Ross Delivery Service is a local owned company that I highly recommend using for your local transportation needs!! Moving or relocating brings a lot of stress for new and exciting changes in life. However, many people find it to come with a lot of anxiety right from the start, mostly because of the moving process. Using Ross Delivery Service takes all of the worry out of it so you can have a smooth transition.

The driver was alone so he was unable to bring our one delivery without asking us to assist him. We had wanted to remain distant and in our home - the service needed to sendcywo employees. There was no moving trailer in the truck either - we had to hand carry one end - not acceptable. No one made sure to advise us that the delivery had a warning - dsngerous to leave plastic wrapping on. The driver said nothing & left the packsge in the sun - I read after he left this is also dangerous - it is your responsibility to keep us, your customers, aware and safe - it is my estimation that your delivery service did less than should be expected. We are left concerned with our exposure to long lengths of plastic and cardboard - this whole delivery resulted in forcing us to relicate the item and be in contact with driver & materials associated with the wrapping. I brought out another kyak trailer for the driver to use alone but this was not used - too much of a rush without significant precautions taken so we could stat in our home. More communication, preparation, and cooperation would have given a many starcrating - this rsting is very LOW. Very disappointed and now wortied about exposure.

Andy the driver is the best

Driver hit a gate post while leaving facility. An entire pallet lost and another was broken during their handling. Office staff and dispatch are rude and disorganized. They double-bill and when you try to discuss accounting or get copies of records they cant even provide copies of BOLs or shipment confirmations. These people dont know their heads from their a**es, worst trucking company in Reno/Sparks.
