We had to clean out 2 story apartment for deceased family member. Dave responded very quickly to request for a quote and we found his quote very reasonable. His team called before arrival to give us the ETA and when they arrived, they knew exactly what to do to get large furniture downstairs and out without any damage to walls. The 4 guys were very professional, friendly and worked very well together. They also finished the job in less than 2 hours. Their team lead had maturity beyond his years. David...the owner was very up front with the pricing and what to expect. Patrick and Kaleb came out to do the work and they were GREAT!!. The removed junk from under the hose crawl space and from another storage shed. I had no idea the amount of stuff that was in the crawl space and they both did the work in good time. They even returned the stuff I wanted to keep back under the crawl space and even stacked them neatly in one area where as before, everything was scattered everywhere in the crawl space. It was a last minute, desperate call we made to them 6:30AM. They called back around 7:30-8am and gave a quote. They said they could do it 1-5pm and we accepted. Later called back to say they finished early and could arrive earlier. They did a VERY GOOD job, cleared EVERYTHING away and left it SPOTLESS !!! These guys are great! I have had them remove junk from three properties and they are meticulous! The price is always spot on. If they quote it, it will be that amount. These guys can look at what you have and even if it is spread out they are correct on how much it will be in the dumpster. Very polite and professional.

Jeff, Tommy, Alex and Kaleb(sorry if I misspelled or got anyones name wrong!) did a really great job. I had several years worth of lawn furniture, lawnmowers, tires, scrap metal and scrap masonry, all cluttering the property here and taking up space. After spending some time to toss it all into a large pile I called the business number. Best Junk Removal has an automated system for incoming calls and I hate automated phone systems. However, after only a couple of keystrokes I was able to have Dave call me back. He was very friendly and professional and we agreed on a day.The four guys I named above arrived with 2 trucks, each with dumpsters in tow. I greeted them at the road, we made brief introductions and I showed them my junk.🤣 They got right to work loading, sorting and separating, shoveling and raking. I didnt talk to them much, as I did not want to interrupt their work, but every word that we did exchange was friendly and warm. All the guys did a very efficient job, very quickly and left my lawn spotless.I told Jeff that I would have another load in the Spring and I definitely know who to call. Great job all around, gang. Best Junk Removal lived up to its name! We had a demolished shed and playground fort to get rid of, and Jeff and Tommy arrived on time, followed Covid safety protocols, and were willing to do whatever it took to remove the lumber, roofing, and everything in between. After loading all the materials, they followed up by raking the area and making sure they removed all the little debris. The site looked better than it did pre-demolition! We highly recommend this company.

The team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. We’re remodeling our kitchen and had old cabinets along with 500 sq. ft. of old flooring plus some old carpet and padding. Let me explain why they deserve the 5 star review: I bought a house that had a lot of junk in and around it. I called around to rent a dumpster and all of the companies had a wait list of at least a week. Had I been able to get a dumpster, I would have only gotten a single small dumpster because thats all I thought I needed. Since I could not get a dumpster, I called around and found this company. Their price is barely higher than that of a dumpster rental. I called them on Tuesday and they said they could do the job on Thursday! They came out today with three strong men and worked for about four hours, my house is completely cleared out! The men were very polite and did not give me the creeps (that is important). Oh, it didnt cost much more than had I rented 3 dumpsters myself. Doing the work myself would have taken weeks and broke my back!!! These guys even swept up after they loaded the junk. I was a little shocked at the end of the day because I really only thought that I would only have one dumpster worth of stuff, but I saw them haul away three jam packed dumpsters!

Very friendly and helpful and even pulled right up to my college dorm to collect my couch. I’d definitely use them again!!

I called to get a quote to clean up some property homeless people had trashed. I live out of town and could not lay eyes on the situation. So within a couple of hours David was at the property and sent me pictures and a quote. They were at the property early the next morning and removed all the trash in a couple of hours or less. He sent me “after” pictures of the clean up which was immaculate. I had dreaded trying to organize a clean up, but Best Junk took all the pressure off of me - what a professional outfit!

David and his team were some of the best folks I’ve dealt with, regardless of industry. It’s kind of hard to believe they do junk removal; I’ve rarely had that kind of service and professionalism from any other service provider - white collar, blue collar, whatever. Their good work and professionalism even goes down to their equipment. You’d expect a dumpster for a junk removal service to be nasty but it looks like they even keep that clean. I told David I wish he’d branch out into more services beyond junk removal. I’d hire them again in a second.

They did an amazing job my side yard and woods were filled with trash from previous owner and they removed everything bottles, paper, tires, toilets, and every other thing the people thrown down there for 50 years.
