Very organized and efficient quick in and out for truckers.

Had fun there, office people have a sense of humor, was put in a door 45 min early, they had me unloaded in 1.25 hours.

Typical Walmart l, lots of space to back. Appointment was at 1600 I checked on at 1500 no door until 1700, unloaded at 2030.

Very quick and nice staff you can check in 1hour prior to your appointment there’s no Overnight parking other than parking across the street from the entrance on the dirt lot there’s a truckstop up the road but not much in parking. Got a door right away The minute I checked in after dropping trailer and pulling forward they were already working on my trailer unloaded the trailer in 30 minutes process paperwork in one hour and 20 minutes not bad I’ve been to worse

The lady that was working in the receiving office tonight 2/23/21 she was working during the hours of 8:00 pm to 11:00pm. I didnt catch her name but she was absolutley amazing! Super friendly. She alone made it one of the best Wal-Mart deliveries Ive ever done. Thank you maam

Appointment at 6. Checked in at 5. Rolling out at 7. Nothing can beat that. Best walmart is an understatement. You got to unhook and they will call you when they are done.

Was a very fast unload time. The receiver said they had nothing to do so jumped right on it.

Would give 5 stars, but both times Ive been here, had to wait for a door. People are nice and professional. Truck stop a couple miles north(close to interstate) and empty lot across the street just south of truck gate entrance.

Got me in early about an hr early, but still took 8 hrs to get out, and i had a frozen load! Only supposed to take 2 hrs to unload.

Im here a few times per year, overall the people here treat you nice, never had a bad experience here, lots of room to back. Live unloads take 2-6 hours but thats Walmart standard to me all over the country. Perfect for cooking lunch for the week or watch a show and take a real good power nap.

They would have got five stars but it seems like it takes forever to get checked in at the guard shack its always a line they need to work on that but in and out in two hours I cant really complain about that definitely at Walmart

It reallly makes my wonder why do they give you an appointment, 6 hours to get you unloaded, it is ridiculous. If they don’t have knowledge to get you out in 2 to 3 hours any of their logistics is really working. Place sucks, friendly people... who cares, I’m not here to make any friends. Need get back on the road in order to make money.

The place takes too long to get you unloaded, dont try to get a 10-hour break in before getting unloaded or youll be there a whole 20 hours plus, flipping ridiculous and then they have some rude trainees or theyre just hire rude people

Disregard your truck and Google gps. Entrance is directly off USA Parkway. Go up the hill and its immediately at the top on the left. Plan on the average Walmart unload time ~approximately 4-5 hours.

I know for a fact now that walmart has the ability to unload you quickly but chooses not to. They have a 4 hour window to finish before they can be charged for detention, so they know they can take all the time in the world, they dont care about your time. I got there at 1730 for an 1830 appt, at 2230 I went into the office to find out if they were done yet, and was told there was some sort if mix up and they never even started. Well, that sure got them moving in high gear since it was now after the 4 hour mark, and guess what? Had my bills signed off and was empty 20 minutes later. Ridiculous. I hate walmart so much.

I know many drivers have issues and dislike delivering to Walmart Distribution Centers I fortunately have never encountered any of the issues that the other drivers have complained about all Walmart DCS have plenty of room to maneuver they usually take approximately 2 hrs give or take. The folks that I have interfaced with are courteous no nonsense folks.

You know its not gonna be good when you first pull up and the guard says theres no docks available and then the clerk says it will be a minute when you try to check in, just bring food and have your dispatch warn your other stops that the driver is at Walmart, Im sure they understand by now, if your lucky youll get an 8hr sleeper berth and then you can turn your day into a 20+ hr day because you started it with coffee/caffeine in your system after a good nights rest .Update, 6 hrs now, God if I could have rejected this load 3 days ago I would have, I would have rather sat

This is the usual Walmart distribution center. Guards are friendly and helpful, yard drivers fast, focused and they have the right of way. The yard is small so quick to drop loaded trailer in yard or dock, go to office then pick up mt trailer either from yard or dock.

The security guard was very nice. It was easy to maneuver in and out.

Every Wal-Mart has its own personality. Mine? I love it because itll have your back in a dive bar scrap...

This DC is pretty cool. Easy access and docks. Down side. No parking near facility except small truck stop that is full all the time. And if this place reads this review. Please bring back your model trucks that you have sold in the past. Usually I buy them when I visit.

Walmart Dist.Ctrs. are pretty much the same. Efficient, courteous except a few receiving workers. One thing l do not like about Walmarts though, they do not allow you in the warehouses while youre being unloaded, l like to see how theyre treating my equipment and not scraping up the Trailer and tossing my Load-Locks.

Ive been here many many times its a shame I dont want to come here its really hit-or-miss here youre going to spend a minimum of 4 hours maximum of 10 or 12 they dont care about you. Because your truck driver. Adding to insult to injury is normal. Just the way it is.

Its d.c for walmart nice people unloading your 1 to 2 hrs watting only there office staff are very nice & ALWAYS smileing mangment really nice person i never had problem I when going there from time it opened this d.c it better. Then any other groucey place like korger or Albertsons or Safeway. All other places taken 4 to 12. Hrs. Unload here most 2 hrs. & nice lounge for driver clean bathrooms free coffee got little contane if you like shop after all it good place

No staging area no overnight PARKING. Some parking by street but signs of no parking all over. Fast unloading. Enough room to back safely 🤸

Been coming here for years. Usually bring 1-2 pallets. Most of the time one pallet couple products. Takes 2-5 hours each time. Ridiculous to say the least, go to Amazon and deliver 3 pallets 15 minutes in and out. They should have couple doors just hotline, 3 -4 pallets or less. With this ELD it kills our logbook so bad delivering one pallet for 5 hours.

This used to be quick fast easy unload. Guard shack told me Management changed, cant check in more than hour before your appointment, and still waiting 5 hours now... if you deliver here consider a day lost.

Took an hour to get unloaded which is great but waiting FOUR HOURS for them to count pallets ????? My dead grandfather could do a faster job counting pallets! HURRY UP PEOPLE!!!

Obviously a good company. Difficult to get normal or consistent hours with their poor staffing methods. A 4 hour shift might last 2 hours or 7 but you never know till your already there working. Decent wages, it is Wal-Mart. Nice pay bumps for experienced equipment operators. Other than the shift and hours a pretty high end warehouse job.

Appointment time at 6:00 a.m., get to the dock at 6:30, going on 12:30 p.m., still waiting here . Avoid this place like the plague

These guys take a little too long to unload drivers. The only highlight of going to this Walmart near Reno, is there is a lot of wild horses running around the facility. Kind of cool!

Always a problem be if you are live

Still as slow as ever....I guess they get paid to much by the hour to work faster.Maybe if they got paid $10 a truck they would work faster.It only takes 15 minutes to unload a truck for crying out loud.

They have so many antennas and boosters on their roof that it block being able to use your phone for anything. Guess they are afraid you are going to give out their toilet paper secrets. Bring a book because you cant use your phone for anything

Arrived here an hour and 15 mins early and was the first in line and the super AP said I was too early and to come back in 25 mins which I eventually did. Waited over 3 hours to unload trailer when I was 3rd person in BT area. Do not like WM stores or DC. Will decline any future loads to any of their locations.

Very large open areas to park trailers everything is very clean and fresh looking and if you are dropping and hooking its very logically laid out and easy to navigate, have not live unloaded but the reviews dont look good for live unloads.

Update 11/10/2020I believe they have changed their receiving supervisor, so they are very slow now. I bring here 5-6 pallets of same product every week, and even if they unload your trailer within 1st hour, you will not get the paperwork until it is close to 4 hours after your appointment time even if you ask them, they say that they have the right to do so. Other trucks that come by and park next door 2 hours later, we will still get the paperwork at the same time. Poor management. It takes 5+ total hours to get in and out. Also they think drivers are robots. Can’t be late 11 minutes.Update 11/23/20Brought them only two pallets of same product. Unloaded fast, but waiting for paperwork is now 3 hours and still waiting. BTW, I always unload at first 6 doors from office. So very close, but very slow.

Dont love any wal mart DC but this place is decent

Over four hours to unload me, I was at the security gate 710 .am.and paperwork shows this. Im check-in the first time then gave me assign door then had to drop my trailer then ride to other side of distribution center, then park my TRUCK then go inside once again to their way of checking in .as I wait behind three others truck drivers, my turn she was very friendly and said to me your oppointment time was at 715 here its 729 am and I will try to squeeze you in to get unloaded. Over 4 hours I wasnt late period ! Get it together Walmart distribution center s.
