Buck and Affiliates have taken care of all my Auto/Home insurance since I was a teenager. From finding me really low rates when I was under 25, to finding me better coverage once I got a little older, to helping bundle my home and auto for additional discounts. They are always friendly and willing to help. Dont buy insurance without them.

Rude staff, it appears they work from home and get annoyed at customers bothering them during their WORK hours. They hang up on customers. Ever since the covid Ive been treated rude, they always made me feel like annoyance although they are there for CUSTOMERS! Dont forget that you can either make or break a deal with a client with your attitude.

Very friendly helpful and affordable company

Been a customer for awhile with Auto insurance and Home owners insurance. The service level has really plunged as of recently. Unfortunately they never seem to return phone calls even for existing customers. I am surprised, as I usually had a good experience from them. Contacted the Agent on two separate occasions to get a quote for a new policy. No return contact was ever made. Very disappointing.
