Very good experience! It was a super busy day but they got us in and did a great job.Would definitely recommend!!

Everything was fine until payment ($75) I had an American express. They dont have the information posted (that they dont accept it). They asked me to leave my phone (worth 1k) or they would call the police. They treated me like a criminal for a situation they could have prevented. If the information was posted i would have gone to another establishment. Luckily I had another form of payment that I thought I left at home. I do not recommend this establishment however if you decide to go they are clean, and do decent nails. They said this isnt the first time an American express has been presented as form of payment but they refuse to post information. Doesnt make much sense.

I had a picture of what I wanted my hand done like she said she could do it so as she starts doing it I noticed is not even looking nowhere close to what I showed her then after shes almost done she tells me that she does not have the equipment to do the nails that I asked for she made them shorter than what I asked her to make them it was just all around a bad experience

Van & Cindy are amazing she greets everyone immediately Ive been coming here for a few years and travel from far just because of the quality of work. It lasts and its worth your money! I bring my daughters sometimes and they also love the services!

The young lady who did my ped, and manicure was a very nice young lady, however I noticed they used the same emery file on everyone, with Covid still around not only did they keep using the same utensils on everybody, they never sanitized after the service of each person. The place itself was not clean! The manicure tables still had the remnants from the previous person! I used my own sanitizer wipes to clean 🤢 I will be calling the state board about their practices. This place needs to be shut down! I called prior to my visit and asked if they accepted Spafinder gift cards? They said yes, after the service was done the machine would not accept the card. Immediately they started asking me for another form of payment. I refused because that was the only form of payment I had. Long story short lil man called the police, the manager I supposed. Bottom line they lied about the fact that they accepted this form of payment knowing the machine wouldn’t accept it thus causing me to have to pay cash! The lady I talked to on the phone, told the police that she said they accept visa, and MasterCard! She lied thru her teeth! These people who we as black folk continue to patronize, think we are stupid and dumb! They got the wrong one this time! Stay tuned…

The man was very rude and didn’t get my nails even at all and I asked for a color and he completely ignored me and continue to the color I didn’t want. He cut my fingers a few times and didn’t even ask me the shape of the nail I want just when with what he wanted to do. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible!!! Super sloppy work and they don’t take their time AT ALL. Forced me to pay for them as well after I complained. Tried to make excuses for the very poor job they did, but if you don’t have the ability to do what I ask for then say so before hand so I can go somewhere that can.

I have been to several salons, I love this salon because I get excellent service the entire staff is very friendly they all know how to do everything and the price does not break the bank.I do not feel like a number and I have always had a punctual appointment.Highly recommended

Charged too much for a set.. i got french manicure and longer nails ... was the same price for shorter nails with one color. i don’t recommend going here.

I called on the phone and asked them how much it would be for a nail remove and white tips. they told me 25 for the white tips plus $5 for the take off. I just got charged $50 for these little white tips. and he said the length, my nails are not long at all. if you give me a price stick to it . don’t change it up. cause this ain’t worth $50 period. and he cut my finger . bad service .

Came in to get a full set. The man I’m assuming the owner ? Was very rude . I had my boyfriend with me which who was paying! . He pretty much kicked him out in a extremely rude way. There was a sign that plainly said one extra person was allowed. The place wasn’t that busy, he could have easily had a spot for him to sit . But no he was forced to go sit outside in the heat. It was horrible customer service. The girl who did my nails did a great job I love them ! I would give her a solid 3 stars, it would be five if she talked a bit more but that’s ok my nails still look great. But the customer service is a complete ZERO . Won’t be back after that rudeness. I was in Tuesday, June 6, 2017. I authorized $63.00 on my card. Left a cash tip. Its now Friday and the charge is no longer pending. Its posted. But not for the amount I authorized. $70!!! They committed credit card fraud on my card and refuse to fix it.Definitely do not recommend!!!!!

My first visit was great! I went back for my 2nd visit and was given a nail tech that clearly wasn’t sure of what she was doing . She checked her phone several times and even got up to speak with someone that wasn’t a client, while doing my nails. She told me she’d only been there 3 weeks and I believed that... After about 15 minutes of filing and cutting my nails, I was so nervous that I finally asked for another tech to please finish my nails! I give them 4 stars because I had to ASK for an experienced tech to finish so I could get out in a timely fashion. She did a great job fixing them, and I was satisfied with my service, but not the experience, as a whole. I will go back but I will make sure to ask for a seasoned technician.

Best nail salon Ive been to so far! They were super busy and had a lot of workers taking turns to get everyone worked in. Such a friendly staff too! The pedicure selections were awesome! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they only take cash on Sunday, so if you dont have the cash on you, then you have to run over to Walmart to get it...and I still have a little color under my nails from previous color at a different salon. I will still definitely go back from now on because they done a wonderful job and are also kid friendly. My daughter wanted a pedicure and they were so nice to her and when I moved up to get nails done, they pulled her up a chair right beside me and talked to her like they did to me. Very pleased with their service!

I had a horrible experience here today.The first technician told me she couldnt apply glitter and scolded me for wanting anything other than a basic nail. Then she insisted that I had acrylic nails, even though I assured her I did not. She still treated them as acrylic and didnt soak the gel polish all the way off but rather left it thick and so my new coat is slightly lumpy. She was so insistent that my nails were all acrylic. I get my nails done every 2 weeks, my usual nail salon puts the gel on a bit thick so that I dont break them at work and when I do break them they give me an acrylic overlay but only 3 out of my 10 fingers had an overlay (in various stages of growth). Ultimately she left my nails looking as though I was a few weeks overdue for a fill in- - but I guess she considered that prepped and ready for application.Now I had already told that technician what I wanted, was told we could make it happen and was ready to get it done. Then she and the girl beside her start telling me how I really need to do dip nails. Dip nails are the best, they last for ever, they are beautiful like glass, etc. So I spent 20 minutes trying to find comparable colors in the powder. After I pick that out, THEN I am told they cant do my design on the dip nail. And I had already put up the paint chip for the gel I originally picked out. So I could go back and search again for the color I wanted or I could just get the dip. At this point, I was frustrated. And apprehensive because they werent at a good starting point.So I opt for the dip. Because at this point, who cares. I just want my nails to not look like overgrown ground down lumps. The next tech asks me what I am getting, I tell him the colors and he tells me he will have to charge me $5 more to use 3 colors instead of 2. Same amount of product. Same amount of work. $5 more. Whatever, dude. He sees the colors and tells me they are the same color, I dont need the extra color. I say no, I want the 3 colors. He grumbles and starts on dipping.The dipping part went pretty smooth. Besides him dipping one glitter nail once. The other one twice. The difference in the way they look is annoying.After he was done he started grinding and repetitively knicked me. I had to tell him a few different times that he was hurting me and he didnt even react any of the times I said something. He was just doing his thing, grinding my finger. No big deal.The final product is okay. There are a few lumpy nails that you can tell werent ground down properly. The edges are inconsistent but just barely. There are 2 nails that havent got any polish on their side. There was polish on my fingers which he saw me picking at and didnt offer to clean them up. When it was all said and done, I asked to speak to the owner because the whole experience was bad and he informed me he was the owner.TL;DR They were jerks who physically hurt my hands and the manicure is mediocre at best.

I went here to get my nails filled turned into sit here to move there and then finally the lady came.. She started drilling off my nails I noticed she pulled out the tin foil and I asked why she was doing that because I had the tips on, she replied she cant fill with powder that I would have to start over.. I reluctantly agreed but when she put the foil on she said just to put powder over my nails and I didnt want that.. I asked for tips and she kept telling me no.. last time i checked i am the customer who is paying for a service.. Not what you think I should have.. needless to say she ran off and left me there and started a pedicure so me and my husband just paid and left.. I dont recommend going here you are just a number and they tell you what you should get... RUDE PEOPLE....

I went to the salon at 9am on Saturday. I was asked what service I would like, the normal when you enter all nail salons. However, I didnt expect abnormal customer service. There was a strong odor of Clorox and Fabuloso. I kindly requested a mask, the man looked at me as if I were asking too much. He gave it to me then began doing my nails. I showed him a picture of a nail design that I had wanted. Immediately, he shun my phone away, saying we dont do 3-D designs. I said okay thats fine but could you design my nail in a similar pattern, lines, glitter, and diamonds. He said NO. I asked him if he does designs, he said yes but simple ones. Thinking there was a language barrier. I said well great, and reiterated all I needed were white lines, glitter, and diamonds. He said NO, again. At this point, the technician was refusing to even listen to my request. He was very rude and it was discouraging. As a first time visitor I didnt expect that level of customer service. I overlooked his rude attitude, until he told me that I need to hurry up and figure out what design because he is too busy. Now mind you I understand how timing is important, however, he still had to finish my nails and paint my toenails with gel polish. Regardless, I am a consumer, I am paying you for services that you provided. I dont understand how you DO NOT HAVE TIME. Not only that he said that around a few other customers who were in shock because they couldnt believe he said that and in that tone. As a nail technician professional, you have to consider your customers first, make them feel comfortable, and build a rapport with your customers because you never know who they are, who they know, and how their opinions could effect your business, ultimately the businesss reputation.

HORRIBLE. Never will I ever return here. I went to get a fill-in and white matte polish. I asked the lady 3 times for regular matte polish she stated they did not have it, only gel. In the middle of polishing gel polish on my nails another employee says we have regular matte but you already have gel on your nails so $10 more. I was also not satisfied with their work. Another employee had to fix what another technician messed up and she also did a horrible job. What would have been a $20 fill-in turned into $35 without any remorse to any mistakes made.

Business is booming for this location and the service has went down the drain. The owner did my nails and was so rushed cut my cuticle and did a very poor job overall. On top of having an appointment and waiting and hour anyway because she stated they over booked the day. It was nice while it lasted but they have grown into a business that seeks volume not good customer service.

MUST READ! DO NOT COME HERE! My normal nail place (Magestic Nails) is closed on Sundays so I decided to try this place out because I’ve heard great things. Worse mistake of my life. I wanted a fill in with gel and a pedicure. I get there, there are 5 waiting chairs and all were full so I am forced to stand to wait for my appointment time. They finally get to me and I take my shoes off and sit them on the floor beside me. The lady came over to start my pedicure and she kicks my shoes over. I ignore it thinking it was a mistake but it clearly wasn’t because as she proceeds my pedicure she is using angry force to massage my feet. Terrible experience, and it’s not even over. The man (who I am assuming to be the manager) tells me to sit at one of the nail chairs and 2 minutes go by he tells me to move. Okay no problem, then I sit at that chair for 5 minutes (still not being attended to) and again he tells me to move over to his station this time. He begins my nails and gets half way through for him to tell me once again, to move over to another station. This is not a joke. Finally I am getting my nails done and the lady who is doing my nails seems to be in quite a rush. I don’t say anything because again I’ve heard great things. When she is finished I noticed one ofmy nails were crooked and the other nail was sticky from the gel polish. I asked could they be fixed and the lady had a very bad attitude and did not want to fix them. The manager attempted to fix it and did not do a good job! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! If it is Sunday and you have no where else to go, Dorman Nails are open and polite. DO NOT COME HERE, WHAT SO EVER.

Today was horrible never have I gotten anyone else but Cindy or Van but I got Jessica today and she had a funky attitude charged me more for my service an I dont like the outcome of my nails I wanted a pedicure because the last gel I got on my toes were horrible but I didnt complain however this time I didnt get the pedicure and wanted to walk out I think its time to find another place I travel over an hr never felt this way after coming here.
