They havent worked on my vehicle yet (in a couple of weeks) but the customer service is outstanding! Very very nice people. Ive seen their work & have recommended people to Macks for years. They do wonderful work.

I definitely enjoyed doing business with Eugene and Jeneen at Macks auto body shop. We ran our insurance claim right through with them with AAA and it was seamless. They were always respectful and I could tell they took customer service seriously. I wouldve rated them a 5/5 because it was 5/5 work, but it took a little too long. I had just finished my business with them and Jeneen was telling me they were overwhelmed with deer collisions in the latter part of November and early December which I totally understand. I would recommend this business to anyone and especially if you need to run your car through insurance or if you need other services done in Spearfish. They were extremely professional, and I never had an unpleasant experience with them over the last couple of months.
