He is experienced, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Service fees are very reasonable and fair. With parts in hand, John explained the problems in detail. It became clear that a repair was not the best solution, even though the repair would have made more money for the business. Without any prompting, John researched a reasonably priced, superior option for me, obtained the machine and transferred all my data to the new laptop. Ive been to Computers Reborn for several different issues with a few of my computers over the last couple years, and Ive had nothing but good experiences. Hes recovered data from an iMac hard drive that wouldnt boot after a power surge (as well as installed a new drive and copied all the old data to it), recovered data off the dead hard drive in my laptop, and even resurrected a bunch of data from several hard drives that were all over 10 years old. Even did some first aid on my damaged laptop case without me even mentioning it! His prices are absolutely more than reasonable, and you will not be disappointed with the quality of his work.PLEASE do not waste your time or money on Geek Squad!

John was super great to work with. I had emailed him on the weekend, and expected that I would get a response on Monday. He actually responded the same day, and I was able to schedule something right away. He was also very flexible with the time, and worked with me to reschedule on short notice. When I finally got in, he was patient and explained exactly what the problem was, and fixed it in about ~20 minutes. If I have any issues in the future, Computers Reborn will be the first place I contact.

Very good communication, professionalism & transparency. I highly recommend for all your computer needs because John diagnosed the problem instead of just being a part changer. I got a better replacement laptop with upgrades when there was no hope for the old one and despite dealing with vendor issues, that he corrected rather than just accepting, even though he incurred costs.

John has done some great work for me. He has been kind, fair, timely, and thoughtful. He has kept an eye out for parts for me and has remembered to reach out and offer them. When ever I show up with my toddler kids, he and his wife and kind and accommodating of them and even once shared their snacks. At one point, he quoted me something like $125, but after completing the work, he realized it was quicker than he expected, so despite the agreement, he charged me for less time because he didnt think the full $125 was fair. Called at 4pm to need help getting my computer starting. He saw me at 4:30 and by 5pm we had it working. Other places I called wanted a full 24 hours to look at my computer. Quick, friendly, and fast. I will 100% will go see John again if I have another problem.

I brought in my Toshiba laptop that hadnt been used in a year or more, much less even turned it on. Id also misplaced my charging cord. John was on a service call when I first showed up. I will definitely call before I just drop by next time. I came back when he was available with a laptop that I was pretty sure was going to be DOA. John invited me to stay while he took a look at it, and he opened it up immediately. He confirmed death for me, and we had a great conversation while he did it. While he could have gotten parts for me to make a repair, he suggested that it would cost would be a comparable price if I buy a replacement online, found the replacement for me, and texted me a picture of the print out after I forgot it in his office. John was knowledgeable, create, helpful, intrepid, made a purchase gone sour work for both of us. I came in for some other reason, but asked John if he had any suggestion about what I should buy as super fast laptop with 1 terabyte solid state hard drive. That is not really his business, but he was there for me. He told me how to get this brand new state of art machine from HP then go to Best Buy, which has a local sale on 1Tb solid state drives and he would assemble it for me. Great plan, but big problem. Although the the lap top was from a large supplier with a good reputation, and had a place for the drive, no interface board was available: this model laptop was very new. The laptop supplier said they would get one next week for several months. John called weekly, he stayed on task like a bulldog. I had my super fast machine and did not need all that memory yet, so I just waited. Then, he called me with an offer to resolve this because the lap manufacturer was just not coming through. (I repeat, he called me, how many merchants do that for you) . He offered to trade a 1Tb ss drive that could be installed for my useless ss drive. This is a guy who stands behind his work. In summary, John is not just a computer tech, he can solve you problem creatively and bust his tail to make it work. (moreover, I got a good price) . If you happen to want a 1Tb solid state drive in your computer, go to John, my initial uninstalled drive is brand new, he will give you a fair price, and John is a delight to work with.
