I just moved to the area and I was not excited about having to find a new nail salon, 5 Sisters was recommended to me so I gave it a try, I have gone twice now both times they did an amazing job. I brought pictures of what I wanted they did a beautiful job including some cool Disney nails my daughter and I wanted for our trip. The nail techs are all so nice and you can really tell it rubs off on the customers because everyone in the salon was talking and laughing together! They even stayed open way past closing time to finish our nails, toes and eyebrows and kept an awesome attitude I never felt like i was being rushed through like I have at other places. They are priced well compared to other salons! I am so happy to have found my new spot so quickly!

I walked in at the last minute with my little girls(7,8) looking for a treat for us. I knew when we walked in and the ladies greated us so welcoming and didnt snicker or give us a look for bringing young children in that most give, that this was going to be a good thing.Plus, you know that awkward unwanted, almost misunderstanding or ignored feeling some salons give until someone has time to come up to the front or acknowledge you... yea thats definitely not the case here!They did not have children chairs but it did not take away from our services or their willingness to pamper us.How the techs treat me and my girls when I bring them, make more of an impact than how detailed the nails are. However, to make it better, we didnt even have to sacrifice quality. We had good timing and they filled up quickly after we were in so I was a little worried, but the lovely ladies did not rush or seem bothered and did amazing on all 3 of our hands and feet. I got acrylic overlay with French tip and my girl had them looking great. No bubbles or chips and I love it!I see reviews saying the wait is very long, and I could see that if we hadnt hit the right timing, but I think we will wait in the future bc they take their time, make you comfortable and do great. I dont think we have ever head such a good nail experience!

The absolute best I have found in both doing my pedicures AND friendliness, excellent customer service. I live on the West side & tried at least 4 different salons closer to home. I will go the extra distance from now on because my end result is well worth it! Regular or gel, the job is always neatly done & lasts long & these ladies are SUPER nice!

Very disappointed! Made an appointment for me and my mom ! Even told them we really want to sit together because we were celebrating our birthday. Passed several places that do the very same thing just to go to this place ! Get there 15 minutes before appointment and finally got seated 30 minutes after appointment. I swear I was trying to be patient. Once we were seated, they fill my tub with cold water and tell me to put my feet in . They walk away without a another word and leave my mom sitting there very uncomfortable because we could not get seat to adjust and even voiced that with no help . Keep in mind they did not even put her feet in the water . I could not take it a second longer so I dry my feet off, help my mom up and tell them very nicely we were leaving . They try to get us to sit but by then we were so unhappy

I went to the salon today 8/7/2021. I waited over an hour for a pedicure which was no problem because they were busy. Finally, She told me to come to the bowl. It took the young lady a total of 10 minutes( including the water running) to complete my pedicure plus an additional 3minutes to polish my toes. I never got a massage or any lotion after my service. My toes were also buffed during the process which I didn’t understand as I didn’t have any polish on my toes. I left paying $45 and being unhappy with the overall service. I felt disrespected by the service I received here. I will never come here again and I do not recommend it. I saw some unsanitary behavior while I waited as well that should be addressed, I’ll leave that to the State of SC. My feet are still hard on the bottom and being pregnant I left in worse shape than when I arrived.

Ive gotten service performed by almost everybody in there and they are all so nice and friendly. They know exactly how to do my nails everytime. They are busy but it is so worth the wait. The experience and how everyone treats you is the best. I will always go to them because i am now a loyal customer ❤️

First time here. Walked in right as they opened. I didnt have an appointment and the lady ahead of me didnt either. I got a great gel deluxe pedicure. No complaints. But by the time I finished the waiting room was packed and the wait time was about an hour.

The employees at this salon are friendly and take very good care of their clients. I look forward to getting my nails and toes done. It is always a pleasure to catch up with them. They are very busy and there might be a wait but it will be worth it!

I moved to town about two and a half months ago and came here because of the great reviews. Ill never go anywhere else! All of the ladies here are so friendly and do such a great job. They do get busy on the weekends, but they communicate with everyone and are extremely apologetic when the wait is a while. No matter how busy they are, they take their time on your nails to ensure that youre happy with them. I leave with my nails looking great every time and am able to go a full two weeks or more without losing or chipping any nails. I will always be happy to wait however long I have to to receive such excellent care and service!

I love getting my nails done here but the pedicures are exceptional! They pamper me regardless of what service I receive & I LOVE it! They are the best at what they do. I like some crazy paint jobs sometimes & they always surpass my expectations. Love ya’ll! Oh & just an added bonus but they are also cheaper than anywhere else around.

Everyone was so kind and patient. I never felt like my services were being rushed, even when all chairs were full and people were still coming in. French Manicure hands and feet and both are immaculate! First time visiting but not my last!

I love this place! Ive been trying to find a good nail spa in Spartanburg since I moved here last year from Greenville. Ive been going all the way to Greenville when I wanted my nails done, because I couldnt find any spa close to the great service I used to get. 5 Sisters Nails and Spa is my new salon and Im so happy! In fact, I like them better than former nail spa in Greenville. Ema did a fantastic job with my gel pedicure and manicure and Bella did an excellent job on my eyebrows. Theyre super kind and very detailed in their work and I appreciate the warm, friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Ema and Bella!

I called at 4:15 pm to ask them if they had time to fit me in for a gel manicure and the girl on the phone said “yes when will you be here?” I said “30 mins”. I got there at 4:45 as I said I would and ended up walking out at 5:30 when they still had not sat me. They took several people ahead of me saying “some people do pedicures and some manicures”. There was obviously a reason for me calling ahead and I would have gone elsewhere to get my nails done in those 45 mins I sat waiting had they just been honest.

I am the pickiest person when it comes to my nails, I tried this place on a whim after my previous nail technician moved out of state. These ladies are the BEST!! They are kind, very skilled and genuinely try to get to know their clients. They remember me by name each time I come in. I do try to make an appointment whenever I can, but I have walked in a few times and been seated within 10 minutes. It is clean and COVID compliant. I have gotten multiple compliments about my nails and I always recommend 5 sisters to everyone.

Sweet staff and awesome work, but they are SO slow! Every time I book an appointment, they don’t start on my nails until 45min-an hour after my scheduled appointment time. After a while, this has gotten old and I will not be back. Very irritated!

Excellent service and their prices are reasonable

I came in for a powder dip manicure. The staff was very friendly but all my nails are different sizes and shapes. I asked if they can file them down thinner then said no and then used a hand cube to do so and if barely made a difference. The top of the nail is bumpy and looks like I have pits in my nails.. paid $60 and spent 2 hrs there. Will not be back. If you like thin nails like me do not go there!!! And there is dip all over my skin around the nail..

EDIT OF PREVIOUS REVIEW:Today on July 2, 2021, I went to the salon as I have been going for months to get my nails done. I will say since my first review the quality of service on my nails has been spotty at best. It’s hit or miss on whether the dip nails last past one week or three weeks without cracking. And the wait time has been atrocious at times. I have taken my daughter with me on a previous occasion to get a gel manicure and the polish peeled in 2 days. I digress. On today, I arrived at the salon at 8:55a and it opened at 9am. There were 3 appointments ahead of me and one walk in. I understand the appointments have priority but walk-in are first come first served. While three of the appointments went back with the technicians ( only 4 in salon at this point), myself and the other walk-in were in the lobby. I stepped outside to take a call as the other technician had not come out yet. When I returned inside, the other walk in was sitting in the pedicure chair ahead of me. When I told the technician I was ahead of her, she rudely stated “I thought you left and were you getting a pedicure?” and proceeded to continue what she was doing as if I wasn’t a paying customer. This after I told her I was getting the dip powder and a pedicure when I entered the salon I left and I’m not sure I will return. I spend an exuberant amount of money for services that don’t last and often feel like I am overcharged each visit and to be treated so rudely, I will take my money elsewhere. Bella and the other technicians are really sweet but the rudeness of this technician combined with the prices has turned me off. Not to mention the fact that I travel 25 miles just to patronize this salon. Loyal customer no more!This is one the most warm, professional and inviting nail salons I have patronized in a long time. I went in 2 weeks ago for the first time as a Valentine’s gift and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. I had the pleasure of having Bella do my nails and her sister did my pedicure. They were both kind, attentive, and extremely friendly. I went back on today and brought my daughter. Bella remembered me and welcomed me back and thanked me for bringing my daughter. I was in awe that she remembered me even with a face mask on. I knew then I would be a returning client for a long time. This nail salon is busy because they always make you feel welcome and treat you with kindness and respect. If you have to wait they apologize for your wait time and always make you feel like they want your business. They inquire about you day and make you feel like a friend and not just a customer. I highly recommend these ladies as your go to for quality nails and service. This is a five star business that deserves all the success they have!! Five Sisters has a life long customer!!

Everyone is friendly & excellent nail artists. Very popular for Pedicures, they have 5 spa nail baths. You can make an appt or walk-in. The prices are lower than other Nail Shops that I have priced in the Spartanburg area. I recommend all ladies looking for a good nail shop to try 5 Sisters on E. Main St., Spartanburg.

This was my first time here they helped me right away soon as I walked in the door, my nails were done exactly how I wanted them and the price was also reasonable I will be coming back for sure!

We scheduled appts about 2 weeks ago for 6 of us. We made sure that they knew we all wanted to get our nails done at the same time this is why we called and scheduled in advance. The day of our appt we all came in at 11:00am at our scheduled appt time we didnt leave until 3:30 because they only took 2 of us at a time even though we called and scheduled this 2 weeks ago. A large man came in and one of the employees mentioned how fat he was and I believe he heard them. Couldnt believe that happened. I will never be back and this is the first time I have ever written a bad review.

I went there on a Sunday since they were open to get a nail repaired, I also wanted to change my nail color and was told that I have to get a fill in if I wanted the new nail color. I had my nails done a week ago in NC so I knew it wasnt time to get them filled in but I went on and had it filled in and I switched between 4 different workers to do a simple fill in that took over 2 hours to do.

I am very disappointed in this place . I called at 10 am asked if they had time to Service 2 kids mani and pedi. They told me yes, so I booked the services . I arrived 5 minutes before. I waited 20 minutes then they took my kids to the back . Then they waited 10 more minutes before I told my kids we were leaving. We waited okay 30 minutes after our appointment and we were never serviced . I don’t see the point of booking an appointment if you aren’t going to be ready to service at that time .

Only nail place I know opens at 9am. Quick about getting you in. Prices are kind of high.

I was in town visiting my friend and decided to get a pedicure. She recommended this place because it’s where she goes. I was so pleased with everyone there. It was the best pedicure I have ever gotten and I decided to get my nails done as well but was on a time crunch so another girl did them while I was getting my toes done still! Highly recommend this place. I wish I had them back home!

First time being there. Really enjoyed my experience and they did a fabulous job.

Very disappointing and over priced, got my nails done there for the first and last time last week. A acrylic refill with two nails that had to be repaired and a simple color was 50.00$. I asked her what made this 50.00$ and she explained 18.00$ for the refill, 15.00$ for the color (gel polish) and 5.00$ per broken nail, my math brings that up to 43$, but hey. I don’t mind paying that much for good, quality nails, but they’re just not, they’re not nice at all, the form is i all over the place. The lady cut me multiple times and the polish is sloppy. It’s also not a nice studio small and old . I definitely would not recommend this place, if you like nice and modern quality nails.

My third time coming and I absolutely love it. My first time I decided to get dip powder and I must say it has done wonders for my nails. Their hours are very convenient. You pay for what you get and if you think pricing is ridiculous then you must want poor service. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Not only did our nails come out beautiful but everyone was so personable and helping each other. I had 2 young children with me that everyone made feel very welcome. It is really hard for me to feel comfortable getting my nails and toes done. I usually always leave feeling upset and not happy. As soon as I walked in they were super nice and you can tell they are sincere. They did amazing job and you really do feel at home. 💙
