Sat here for nearly 3hrs..for 6 pallets. Finally went in to find out what was taking so long only to be told they had been done unloading for about 45 minutes!! I asked why no one had come out and brought me my paperwork and was told were not a valet service...the driver is responsible for knowing when were done. Asked again for paperwork and was told its in the trailer and sure enough it was stuck in the drain hole...nice....bunch of ignorant a-holes that work here. Hope I never come here again...now onto my next delivery.....
