The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He advised me which storage unit would be appropriate for my needs and he was right on! The paperwork did not take long and I was in and out in no time. The unit turned out to be just the right size. The location is ideal also. I would highly recommend Storage Rentals of America to anyone who needs storage in a hurry!

UPDATED******RENTERS BEWARE.I am extremely disappointed. The new owners have had this property less then a year and have raised the rent twice now. The first was only a few dollars, now its almost 40. So anyone thinking of getting a rental keep in mind that great rate wont stay there. Its going to go up. Im giving three stars because the staff are friendly and courteous. ( A bit chatty, but thats fine.) The facilities are clean and seem to be well maintained and in good working order. This review is more about the greedy owners.******In less then a week a person from regional management reached out and gave me an opportunity to have my voice heard. I have to say I greatly appreciate the owners being proactive. It was explained to me why my rent went up. (Which had that happened before I got a letter I wouldnt even be on here) So I do understand that the rent is slowly being adjusted to the current market value. I dont think that if the market went down we all as renters would get money back from month to month. But fine I get it. Its the nature of the beast. Again this would have been preventable if someone whos sitting in the office on site already bored had made a phone call and given me a heads up. A little human connection and courtesy would have gone a long way. But maybe Im old school.

Gloria was very pleasant and helpful. She gave detailed information, easy to understand and shared a laugh or two with me. Had no problems getting my unit. The office personnel have great attitudes and also helpful. I recommend Storage Rentals of America to anyone who needs a storage unit.

It took an extremely long time to get processed. I understand the gentleman was new but being left alone on his first day caused several issues. He was not familiar with the software and the processes to get us registered as a client. Didnt appreciate not knowing about the $25 administrative fee until the end - all fees should be shared up front.I wish the gentleman well with this new job and hope management will spend some quality time training him.

CubeSmart Self Storage at 2100 E. Main St, Spartanburg, SC is, without a doubt, the BEST storage facility in the Upstate, nay, in all of South Carolina! If I could give CubeSmart 10 stars, I would! Troy is the most accommodating, most intellectually problem solving, most “customer first” manager with Job-like patience, I have had the good fortune with whom to be acquainted in a long time! In an era of the “Move it along, cattle-prodding, Next!”, mentality, Troy is a breath of fresh air. His unique, elegant, fluent, solution oriented approach should be a lesson to all in the Service Industry about handling the ubiquitous challenges of dealing with the public with grace, charity, restraint, propriety, and correctness. Even when I have had situations “where the shoe pinches”, so to speak, Troy has always gone the extra mile to assure my issues were resolved and I was more than pleased with the outcome.As to the storage units, I have had unmatched experience with two units. The units have always been clean, in excellent repair, convenient for loading and unloading, secure, and I have had the luxury of paying the rent and being carefree concerning the security and safety of my treasures. I have personally seen Troy walking the grounds, looking for any security or safety issues. What a sense of calm and peacefulness this gives me.I would highly recommend Troy and CubeSmart at 2100 E. Main St. in Spartanburg to anyone and everyone who has storage needs! Without hesitation!

We have had a great experience with this facility. I have been helping my parents with their moves from across the country and we have had to call the manager several times as we coordinated things. He has always been exceptionally helpful- I have been very thankful for their fantastic work!

Great staff and prices

The staff here is awesome and really friendly, the process getting a unit was easy. After a few months I realized I needed to change to another unit, they were very helpful and I moved without any issues. Definitely recommended!

I just wanted to take a moment to say, my experience with CubeSmart on E. Main in Spartanburg, SC has been very positive so far. Everyone has been very helpful, and when I had a problem with my unit, they switched me to another one immediately. The location, gate and office hours are very good. So far, I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Went to move in and my unit was not ready, I had to help the manager move the items in the unit out before I could begin moving my stuff in. After finishing this, I realized that having a storage unit was not the best thing just because of what I had to put in it. I asked for a refund and the manager was compliant. This was on a Friday, he says he processed it on Monday, however this was on 1/15. today is 2/8. 3 weeks have gone by and he has made no haste to resolve the issue despite the several calls i have made to the store directly and to customer service. Would not recommend doing business with them at all, I know I wont.
