Ive never had a problem here. Its by appointment only and if youre a day early hit the truck stop, dont even bother trying to slip in early. If youre not on the schedule to be unloaded that day, they wont touch you. Theres no overnight parking, but Petro is 5 minutes away. Oh and you have to slide your tandems back and drop your trailer for unloading

Long time to unload, will not take you prior to your appointment!...no restrooms, no parking across from dock area, no overnight parking.... best if all!....they dont give you off this information, nothing in writing, no instructions on rate con then they expect you to know their policies...funny.... no one has the brains to create am instruction sheet and print a bunch of copies for drivers who visit the facilities....and far be it that the receiving clerk give you any information....not bright enough I guess.

Ive been coming here for years, so I want to give some advice for drivers that come here for the first time.* theres no parking here. But theres a huge Petro couple of blocks away. No matter the time or day, youll find parking there.* theres no restrooms here, so plan accordingly. Use the ones at the truck stop.* dont break the seal if youre coming to unload. Theyll come out and cut it.* it may be a bit difficult to dock for inexperienced drivers, if there are many trucks at the doors. Be careful.* once you dock, after wheel chuck and glad hand lock, you either go wait inside the warehouse while they unload you, or you disconnect the tractor and wait in it (if you do that, you can even go to the truck stop real quick)* unloading time is usually fast. Once they start to unload you (usually at the time of your appointment) they take 30 minutes or so to unload a whole trailer.I gave one less star because of the restroom situation.
