This place is infested with roaches and bugs and way over priced. The apts are damn near studio apts. It not worth living here.They do not fix anything place is trash neighbors trash. Do not come here

DO NOT MOVE THERE !! Between the roaches, and the police...im not sure who i see more of..The cops are always being called because management is too busy taking naps to handle any situations. These are thee worst projects in spartanburg county

This place pick and choose who they put out.. Management is friends with most of the tenants and wont put them out!! Your neighbors are rude and dont respect others they are nasty and when you complain to upper management she over looks it.. A kid almost got killed there and she didnt care

This is the worst place to live.. They are nasty, they don’t believe in fixing anything. These apartments have so many bugs in it that it don’t make any sense. The rent lady is nasty she don’t believe in helping the people that is renting for her. I feel like I’m living straight in the projects. You can’t lay anything down without a bug getting in it.. If the lady that come spray for bugs can tell you that these apartments is infested with bugs then you can’t do nothing but take her word.. These apartments is infested in bugs and they want you to pay all this money and don’t believe in fixing anything or try to get anyone out to spray for bugs. My apartment have flooded my dish wash have flooded my stove goes in and out daily.. This people are sad and they want so much money but can’t fix anything that needs to be fix.. I honestly made a big mistake when I moved over here😩😩😩

Any 5 star reviews that mention Andrew, are reviews that were asked to be posted from the old Manager of the complex. These reviews should not be considered in your moving to this apartment complex. Now that Ive moved out, I now have the opportunity to leave an honest review.I lived in apartment J79, which is on the bottom floor. Constantly had a problem with the roof above us leaking in the boiler room. Eventually, we had so many people move away and move in, because of this we had constant issues with bugs. It took almost 3 months to get rid of the bugs. Which right when they went away, we got out of there.There is constant noise, regardless of the time of the day/night. People listening to loud music, with their bass bouncing for hours. Dont even get me started on the July 4th, and New Years time of the year. There are kids who will run around and throw fireworks in the parking lot. Im talking about the fireworks that are supposed to fly in the air and do huge explosions. They were lighting them on the ground and running away, even throwing them at cars. Eventually I called the cops, and they told me that unless there was damage to my vehicle, they couldnt do anything about it.There is constantly low life people sitting outside all day. ADULTS, sitting outside all day, every single day. Management told me they were trying to get rid of the Section 8 people that lived there, but Id assume the opposite.DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you do, expect to be asked if you have any cigarettes, or extra change lying around every time to walk to your apartment from the parking lot.

If I could leave no stars I would! This is the worst place ever to live, their carpets are disgusting and stink no matter how many times you carpet clean, they have cockroaches and then charge you for pest control which is ridiculous!!! Shouldn’t have to worry about bugs when just moved in, glad we weren’t there long had leaky roof and people there are just rude, playing loud music at during the day and at like 1am in the morning or later and nothing but a bunch of pot heads and dirt bags, and leave trash everywhere!! Don’t live here not worth the money! After your lease is over and you want to pay month to month don’t! It’s over a 1,000 dollars a month and this place ain’t worth it! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

The management taneka is VERY unprofessional I would NOT recommend these apartments to ANYONE!

I have been here 8 years. Since Monument took over last year things have been alot better. Andrew in the office is always helpful. Its a bargain for what you get and close to everything. I would reccomend it.

Been living with a rodent living above our ceiling a week or two after moving into Quail Pointe. Have addressed the issue with the property manager Andrew and maintenance man Bobby but they have no care about fixing the problem, and have also spoken to the corporate office and still no resolve. Would stay away at all costs from this place. Its disgusting to have to hear a rodent running around and scratching itself above in the ceiling. Would give negative stars if possible.

All these reviews are terrible and they didnt even approve me!! They should gave me the opportunity.

I have been having problems in my apartment from week one, the whole apartment needs to be gutted and everything replaced new. The staff here are friendly and professional (Andrew). I thank God that this is temporary housing for meI couldnt stay here for a year.
