I always got good haircuts, eyebrows trimmed, hair washing, etc ... Now they NEVER answer the phone??Is Cost Cutters Permanently CLOSED?

Just when I thought my haircuts couldnt get any worse I went to cost cutters in spearfish. I now have a cut just like Leonard Nimoy ( not exaggerating ) next time Ill save the money and just have 6 yr old neighbor girl cut it! Where r these people getting their license s from?

Its a drop and Chop Shop they flop you in their chair and do whatever they want with your hair. They dont listen or pay attention to what you really want- theyre just trying to get a quick cut make a dollar and get the next guy in their chair. For $20 bucks? I would have been better off buying a 12 pack of beer and cutting it myself. I would have done a better job drunk then she did!

Very unfriendly staff that do not act like they care about their jobs. Have received hair cuts from there before and staff was still not the best but walked in and was immediately dumbfounded on how the staff attitude was today and decided to go elsewhere. I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate for a cut!

Horrible cut! Supposed to just lightly trim what I had (how hard is that- no style change at all) but I got a chop job instead!! Shoty personality too!When you have to request a mirror to see the sides and back, I guess that should have been enough of an indication that I really didnt want to see what she did!!

OMG I will NEVER go back there again! The lady I went to doesnt deserve any stars at all!! I could not believe how rude she was...seriously if you dont like your job find something else! Normally I give a nice tip but needless to say...SHE GOT NOTHING!!!!

Emily is by far the worst hairdresser ive ever had. She poured bleach on my hair and scalp after telling her that I only wanted highlights. She did not listen to my needs. After which, she proceeded to butcher my long hair. I spent $200.00 to repair the damage & I still lost half of my hair. Very traumatic. We will never be back to this salon.

For a basic haircut this place is great. I have never walked out with a bad haircut. For something more complicated I would go to a salon. But cuts for kids and men this is a great place.

Wouldn’t recommend unless you have noOther choice. Unfriendly hair stylists whom act like they are miserable at their jobs. Give good haircuts though.
