Not organized managers have zero knowledge on what there doing never anyone in apartment offices worst management ever stay away!!

This company is very unprofessional. How they treat their employees is hands down disrespectful. Cant do this, cant do that, have to do this, have to do that. And heaven for bid that you need to get a hold of someone to make a formal complaint.

I enjoy the location of my apartment where Ive lived for 3 years. I appreciate how quickly their new management team responds to requests and their new maintenance team has solved some ongoing problems with ease, I can tell there is more expertise going on now. Very impressed with the new changes and cooperation with Spokane Neighborhood Action Program.

Newest management is rude. Can’t ever catch anyone in office. Hugely disappointing, overall a let down to residents. Huge drug problem within the building. 10/10 will not recommend renting here.

Put our name in for a place,, took over a year to call and then it was an insult what was offered! Thought they offered to help those who are homeless? Just another click if your not the type they want in there well then your not getting help! I am surprised how Spokane treats their own! Rent prices everywhere are off the hook! Much to high!

Told one thing when we moved in years ago and never had a complaint once and then a Karen moved downstairs and suddenly theres *dozens of complaints on 2 days* when we werent provided proof of who complained or when. Told we could smoke on porch cause at least 2 Apts per buildings have grills on the porch and its 25 ft from entrance and now suddenly we cant when we havent had issues with it in over 3 years. Management is condensending and not polite at all when calling about it.
