I had to suddenly put my entire life into storage, and this place was absolutely perfect. The customer service is incredible, you will hear back from office staff within 24 hours if you can’t catch them in person or via phone. The grounds are exceptionally clean & well maintained in the winter. Having both locked the gate as well as a security system in each unit made me feel safer keeping my things there than any other storage facility I’ve used previously. If they have units available, this is the place to go.

Excellent costumer service. Extremely helpful and support military with a nice big flag flying out front. The security is awesome. Your storage items will definitely be safe here.

This storage facility seemed legitimate. Easy in and out with our 26ft moving truck. Our customers seemed happy to be storing with this facility.

Good prices and friendly customer service

Everything was great for months. I found my contract out side with all of my personal information on it. The manager try to tell me it was because they did not have my address. my address on the bill they gave me. They make you use there locks and they break so you can’t get into your unit. I cut off their lock they freaked out and want to bill me $111 for damages I guess they found on the latch. Then they lock me out of the gate even thou I have paid until they get the contract back and pay $111 for a new latch. Also told me they would sell my stuff for rent if I don’t give the contract bank and pay for a new latch. This is a picture of the latch that was damaged they billed me for.

When we first rented from Lyons we went to the unit in the evening, The.facility was closed at that time. There was a small oil spill which we reported. They were so nice about getting it taken care of right away. They also gave us a 15 percent discount on our rent for the month. The only companies that offer that great of customer service like that are the companies who care. I would recommend this place without hesitation to family and friends. Thank you especially to Heather, she has been so helpful and kind and gracious.

If you ever need a storage unit in Spokane this is the best place to get one! Staff is awesome!! Units are clean and reasonably priced!! The manager Heather is the best!!

I have been renting from Lyons Storage for over 10 years now, and have always received the best service. Great rates, well lit at night, maintained driveway in winter time. The best thing, when you call, the manager or one of the office girls actually answer the phone.

Well, I have dealt with storage places before and seen some shady thing done. We looked at a couple of storage places before we decided on Lyons storage. For us it was a no brainer, the complex was clean, great lighting and a storage manager named Heather. She is awesome! Heather took care of any problems that we had. She always has a smile on her face and really looks after us renters. We totally recommend Lyons Storage and Heather, thank you for all you have done!!!!
