The people that work here have a power Trip problem. They literally are rude and have no customer service skills and literally will just kick you out right after you just paid them $150 just for your dog not being on a leash. When all my dog did was jump out of the car and tried to run after my friend that left. I also have a 9-month mini Doberman Pinscher he weighs about 5 lb. Dont use this storage the people here or so rude the lady that says that shes a manager has no customer service skills at all that she literally followed me down to another storage unit just so I wouldnt be able to rent another storage unit just to have that control. I have video of her following me on the highway an hour after I left her parking lot!!

Amazing customer service from a clean, secure facility. We had to store our camper last minute before flying back east for a family emergency. The entire team at Diamond took great care of us and got us situated in no time.

This is a good storage facility. I liked my spaces and loved how easy it was to find my way around. Very spacious driving area.

Previously I’ve reviewed this facility in a negative way. However I want to give props to one employee who made our last experience( moving our things out and stopping payment)enjoyable and easy. Sarah was professional and helpful, polite, and extremely proficient. She changed my whole opinion of this facility and (in my opinion ) deserves a raise!!

Love that its 24hrs you can come and go. A downside is that it is one of the more expensive storage units in town

Great service. Reimbersed my uber fare to airport and prorated my rent because I moved out before the 6th. Although more expensive than other storage, it is totally worth the money. Will recommend to my friends.

Went to the storage to buy something from someone who was selling some of their stuff to downsize their storage and the clerk was mean mugging me the whole time and followed me around after they let me in. I think it was because I was black.The reply says that they knew I wasnt a customer and they were trying to protect their customers. If she was watching me that close, which she was, she obviously knew that their customer came to the gate and let me in the gate after entering the code, which I didnt have. You can say whatever you want to say to try and justify your actions, but the bottom line was you were racial profiling, which is not OK in my eyes.I did not slip in the gate when one of your customers left. one of your paying customers put the code in from the other side of the gate and let me in. I actually followed them to the storage unit because I didnt know where it was. It will show on the video that one of your customers that I was going to see let me in from the inside of the gate. The diamond employee who was watching and following me actually talked to the Diamond customer letting her know that I was with them. The Diamond customer in fact said to me they are racial profiling you. Thats messed up Instead of trying to make excuses for what transpired maybe you should talk to that employee and look at the video. Then maybe apologize.

Staff is very helpful. The place is very neat and clean. Easy access from the highway.

Expensive like all storage places. They bait you in with sort of reasonable prices and then WHAMMO they jack the price to the moon. Storage is fo suckers, just get rid of it.

They have tons of different storage units available and comes with 24/7 access to your unit with a unique gate code. Vey good prices and if you only use the unit for a small amount of time, you receive some of your money back! The staff is super friendly and they make the whole experience stress free and easy

Friendly staff, lowest price in spokane and clean facility. I gave 4 stars because my door doesnt close all the way and I noticed many of the units have same issue. Rodents, bugs, rain, snow ..... who knows what will get inside....I have no complaintsOther than the door issue

Office is terrible at communication. Often closed prior to advertised hours. Pretty sure theres like 6 people living in the unit next to mine.This place is a dump, my door is junk and barely opens or locks. I sweep my unit everytime I come by; tons of fresh mice droppings every time... Units are 24hrs but they dont even have a light bulb in the units so afterhours work is impossible. And theres a massive mosquito filled swamp at the edge of the property so be prepared to be swarmed during warmer months.Security is pretty much non-existent. Have only seen them come by one time to check on me but pretty sure they were just scoping out my belongings judging by how hard they were eyeballing them. I do not feel like my items are safe here.Was considering moving to another unit on the lot but the office never got back to me after messaging them twice so I will be terminating my lease and moving to another facility. Been renting here off and on for 2+ years, 100% on time payments. The lack of communication is the final straw for me. Youve just lost a customer.

Wants insurances for any vehicle store on premises even leasure.

If zero stars was an option that is what I would give themI have used multiple storage facilities in the Spokane area and diamond is by far the worst I have ever seen. I recently helped a friend move out of their unit and there were rodent droppings everywhere. They (those renting the unit) informed me they previously had had to change to a different storage unit because of rodent activity, so this is not a new problem. I was also told they were offered a credit by way of apology that never was processed. The damage was astronomical, but when they called to report the issue they were scolded for not purchasing insurance.Awful.

Ive been there for 4 yrs or so, and i gotta say its cheaper to pay late fee than to change the date of payment.

I have been very satisfied with it. They have a good group of people working for them. Its a safe place, I go there at night most and I am not bothered by anyone, I know the security guard is there

Way to expensive! There was only 1 staff there that was friendly and helpful and I wish I knew his name but if you have money to blow and don’t mind spending an arm and a leg than this might be a good fit for you. The 24hr access was very useful which is one thing I did appreciate!

Subject to theft?!?I have been renting two units at this facility (one $HUGE$, one small) for almost a year and due to health reasons have gotten a little behind. The magager at this location is very rude and has not only refused to accept my payment but auctioned off my units yesterday.I had left my number with her to receive a call back from... Someone.. The owner? But such call was never received.This is very sad as this was everything me and my children owned in world after being removed from our home due to an owner contract scam.Why was it impossible to reach anyone but that same manager..?!? Why did she refuse my payment? Along with our home items, childrens clothing etc, the unit was also full of very valuable antiques as i am (was) an antiques dealer.The contents of my units were NO SECRET, unfortunately theyd been not only openly discussed but had also been subject to a friendly visit from the management.

The staff is very courteous, helpful and maintain a clean business. Really appreciated the extra effort they put into assisting us.

This storage place is a very nice place to have your things stored. The employees were helpful with getting us set up for a storage unit. Their prices also seem very reasonable. They also have security cameras around the property as well.

Higher prices than needed, lots of mice in and around facility with no seen control. Good security and super staff especially weekend staff is great🤔🙂

Best place to park when you fly out of Spokane. Less expensive than parking at the airport plus you get more services; free car wash, coffee, newspaper, etc. They pick you up at your car and take you right to the gate. The drivers and cashiers are nice and the lot is safe and secure. Flying has become sort of a hassle, Park N Jet makes starting and ending your trip better.

The storage unit was infested with mice. Not a good experience for us at all! We then had to remove all our belongings from there and of course dispose most of it. No help was offered from the staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

WOW!!! Great customer service!!! Just had to post. I had parked my vehicle at here and when I returned my battery was dead. I must say I was not happy but the employees were awesome!! They were slammed with other customers but they got my van started and they waived my parking fees because it took so long to get me going. Thank you ParkN Jet Spokane. I will always remember this. Your customer service is awesome!!!

Wonderful staff, secure facility, and great prices! We were thrilled to have such great customer service, ease of check in, and a clean and secure spot to temporarily store our belongings.

I wish ths monthly wasnt so pricey but otherwise theyre ok... we did find some boxes were damp after the winter had passed tho.

I will never go back again NEVER NERVR AGAIN !!!! I had my storage for a little over a year, I paid for insurance for the unit .. first of all it was broken into along with 3 other units so I was told .. the person at the counter said nothing they can do about it .. It was my lost .. EVERYTHING WAS COVERED IN RAT DROPPING AND MOLD SO DISCUSSING. WHAT WAS THE INSURANCE FOR EXTRA MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS ... TERRIBLE PLACE ... VERY UNSATISFYING

Currently its a one star. Made sure to set up everything ahead of time to store stuff the night. charged my card and removed there lock and all but we had no access do to it being pending or something and no one could help at all.Edit: next morning we show up when the office was open after are uhaul and all was late and all. Lady checked the computer and we went out and it magicly worked. Luckily uhaul understood and waived the extra day charge. No more problems so far.

This was a terrible storage experience. Just when I got everything moved in, they asked me to leave. It was so ridiculous. I would never recommend storing anything at this storage facility. They are strange people, who are very wishy washy.

Super freindly and perfessional. I had to postpone my rental and they without qusstion refuded and reserved the unit two weeks later. Thats going above and beond. Clean organized and almost 20% less than the place up the street. Good Job!
