I lost my motorcycle key unfortunately. I had called two other companies before this one. They both said theyd be able to make the key for me. They both had problems, they both left me hanging, they wouldnt tell me they were unable to do it they just kept beating around the bush with excuses. Finally I went to Ellis repair and they were able to get the job done and super quick. Yes, I had to bring the motorcycle ignition to them. But it really wasnt too hard to take it out.The other companies were going to charge me about $200. Ellis only charged $30. They got the job done much quicker than I anticipated, and they called me right away.I would recommend them to anybody.

Responded in a timely manner and got the job done quickly and correct. They were here and got the problem fixed before even getting a response from other locksmiths in the area. Make your 1st call and dont fish around!

I suffer some unpleasant service they couldnt make key to fit my car so know IAM walking around with key that will not openy door or crank.snd him with an 100 bucks free.so I had to leave there to go to brain OnSite lock smith to out to help.i am not made but disappointedBut think I found the people I need to get my life on.going.

Great place, gave us a very sturdy replacement for a Honda accord. The key and fob are 1 so its important to have a good one. They took care of us and shouldnt have to worry about that plastic piece again.

Absolutely fabulous service!

I have fought with a very difficult deadbolt for nearly 10 years. Replacing the lock is costly because of the way it’s cut into the door. When I finally had enough of fighting the lock, I took it to Ellis’ where a gentleman replaced a few parts. Turning the lock is now absolutely effortless. Wish I had done that sooner.

On a night when other 24 hour services werent available, Ellis was able to respond to my voicemail and help me out. They were very friendly and professional. The most dishonest business that I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. If you’re looking for a business to rip you off at the first chance they get, then this is the place for you.I called them for a quote to make a new key for my 18-year old pickup truck. They quoted me at $80, which seemed very reasonable. However when they saw me arrive at the shop driving my new Mercedes, the price for my truck’s new key magically jumped to $140 (a 75% price hike). Seriously?Unfortunately I needed the key ASAP, so I begrudgingly paid the extra cost for the sake of moving on with my day. As I sat there waiting, a gentleman entered the shop requesting a new key for his 2-year old luxury sedan, which included a remote key fob and new chip. His price? $150—only $10 more than my 18-year old truck’s key which doesn’t require any chip or re-programming.These people aren’t here to help you. They’re here to rob you blind. Don’t make the same mistake as I did—avoid this business at all costs!
