Despite of Covid, I wanted a tax rep to help me via online because I do not want to go in store for my safety and theirs. Kathleen Norton was suppose to help me get through with my taxes since before April. Now it is May, and I feel neglected from her service where I continually called their office to help me to get in touch with her but no respond. I believe that even though I have to give them my patience I felt like they took advantage of it and provided me a bad service with no help at all. I still call their office but now they do not answer, even with my voice mail saying to call me back. Very disappointed because of this waiting and bad service I might not be able to do my taxes in time and get my return.

Confidence with the H&R Block staff to do a reliable job completing our Federal Tax Return. In the midst of the Covid pandemic, filing our taxes would not add to the stress. Our taxes are not complicated, but trying get Federal forms or speak to someone at the IRS was not going to be an option this year. H&R Block handled everything. One less thing to worry about.

This was the second year I had my taxes done by David at the Disc Drive office of H&RB. He was thorough and careful to explain everything he did so I understood it.I do have an objection to the add-on pricing for doing no more than filling in another line on the form. I didnt charge that for an hour of my time as an electrician.
