I will never go back to this place.. I had an appointment scheduled But still waited for 50 minutes, I ended up just leaving, I was tired waiting.PS: Thats what happened when you greedy and you overbooking yourself.

I was in the area and needed a pedicure and acrylic fill in. I stumbled upon four seasons as I was getting lunch, so I right Id try it out. I walked in, and was instantly impressed. They were super friendly, clean, and had the most variety of colors that Ive ever seen at a nail salon. Chin did an awesome job on my pedicure, she took her time and was incredibly detailed. My husband got a pedi with me, and Mimi did an incredible calf massage!Sandy took care of my acrylic fill in, and although shes quick, shes incredibly detailed. She chatted with me like I was family, and gave me advice on how to maintain my nails in between visits. Im so glad I found this little gem! It will be my go to place from now on!

I’ve been seeing Henry for awhile and the last few times I’ve been, he’s not been at his best! My last 2 times, including today...I am very unhappy with my nails! For what I pay, they should look flawless! I will be finding somewhere else to have my nails done! I don’t like paying that much money for my nails to look like they do!

Excellent service, best salon in town. I travel from NC to get my nails done.

They took me back and had me sitting so long the water turned cold. They were also taking clients that would come in WAY AFTER me. When brought to their attention they drained my cold water and continued to leave me there sitting for over an hour.

My biggest complaint is the wait times. It’s usually pretty long even if you have an appointment. I’m always satisfied with their work so I continue to come back. The technicians take their time and they do a good job shaping your nails and making sure they look neat and professional. The only time I wasn’t pleased with my nails is when I let the man who sits in the front, to the side (near sign in) do my nails. My nails are also usually pretty sore when I leave here ( never had that issue with other salons) I do think they are a bit over priced but I’d rather pay a little more and be pleased with the work than pay a little less and be dissatisfied so I guess I’m ok with that.

Great atmosphere and best techs around.

Came in with my sisters when the salon first opened, we got sat right away. Super impressed with the atmosphere and selection of colors. Was not asked if I wanted a beverage. 2/3 of us are very satisfied with the final product. I wish I had gotten the name of my nail tech (second seat on the right from the front of the store) because she deserves a shout out. She made sure my manicure was nothing short of perfect. She even had an appointment at 11 with another client but did not rush through to the end, she took her time and it really shows!My sisters both had the same nail tech (last seat on the left). One was unhappy with her acrylic gel manicure (med length nails), the end product was messy and uneven. The other was completely satisfied with her dip manicure (short nails). She was charged an extra $10 to have a different color for each nail, which seems arbitrary. I also had an additional $5 added to my dip manicure, but not sure the reasoning as I only used one color. Overall it was a good experience and would consider having future services performed if I could manage the same nail tech.

This is my go-to nail salon. Excellent customer service and Tony and Sandy (owners) go above and beyond to give customers good service and a nice experience. My daughters are very pleased with their manicures here and I enjoy the pedicures, or sometimes just a change of nail color. Their gel nails are perfect. And I mean perfect. Better than any other salon in the region. I highly recommend!!

Tony make my nails beautiful (without damaging my nails) using the dip powder. Ching is my choice for a great pedicure, even with me having ticklish feet. Best on Spartanburg!

This was my first time at this nail salon. They had about 8 nail techs. The lady that did my nails was Mary. She was very unfriendly! She was rough, pulling / jerking my hands. She sliced the side of my thumb open with a nail file and cut 2 of my other fingers with the drill. Instead of apologizing, she seemed even more frustrated and rude. When I handed her my debit card to pay, she asked if I wanted to add a tip, ummm... NO!!!

Always friendly and nice to me. I am older and they treat me with respect. My thanks to all of you and Happy New Year. See you in a couple of weeks.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Most horrible experience ever!! This was my first time visiting this shop and DEFINITELY my last. I had an appointment to get a pedicure and receive a new set (manicure). The lady who did my pedicure, did alright up until she began to paint my toes. She grabbed the wrong color, proceeded to paint 1 toe, and got offended when I simply said “Ma’am I think you grabbed the wrong color”... She then painted my toes as if she was rushing to get me out of the chair. I told her while she was painting that she was rushing and the paint job looked like something I would do at home. I asked her to stop and remove the polish then start over because it looked awful. She insisted on piling more nail polish on my toes to “fix it”. I had to make her stop and get someone else to fix my toes. Another Asian came over and said she would fix it, but only wanted to put an extra coat of polish on my toes. After I explained to her that I did not want an extra coat and showed her the errors, she then said they were not removing polish just to turn around and put it back on. I told her it looked unprofessional and I would be embarrassed to keep it on my toes. She then took it off and said ok we’re done. To make matters worse, the Tech (Annie) who was supposed to do my manicure said she didn’t have time to give me a new set because my appointment was booked wrong so she could only give me a fill-in. I explained that my appointment was booked with the owner (Tony) and he knew what I was getting. She said he didn’t write it down correctly and she didn’t have time to service me. So I walked out of there with toes not painted and my nails not done. Luckily, I found Lovely Nails (down the street) and they took care of me.

Chinh is an excellent nail tech. I really enjoyed my relaxing pedicure today .

Very good service, took me right in

My husband and I went in for two spa pedicures on Saturday. Since we had been before without an appointment and had to wait forever, we made an appointment for 11am. We were even there 30 minutes early to sign in. We left without our pedicures a little before 12 noon. Other patrons came in, and apparently because they knew staff, they were taken back immediately. After this happened for the fourth time, we left. We definitely wont be back. There were about six other people, some waiting for over 2 hours, who were also passed over. The silly thing is, we were there for two $36 pedicures. They were skipping over us for polish changes and $15 fill ins. Poor customer service, poor way to do business. With a nail salon on just about every corner, dont waste your time here.

It was totally Fabulous for Julie Jones and the staff Was so friendly! I highly recommend that everyone goes here!

My sister and I decided to make it a girls day and get our nails done. Well the wait took forever! The lady filed my skin and made it bleed just because it was sticking up. I kept telling her it hurts stop but she kept filing my skin down. About half way through with my nails getting done I look over and my sister has not gone back yet. TWO people went back before her. They charged me $54 for gel acrylic nails. What a rip off! The people are so unfriendly, the business is ran like a trainreck. I promise WE will not be back.

The woman that did my brows didn’t know what she was doing. I have thick eyebrows & I wanted them cleaned up to where they’re not too thick/thin + I told her to follow my arch; she did none of that. I kept hearing her say I’ll see what I can do & she mentioned something about medium but my eyebrows start off a lil thicker than they do at the ends & I hate that. If I do go again she def won’t be doing my brows.

Professional pampering! Nancy is my favorite technician but each of the nail artists can design a special mani or pedi for you at a reasonable cost!

Mary did a bad job on my nails, she rubbed the skin off around the nails, the nail polish started peeling off on the same day of service. I have 3 nails were the polish has fallen off. Spartanburg SC, on Blackstock road

I got a pedicure at Four Seasons. Everyone was nice, however one day after the pedicure the paint on a few of my toes peeled off. I went back up there to have them fix it, which they did after they blamed the type of shoes I wear and that I didnt let them dry long enough. The next day after fixing it, 3 more painted nails peeled off (while wearing opened toed shoes). This is the only pedicure I have ever had that has peeled of so quickly - definitely will not be back.

I just got my nails done here and had the most pleasant experience that I had to write this review from the parking lot. I just moved here and have been looking for a new nail salon. I drove to 2 other salons and was treated rudely from when I walked in so I left and came here. I was taken almost immediately and my nails have never looked this perfect Im actually wondering if these are my real fingers. 10/10 ask for Lena. She is so attentive and takes pride in her work. Ill be back for sure.

Best pedicure by Nancy that Ive ever had! My feet were soft and beautiful. My manicure was done by a gentlemen whos name escapes me but it was a gel manicure that was the perfect shape and look. Love it!

The BEST my nails have EVER looked!!! Tony you are the MAN!!! I highly recommend this place, you may have to wait, but its bc they take their time to do your nails right!! Waste of money. Never going back. Staff was friendly, but the woman who did my nails did a horrible job. She got polish all over my toes and Even though she saw polish on my skin she continued to paint my toe nails and cure them under the light. When it came for her to do my finger nails not only did she do a horrible job, but she made my finger bleed and when I asked her to fix one of my nails she just put top coat on it. My finger nails are uneven and and they seriously look like i tried to do my nails at home. Waste of money. Took my mom to also get her toe nails done, she was not happy about the results either.

I asked for a color and got the complete opposite of what I asked for. She dug way to deep in my nail bed and now my fingers are sore. They were way to high for a fill in so I high recommend that you don’t come here!!!!

Ive always thought of this place as the best in westgate. But they have gone down hill. My mom was trying to ask a question about the last extentions and waxing to a girl who was playing on her phone. Her snappy reply was im busy. Im helping a customer. Thats crapy customer service and uncalled for her to be so rude

Nancy is the best at giving pedicures. She takes her time and my feet feel wonderful when shes finished. I have had multiple injuries to one of my feet and once shes done they feel like new feet. The downside is that I had a very bad experience with her doing my nails. She drilled too far down into my nailbeds and now my fingers look horrible. Its going to take some time for them to heal, but overall a good place if your willing to wait

This is the most greedy, rude salon ever. Ive been going here for a while and never had many issues. However, today I paid for gel nails before they applied the polish and they didnt even render this service on my nails. I paid for nothing!! I paid $35 for a crappy color and when I told them refund me the extra they refused. They even yelled at me and said my business means nothing because they have a lot of clients as is. They said if I wanted the color gel I have to pay $50 extra for it. What kind of rip off is this. Ive never had a worse experience in my life. Dont go here not just for your sake but to show that customers do matter and no one deserves to be treated horribly. !!!

Ive come here a few times to get my eyebrows done and theyve always been done really well. However. I made an appointment and I still havent been seen an hour after my appointment time. I am extremely disappointed and Ill be finding a new place to go to.

Having my nails done by Tony for 20 years has been wonderful. He always can fit me in I never have any trouble with chipped nails or things lifting. But you do have to keep in mind that you cannot use acrylic nails as tools. I find this is been a problem with my friends.

Didnt even get services. Staff, I think he is the manager, walked in and began tell whom to get what service. I had walked in behind him. He asked what I needed... To get my daughters eyebrows done. He said it will be one minute... I said ok. He came back and said, anyone can do? I said thats fine if Sandy isnt here. He asked if I would like to come back later, and I asked how long is the wait. He said 15minutes. I said, thats fine. He said, ok. He came back again, do you wwat to come back later. I stated that I was going out of town once I left there...he said ok. Came back again. I said, we will go some where else

I have always come here for my eyebrows and they are done really well BUT if I make an appointment, they do not get to me until 1hr or more later after Ive arrived for my appointment. Very disappointed that its come to this. Will be looking for a new place to get eyebrows done.

My very first experience and it was awesome!!!!! I was referred by a guest to go to Tony he did an amazing job his wife Sandy put my nails on and he did the rest!!! Lets not forget the best pedicure I ever had done by Ching she was awesome!! Before leaving I made my appointment for 2 weeks!! The best nail salon in Spartanburg to me!! Ive had several bad experiences but today Four Seasons changed that!!! Thank you guys!!!

Horrible! I have set two different appointments and had to wait more than one hour. Would not recommend this place. Customer services is terrible and it is pointless to make an appointment. High dissappointed smh.

My experience there was HORRIBLE!! They were soooo aggressive with my nails and hands. She’d cut and burn my nails without apologizing. My nails were sore for a week. I’ve never gone to a nail salon with that much problems. I’m never going back!!!

The owner is very disrespectful and he dosnt treat everyone the same. My wife has been going there for years to get her eyebrows done. Whats the use of making an appointment when you sit for hours; then the lighter customers get served first even if you was already there. They do not like for my wife to have our kids with her, on several occasions my wife have been asked do you not have a baby sitter dont bring your kids but at the same time my wife and I both have seen numerous customers with there kids, but something is always said to my wife regarding our kids. By the way our kids are very well mannerd, even the 2yr old at times but we all know how 2yrs olds can be. Ive respected my wifes wishes and have stayed out of it. Attitude and curtisey is everything and who wants to go somewhere they are not respected or wanted. Nail and spa should be a happy time for my wife not thick tension and disrespect. Seek your spa experience somewhere else.

I waited an hour and a half and they proceeded to take other customers before me. They didnt want to give the prices and 2 other people were told wrong process. I will never set foot in that establishment again. Worst place ever!

I had a 4:30 appointment and waited an HOUR and they never got to me. Who can run a business that way?!? I had a babysitter for once and didn’t even get my pedicure. What a terrible place. I will never step foot in there again.

Worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. I was in and out in 25 minutes. She hardly scrubbed the dead skin off, went straight to the lotion. A week later and almost all my toes have chipped polish. Never again will I go there!

Me and my friend went here to get our prom nails done thinking we would spend maybe 25-30$ on white tips.... BUT NO. They charge you an extra 5$ and also add in charges you do not agree to. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND RUDE. there designs are ass and I will never go back
