After 20 years with the same insurers I had to find a new company because the old one was bought by a company I didn’t like after a week with their “service”. Today was my first interaction with a State Farm agent, Jess, seeking advice on how to handle driving and storing three cars which we move around during different seasons.Jess was immediately professional and cheerful, and listened to my entire question before breaking in with questions or answers.She was extremely knowledgeable and, after listening to my entire question, had a solution which covered all my needs.We set a plan and agreed on an agenda which will cover the proper amount of coverage I will need for the three cars as we travel between our two homes.Jess was quicker and provided better explanations than my previous supplier.She should have this response placed into her personnel file.

I continue to be very satisfied with the friendly, professional service that I receive from State Farm. I spoke to Jess about adding a vehicle to my auto policy, and we reviewed my coverages, which needed to be adjusted. She knew her stuff, and did a great job of explaining things.

I have a portfolio of insurance products which I wanted to replace, including autos, homes and boats. Angela Simonson did an excellent job of taking my declaration pages from my previous carrier and creating an improved package of products with superior coverage. She was able to price out similar or improved options for coverage and make recommendations for what could be advantageous to me or what was probably not worthwhile. All in all, the insurance options were better than my Geico package in terms of coverage type, covered amounts, and overall cost.For me, the best benefit is simply having a person to talk with, without delay, and who understands my needs. The value of this can’t be overstated. My previous carrier was Geico, and every product was handled by a different department and each inquiry or question required very long hold-times (>20 min at times) and a totally new customer service rep on every call. It was definitely an impersonal and extremely inefficient interaction. Angela has met me, knows my insurance goals, and can work to get those to happen without me needing to present at every step of the way. So, I definitely recommend her and Eli Coski Agency without reservation.

Ive never been more pleased with an insurance company. They have the best customer service and honestly if you dont understand exactly what it is you had a question about, they will make sure that you do understand before you get off the phone. Its pretty unusual not to feel like youre taking up too much of somebodys time and Ive not ever felt that way. The best thing are my rates have never gone up theyve always gone down.

I have been with State Farm and under Eli Coski’s care for a number of year now. His team services me with auto, life and disability insurance, of which, I have been extremely pleased. His team includes some of the most diligent and professional people I have done business with. For example, I recently had a policy written for a spur of the moment purchase I made on a commercial vehicle. Writing the policy became a head ache in a hurry because of the nature of the vehicle. Jess, Eli’s associate, was very professional and prompt in dealing with this special situation. She and I have talked nearly half a dozen times on the phone trying to make sense of how to write the policy. She has been such a pleasure to deal with and even though the situation with this particular vehicle should have been frustrating, it was anything but. I have never been inside an insurance office in my life. After speaking on the phone with Benjamin a few weeks ago and getting an estimate over the phone we scheduled an appointment because I am a hands on person and needed to see numbers and ask questions. He took the time and reviewed everything with me and although it took a few hours we left feeling happy with our decision to switch from Geico/Progressive to State Farm and 3 insurance policies later we have more coverage than we did before saving almost 1k per year!

I have been with Eli Coski since I bought my new car in Aug 2017. A few months later I hit two deer which caused a lot of damage, and a full week at the auto body shop. My rates werent affected even though I was new to the policy. Im a tough grader, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. FYI Make sure you add on rental car coverage, if you hit a deer and your car is in the shop. I am a satisfied and a loyal customer. Thumbs up!
