapologetic about it. He offered nothing to reimburse us for the loss.Fast forward 2 years, our $10,000 shower is leaking into our family room. In good faith I called him, hoping he would be a professional and take action to make things right. Matt claimed he could find no record that he installed the shower. Thankfully, I had the bid and invoices. Once I provided the invoices, he went black ops and disappeared. He must have saved my number, because from then forward when I called, it went straight to voice mail. So I called him from a different number and he picked up immediately. He went straight to its out of warranty. After a little discussion he claimed he would come take a look at it... Again, when called to follow, up straight to voice mail. So, I called from another number... He picked up immediately! This time he was abusive, argumentative, rude, defensive and hung up.I have never written a negative review about anyone or any company before. However, this time I felt the need to share my horrible experience with Prestige Tile & Stone. If you want to spend $10K on a shower, only to have to spend over that amount 2 years later, to fix the failing mud pan and damage done to your home from the failure... go no further Matt is your man! If you want to work with a professional with any level of integrity and the grit to really put their name on their work ( which means that in 2 years when it fails dont get nasty and say its out of warranty too bad so sad) keep looking and do not give him the time of your day or money!

Matt does extremely high quality work. I moved to Spokane from San Francisco and tend to have pretty high-end taste, but I also like to watch our budget so I didnt hire an interior designer for the guest apartment we built. Fortunately, Matt has a great design sense, which is a real plus. I went with his recommendations and I couldnt be happier with how our floor, tiled shower with a river rock floor and glass kitchen backsplash turned out. In fact, given the premium glass tile I chose for the kitchen, I honestly didnt want anyone but Matt and his team to install it. I would recommend Prestige Tile & Stone to you if you are looking for a high quality job.

When I called Matt I only needed my leaky shower fixed and after having him complete the project we have now done my other 2 bathrooms, kitchen and he is going to do my outside patio this summer. Working with him is a all new experience compared to working with other contractors. He is highly recommended.

I used Prestige Tile a couple years ago. I had to convert my Moms tub/shower to a more handicapped accessible shower. She had broke her hip. Still love it. Matt was wonderful and talented thru the whole process. I have another project that came my way and I automatically checked to see if Matt was around to do that one too. It takes the stress off of me that I can leave the tile work in his hands. I can also pick his brain for any other problems and ideas. I know this next job will turn out wonderful also.

Matthew is horrible. Cuts corners. Doesnt do what he bids or promises. Dont expect much from Prestige Tile & Stone
