Fast and efficient. I had a leaking tire inspected, plugged and out the door in 20 minutes! The people there are always a joy to deal with.

My truck was bouncing all over the road, would not drive smooth at all. Came in to Guaranteed tire and auto they took a look and found the issue right away, my tires were very dry rotted and bulging in some spots. They hooked me up with some used tires that where in good condition they swapped out my tires and did a balance. My truck drives like a royals Royce now.

Every time I go here they end up charging more money. I feel like they see me coming. I dont like this place.

Went to have to tires balanced and the front end aligned. About 2 hours later I’m driving back to Spartanburg when I hear a Big Bang and continuous metal hitting metal sound so I quickly pull over and after 30 mins of searching realize one of lugs are gone so I take my tire off to find another bolt cross-threaded so now I’m two broken lugs down finally get the tire off to find the mission lug jammed into my drum brake so I’m stuck in a tornado with two broken lugs and after paying $80 for a balance and alignment 🤦🏻‍♂️ Called and left a voicemail have yet to hear back.. I’lol definitely spend a few more dollars next time and go to a more professional tire shop

Went in to get a used right rear tire plugged. Ended up getting a used tire instead. I decided to get a front end alignment also. When I came back to pick it up, my tie rod was broken. I let them repair it. Way over priced. When I called and asked if it was ready the mechanic tried to tell me even more stuff was wrong. I took it to my regular mechanic to get a second opinion. He said they were lying in order to get more $.

Great prices for small town tire shop. Had to return as tire was mounted improperly. Things I would caution are that they don’t torque down lug nuts and they impact the hell out of them. This is concerning as one of our cars is recommended to be torqued to 76ftlbs of torque. My other car is 90ftlbs and I’m sure the impact gun is hammering away at way more than that. When I went to check the torque on one of the cars they lugs felt overtightened.Staff is super friendly when I went. When the shop gets busy things were a bit of a mess. No one knew who was next and people just scattered all over the parking lot.Don’t know if I’ll go back. Had I not have to go back that might have swayed my decision. Not a terrible experience but just caution on the things I mentioned.——————————————-Update 2/2/19I’m going to wash the car and I find that none of the old weight adhesive was removed. Super disappointed with the quality of work. Would not recommend. I’ve had tires mounted on various different cars since I was 16 and have never had this happen.

Worst experience ever. I support local businesses and always will.. I used guaranteed tire and auto a few times before. Today I came in to get my tire plugged and they could not take my tire off. They plugged the tire but stripped three lugs trying to take the tire off. When I confronted them about it the manager or owner (fancy lady) told me the tires were overtightened and that if I persisted then she would have me pay for the “broken” tool. All I wanted was them to give me 3 new lugs that they stripped. The person that worked on my car was a younger Hispanic gentleman. When I confronted them about it the younger gentleman was nowhere to be seen. Please help me spread the word. I would hate for anyone to experience the cursing and name calling that I experienced. Then they told me to get off of their property when they couldn’t say anything else.

I sent my bother to get two used tires and they put on two new tires then made him pay for them because they had already put them on. Didnt want to take them off and put the used one he asked for. Not very professional to take advantage of someone who doesnt know about tires.

Didnt feel welcomed the guy that was handling the service appointments Didnt handle himself professionally treated me not so friendly Didnt have a personality asked if my vehicle was ready and he replied we are very busy sir walking away as he spoked I left my vehicle there because I had to go back to work to return and discovered a customer that was being serviced before me that arrived several minutes after me I was very disappointed with guarantee tire because of his behavior and properly wont return......

They are pretty expensive on their used tires. They charged me me $45 each for two, which was higher than what I was originally told. The guys are nice but overpriced. I wouldve gone to the corral but they were already closed.

I was turned away because they didnt have time to mount 2 tires not on a car. A 20 minute job. Went up the road and came back by and they had closed early. Seems like everytime i go there i get an unprofessional vibe from them. Im taking my business else where

I dropped my car off at 5:30 to get tires put on and an alignment. The OWNER says come back at 6:30.. I come back nothing is done, he says come back at 7. I come back and only one tire is on. I tell them to keep it overnight and I will come back the next day. I call to ask when it will be ready that following day.. they say 1. I come back at 1 and my truck is still NOT ready.

They were very unorganized they didnt know how to work with the company that financed me. They also tried to sell me front and back pads and rotors. I took my car to another business and I only needed rear pads.

Very janky. Tools all over the floor and just messy in general and thats definitely gonna make me go somewhere else next time but they did good quick work mounting my 4 tires and let me watch while they aligned it. Not awful.

I asked if they could mount two new tires and do a four wheel alignment. He said manger Yes no problem. I informed him the back wheels were out of whack badly thats why I was replacing them and had just had struts and shocks put on rear to eliminate the tucking issue. No problem he said go sit up front and watch some TV. (which the sitting area is very oddly placed at the other end of the building away from all working areas and bays) About and hour later I was called back up to the front to pay as my car was being backed in. While paying the gentlemen who greeted me at the door (who is either the owner or manager Im not sure) slid me the wheel alignment paperwork for my car. (photos listed below) As I was paying I looked over the paperwork and asked if this was for my car. He said yes. I asked again are you sure? Again he agreed Yes. I then pointed out from the paperwork HE handed me the paperwork on the car shows only the front of the car needed aligning. I told him this couldnt be right because you could visual see where my rear tires were tucking inward and had wore the inside of my previous tires out completely. He then asked me to hold and went into the work area to ask the technicians if they had preformed the alignment on my car. He was told only the front was done. The manager then told me to proceed to the back where the alignment machine was located and the alignment tech would do it properly. We proceeded to the back of the shop. I was greeted by gentlemen who was trained on the machine. He lifted the car up on the hoist and proceeded. I stood outside the door during this time answering work emails and talking with another employee. This mechanic was trying to do a alignment on my car with a adjustable wrench and a hammer!! He also had 1 wrench. He tried for almost an hour and said Im not going to be able to do this alignment I dont have the proper tools and the mechanic with the tools will not be here until 3pm We both got under the car I asked for some penetration spray or WD40 or anything to help him. ( even thought Im a women I have been working on cars with both my Dad and brother since I was about 5 years old) We found 4 empty cans of a variety of different products but all cans were empty. I then asked for a torch. At this point I was upset. I felt I had been targeted because I was a women who didnt know any better. The torch was also out of gas. He said someone was supposed to be getting some but wasnt there either. Its now almost 11am and Im really late for work. I cant come back at 3:00pm when the other guy returns because I would be working. The manager then yells for said mechanic Hey Steve (Im not sure of his name well call him Steve) WE NEED SOME HELP UP HERE COME ON!! Knowing my car is still being worked on and on the lift. I walk over to the alignment computer screen and see ALL FOUR of my tires are COMPLETELY out of alignment (Of which Ive now paid $80 for and $34 to have the two tires I brought in to be mounted $114 total) I asked Steve, I thought the two front where already done? He said if they were I didnt do them.(theres only two guys in the shop one mounts tires and Steve does the alignments) I asked I thought you were the only one trained on this? He then shock his shoulders. The manager yelled again. I asked Steve when he went back up front to please send me the manager. Im HOT at this point! Steve proceeds up front and I hear him tell the manager the customer in the back would like to speak with you. Manager WHY? Steve says she just wants to speak with you. The manager returns to the back and I polity asked him if my front was done like you insured me it was then why does this paperwork you handed me not match ANY of the read outs on the machine?? He then confronts Steve whom returned they get into a argument and I asked for a refund during this back and forth. The mechanic stats I just got here you know I didnt do it. I finally after 4 hours of HELL get my $80 back for the alignment Not the tires to be mounted. Which werent done right either! SKIP THIS PLACE!

They even showed me something dangerous with my strut and told me what to do to fix it! All for a low low price! Recommend 10-10

Had an amazing experience! Had an issue from another shops work and guarantee was there to look at my Tahoe and see how they could help even when it wasn’t their fault. Took my husbands truck back a few weeks later and had great customer service and speedy tire changes. We found our new tire shop!!!!!

Definitely overpriced. They were same-day scheduling, which is nice, but they took longer than average to replace brakes on our vehicle and charged us for more labor time than they actually spent working on it. Ended up paying big time for a routine job. We wont be going back or recommending them to anyone.

They made my old van feel new in an hour and the guys were very nice.

They were friendly and nice. I bought 2 used tires that were in excellent shape. But as they were putting it on one of the tires had a leak in it. And instead of getting another tire the plugged it. I think that was wrong to sell me a tire that was plugged in front of me I guess they got me but never again. I paid around $88.00 dollars for both so I guess I paid 44 dollars for a plug.

The were able to repair my fifth wheel trailer tire immediately. Couldnt fill the tire to its rated 110 lbs, as their shop compressor topped out at 90 lbs psi. Did gouge my polished aluminum wheels, but I guess thats just normal wear and tear.

This place is just a scam. They make it sound like they’re giving you a deal and try to rush you out of there as quickly as they can. They claimed I would only be paying $30 for a used tire with ZERO tread. The tire they gave me might as well have been picked out of the dump. Found out after looking at my bank statement they charged me $40. You are better off going to a certified dealer than a scam artist like this. Guaranteed rip off.

I have an older car (92 Honda Accord LX), so Im having to do a LOT of maintenance. I Googled this place, and Austin did my mechanic work and fixed my problem at a reasonable price. I havent gone to another mechanic since and probably have no plans to do so. Its hard to find honest, reasonable people anymore, much less they be a mechanic. Set aside some time and theyll get you safely back on the road.

Great customer service. I bought used tires from them. When there was a problem with the tire, I came back and they fixed it under their 30 day guarantee. They do a good job and have friendly employees. The manager even came out to directly apologize about the tire.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. Not even sure if their tire technician are trained that well. Sorry not sorry. Ordered two new tires and had them installed. Drove home and notice there were alot of road noises. Wasnt too sure because they were brand new tires. Next day I had a flat tire coming home from work, it was a small blow out. Took it back to them and they wouldnt warranty it even though it was less then a day or so. Blame me for hitting a curb thats why the tire pop, when I did no such thing. Either it was a tire defect or a poorly install didnt matter to them. I would not recommend this place to any family members. Went to Discount Tires after that and they took care of me. If you guys need tires go to Discount Tires. Their warranty is better, just like last time my other car had a blow out and they cover everything. Were talking a tire I bought from them 3 years ago and they replaced it free, only pay $28 for a new warranty on that new tire. Save me at least $200. Tire size 285/45/17. Dont be a sucker.

I think this business has put pride before customer service. Unfortunately for them, someone with a bad experience tends to spread the word a lot faster than someone with a good experience. That is the case here. They made a mistake, refused to fix it or take responsibility for a close friend of mine, and are now going to lose customers because of it. They’ve lost me, and I will spread the word.

Went to get tires mounted on aftermarket wheels with valve stems and balanced. Balance was out of wack which caused my car so much vibrations. and the valve stems were not tightened all the way and cause my tire to leak air. Went to Bolton-James Wheel Alignment, and fixed all my problems. You get what you pay for.

Would not recommend! I was treated very rude at the front desk..never asked me what I needed or offered help just told to sit down and wait in line after I had waited 20mins for someone to come to the front desk! Then I was told my tires would cost $16 more per tire than I was quoted on the phone!

Amazing experience the first time but since Im young and dumb I thought they had good prices for their tires they were friendly nonetheless once they realize you have intention of spending money but the tires didnt last long at all for the prices they were.Terrible experience the second time I was there. My sister needed a tire and there was a line and I was late for work so I had to leave, but then as I tried to leave I was hounded by the guy at the front desk. He followed me out tried counlessly to take my tire out of my hands saying Ill do it now and I said I had to go and the response I get was a toss of his hands and okay, whatever, bye in the rudest manner possible.I will never go here again the prices are high anyway the lowest is $40ish per used tire and up from there and the tread is only fair in quality/% .just go somewhere else to avoid their attitudes and rudeness. Get a better deal!!!If it were possible, Id give 0 stars
