Had my car for 2weeks. Insurance paid for 4 days I had to pay the rest of the time they had my car. Then I was given my money back starting they ordered the part for my car twice. The parts didnt fit. No work on my car at all. When I checked on it I was told 2 different things.that they were waiting for. Never had a problem with them before. But this is more than enough to not go to them again ever.

Best shop in Spartanvurg. They do great work and in a timely manner. Never had a problem with them. I was just there and a guy came in and showed out. Joey was trying to fix a scratch on the spoiler but he wasn’t happy with the time to do. He wasn’t very nice and threw out some threats. It’s bad when you run a business and try to please everyone but some people just can’t be pleased. Ive been doing business there for 20+ years and never had a problem. Some people are to be ashamed for acting like that. I would have call the police. If you want the best deal in town drop by and see Joey at Wiley’s Body Shop. You will be glad you did.
Took my 98 deville in for a shock lift due to it scrubbing on everything plus it was getting rims out on it.. Wiley was able to lift the car to fit 26’s and the service was done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price!! I would highly recommend coming here for your car lifting needs
Recently I was waiting for my husband while he was doing business with Mr. Wiley. I am a “people watcher” so I noticed a tall young man with a definite arrogant manner and an obvious “chip” on his shoulder stride into the shop. Some people you just know are trouble, looking for trouble, or trying to garner attention with their attitude. This young man had it ALL! We have known Mr Wiley for years, have had numerous dealings with him and have always been highly satisfied with the high quality work. It is truly a shame that people can post negative reviews because they are upset that their aggressive, inappropriate, behavior did not enable them to achieve their desired outcome, which obviously was intimidation and possibly not having to pay for work that was done.
Ive been a customer at Wileys Body Shop for years and have never had any problems. Joey does awesome work within a timely manner. Super professional and very friendly staff! Personally, I would recommend Wileys to anyone!

Wish I didnt go. Paint peeled off within 6 months. After spending more money somewhere else, the problem was the car was never sanded before painting. Just painted over the original paint from factory and years of wax. Wouldnt be as mad if I got it back within a week. Car was there over 2 monthsWant let me respond to the comment but here is the reply.You thinking of the wrong car. Mine was not black, it was the factory Dodge grey and this didnt happen in 2015. Also the paint was not chrome illusion. And I have pictures to back my comments up.

Guy provides bad service! Lies too much! Extremely rude! Thinks he can lie to buy more time while your car sits there with nothing being done to it. When confronted he gets aggressive and tries to grab a metal pole to intimidate because he is not man enough to stand up for himself.... Biggest kapper I have ever seen!
***VIOLENT BUSINESS OWNER BEWARE***Im writing this review to inform others of my experience here, how hostile Joe the owner was, and how terrible of service I received. My review is 100% honest and I have no reason to fabricate this to harm someones business but I do not wish anyone go through what I did. I brought my car here after a detail shop they affiliate with (Highway 29) damaged my vehciles front bumper lip prior to even cleaning it. I have spoken to and brought the car there prior to having them performing the job.Joe, the business owner assured me on Thurs. 6/6/19 my car would be completed Fri. 6/7/19. Almost two days pass and havent heard from him. On that Friday I came to the shop before close. He tells me he had to order paint for the car and just got it. Not even a phone call that he would be keeping my car over the weekend for a two day job/one day according to him. I speak with Highway 29 and told them about my experience and they wanted me to give him a second chance.I called Joe a week before bringing my car back. He wanted me to bring it on Tuesday 6/25/19. The car was dropped back off that morning. He once again tells me it would be a day to repair it. I called him on Friday 6/28/19 at 4:00pm since he had it for 4 days now and no updates. I expressed before I didnt want it kept over the weekend. Thats why I brought it earlier in the week. He said, there was damage not in just one spot on it, and he promised he was going to fix the piece all the way not just the one spot. There wasnt that much damage to it. Tells me my car will be done Monday forsure.***Monday comes and this is where things go downhill. I drove by to see if my car has been parked all day like it has been for a week now. I call, It was a quarter til 3pm and he tells me it will be done by the afternoon. Its already the end of the afternoon though. I stop by the shop to talk to Joe as now I feel like Im getting the run around. I get to the shop and there are ppl hanging out there. I stood there for almost 15 mins and he never acknowledges me but did other ppl. He knowledged someone else that was there and we standing beside each other.I politely asked when he got a moment could we talk. He stopped sanding and asked me whats up? I told him I just want clear communication about the status of my car. You told me a day and now its a week. This being my second time bring it to you and youre clearly not working on it. Whats going on with it? He says he will have it done tomorrow. I told him I noticed the lip was off the car (Wed) the day after I brought it to him. Where is it at? He said its here and its been painted and just need to be put on. I asked him to see it. He went looking for the one piece to my car for a while. He then comes back and tells me IDK where it is but it will be done tomorrow. I told him I wanted to see it now.HE COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED ME WHEN ASKED FOR IT AND CURSED ME OUT SAYING, F*** YOU AND GET THE F*** OUT OF HERE. I TOLD YOU IT WOULD BE DONE TOMORROW, F*** OFF. I then crossed the line and said, f*** you too b****. You better have it done tomorrow. This doesnt make sense why its taking so long. He then picks up a large metal rod about the width of a fence pole and length of his body and threatened to hit me with it!? I left and contacted Highway 29 about my experience. Came back after 15 mins they magically find the lip. It was just touched with a sander by time I left and returned. It didnt look worth anything! Wasnt primered or painted like he said. He lied and got caught in it so he got upset and wanted to fight like a hoodlums across the street. It shows in his professionalism or lack thereof. I just asked one of the workers to give me my belongings so I can take my grievance up with the detail shop again.I see the shop has responded to a 1 star review before. Well see if they will respond to this one. I highly doubt it as he will need to address his violent behavior. Do yourself a favor stay far away. Hopefully theyll be gentrified soon like their neighbors.
Its hilarious that they continue to lie about their business practices and the situation that occured from my review in June/July. I want to first start by addressing the shops reply. Nobody had a weapon besides Joe. There wasnt a guy behind me with a hammer nor did the person that wrote you a 5 star review 3 weeks ago Darrell Lawson wasnt even there. The image of his picture looks like the coworker that didnt know what happened at first but claims to know when speaking to the owner. You guys must pay someone or beg for your reviews after someone gives you what you deserve. Who was there however was a member of my church who witnessed the whole thing. If youre going to lie make it believable. I contacted the BBB and you all failed to respond which is a joke. I wish you all would release this footage of what you all claim happened. You have my consent already. Thats how sure of myself I am about the situation. I also tried to get in touch with the business owner as he claims its not Joe. I called and ask for the business owner and he says his name is Joe. He finally realized who called and hung on the phone. They are never working there and doesnt work in a timely manner. To fix a spoiler for a bumper doesnt take two weeks. 3 word to describe this shop: Unprofessional, rude, and lies. Stay away from them.ITS SO FUNNY READING COMMENTS FROM PPL I HAVENT TALKED TO NOR WASNT THERE YET THEY KNOW THE WHOLE SITUATION AND CLAIM TO HAVE ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE AN ASSUMPTION LIKE VICKI AND DARRELL? Question Vicki, how would you know I paying for the damages the shop caused? Not to mention they left my interior full of mud and it was just detailed the day before?
