Drivers are great and safe. some of the vehicles are in need of maintenance to address warning lights that were indicating on the dashboard.

I called Atchison transportation for a lift and all they did is give me another number for a cab that said he was taking the day off waste of time😴they must just use the name for a cover

This Transportation Company took my family to New Jersey for a Reunion in July, their were 2 drivers splitting the trip,male& female, I personally didnt find fault with either, however some members of my family didnt like the females driving & because of this didnt offer her a tip@ the end of trip, but instead gave the male driver A huge (too huge) tip, it is my opinion that no one is perfect & I cant Imagine trying hold a big vehicle like that in a lane, the driver didnt wreck us, wasnt driving eratic,or speeding, helped to load all passengers & their luggage on board B4 the trip, she most certainly deserved some sort of tip,no matter how small, so upon learning that she didnt receive one, myself & a very loving Auntie sent the driver a tip, so Rock on All Lady Driver...@Atchison

Atchison did an excellent job of handling all our needs during our Sales Meeting in SC. Drivers were courteous and friendly. Buses were clean and they were more than flexible with our changing schedule. Job well done!

Have always used this limo service and never been disappointed. Every driver we have had have delivered high quality service, and very cordial.

As a hotel we use this service for shuttle purposes for guests. It is incredibly disappointing how rude the dispatch people can be. They treat you as if youre bothering them. Service in our hospitality industry is everything and this company does not have it. If we wanted rude service we could spend less money and use yellow cab but at this point we spent more money and used this company and that is disgraceful.

I cannot recommend a company that tells you one thing and then does not keep their word, but after seeing some of the TERRIBLE reviews about timeliness, I am glad that I was unable to book.

Comfortable, clean car. Nice pleasant driver. More expensive than similar options, though, at least from GSP. Would not recommend over those.

Left for a field trip over 2 hours late because the driver did not show up in time. The company scheduled a driver that had worked late the night before. The bus air does not work so the driver drove us to the bus company. We are waiting in the bus. There is very little toilet paper o the bus. There are no outlets to charge the phones.

Oh my God cannot speak highly enough of their services. St. Luke AMEZ was treated like royalty. MR. Henderson (i believe was his name) went over and beyond for us as we toured the great city of Washington D.C., he was very knowledgeable of the area. Very cool Dude as the kids say. And let us not talk about his driving skills (smh). Prayerfully we will be making another journey and Atchison is our choice....thanks for a great job...

Quoted me $37 when I called in and charged me $48 when we got to the airport. It cost $27 from the airport to the hotel and we added a $10 stop, so the $37 made sense. They claimed that by adding a stop that brought it to $48, but seemed really confused when I explained the logic behind the original quote. The driver was aware of the planned stop so clearly it was something that was communicated on the original call.In the end it was the absolute unwillingness to apologize that brings this down to a one star review. It seems they can get away with treating the customer poorly since they are the only cab company operating at the airport.

We had a wonderful driver pick us up as scheduled for our trip to the airport and had paid for and reserved for our return 2 weeks in advanced. We called ahead to confirm our planes arrival. Upon arrival at GSP the person at the desk said all drivers were out and it was 1st come first served. So those who hadnt booked ahead got served and we had to wait. Will now use Uber in the future!!!

Terrible company. Two hours late for pickup at 2:00 am for 30 people going on a cruise. Never use this company. NOT RECOMMENDED

I traveled to Spartanburg, SC on business and experienced excellent customer service by Sal. He went above and beyond when I had a car problem in the Spartanburg area.

Bus driver left us stranded for about 5 hours. Seemed to have road rage at different parts of our trip, holding horn down at other vehicles. Very disappointed in our service. Also, no WiFi password available.

The lady that just answered the ☎ is a rude unprofessional 🐄...she act like she knows nothing.kept cutting me off when i was trying to request a stretch limousine or either a mini 🚌 shuttle with disabilities accessories.and she acted like that was a request for taxi 🚕 service.she doesnt need that job.shes too unprofessional.
