Very happy with their service. They have cleaned a couple comforters and a fur coat with no issues.

I had someone dropped off around 20 shirts and a comforter last week. The person who dropped them off told me that their customer service was horrible and that the girl at the front was rude and unprofessional. When I picked up my comforter today it was dirty and looked unclean. When I pointed this out she was silent and just stared at the comforter. She asked if I wanted to see a manager and the manager was just as rude and nonchalant as her employee. After sometime she offered to “give it another shot” because of their attitudes and unprofessional demeanor I wasn’t willing to work with them anymore so I asked for my money back which they refused.The sad part of this is that they actually did a great job with the shirts and are very close to my house so they would have had a reoccurring customer.Moral of this lesson. There are many dry cleaners in Spartanburg, go to one that cares about customers, takes responsibility, and actually does their job.
