Mike and Zoe were awesome. Helped me find a good and affordable vehicle back to Rapid City Regional. Will definitely use them again and have recommended to my family who travel here frequently to visit our parents.

Always helpful and attentive, had to get a vehicle on short notice and received a RAV4 . My vehicle was in the shop overnight and even thou I had to go to the airport to get it I was happy to get one to rent. Here in the Black Hills its the start of the yearly motorcycle rally. Everything is tied up business wise and even though I dont rent often I was certainly impressed with the outfit and price. I will always cherish this company and have become a member. Our car went into the garage on vacation in Deadwood SD. I called this place to see if they had a car available for use to rent. I was told several times they were bringing some in, and -finally - would have one for us. We found a nice person to take my husband 15 miles to pick up a rental. They drove to this rental, and my husband was told they did not have any cars for us to rent - even though the woman I talked to said they did and to come and pick one up. What kind of company does this to people?

Maria has always been amazing. Her customer service is great, she always took the time to ask about us. We have used this Enterprise on several occasions and have always been more than satisfied. The vehicle availability is less than ideal in our remote location, which is understandable ( hence the lack of the 5th star). However, the service was above and beyond my expectations, including upgrading my family FREE of charge to accommodate my 4 kids and wife, as they knew that is what I needed! I was called back when a vehicle became available and Maria informed me that they were HAPPY to upgrade the vehicle and deliver what was not expected or paid for by insurance. I am over the top grateful for the trouble they saved us this last week, especially with over 100 degree weather! Went in to get a rental at the spearfish SD location, the woman Maria was quite rude. I had family drive there and I told her I was interested in possibly renting a car and the response I received was no, not today, try calling me tomorrow. Plus on the door was a sign that said out delivering Cars. She was sitting inside the building...NOT impressed by her customer service.

Completely RIDICULOUS!!!! This place should be shut down! No cars. Needed to get back home (12 hrs away) and they have NO cars. Keep telling us to call her back in an hour. Well we dont have an hour for you to figure NOTHING OUT. 1st hour, we got the exact same crap we got the first time. Idiots is the nicest way I can put it. What do the people that work here do all day if they dont rent out cars??

I have used Enterprise several times this year and I have been extremely satisfied. Ed at the Fort Gratiot, Michigan location and Debra at the Spearfish, South Dakota location were outstanding in regard to customer service! I would hire them myself, they are an asset to their company. Enterprise has been helpful and very accomodating, I will continue to use this company for years to come.
