I had a fast pleasant visit at Rapid Cash I tried to request my new loan on-line but due to the fact that I am 67 years old and not very computer educated, I could not complete it on--line so i got a ride to the office and was back out in a few minutes. I came to Rapid Cash for a installment loan. My loan specialist, Candace was so professional, and understanding. I was there for 15 minutes just as the they advertised, which was great. I would recommend going to them for any of your loan needs. Another great thing once your a customer you get free check cashing a debit card, and free money orders. When I made the first payment, your ATM machine was malfunctioning. So, the manager gave me $20 discount on my next payment. When I came in to payoff my loan, not only was the $20 discount removed, but the woman waiting on me added $50 to my last payment.Up until this incident, my opinion of the branch was excellent.

They stole my identity! First they said they would be able to cash a 3rd party check, then as soon as I hand them all my info....they say they wont be able to cash a third party check. I said well why do you make me give all my info? They say its theirs now! We wont give it back....THIEVES!!

I made the biggest mistake of my life getting involved with these damn payday and signature loans. The interest in these loans will bankrupt you in a heartbeat!Then, i had to leave my job, I called my local Rapid Cash office and explained to them that I would have to call and make my payment three days after its due date. They told me it wasnt a problem but then on the day the payment was due they not only overdrew my account, caused me severe overdraft fees with my bank but also got my account for the full amount left owed on the loan! Not just the one payment that was due at that time.I have paid off ALL of my loans as well as deleted all of those phone numbers from my phone and changed my number. For some reason as soon as I paid them all off in full, they started calling my phone several times a day telling me I had funds available to me! Like I would EVER do business with them again?!?My personal recommendation to anyone in an emergency position, go to friends and family for help! And if you still need emergency help and you have absolutely NO other choice, dont ever take the full amount that they offer you. Only take out what you need to fix your car or pay that unexpected expense. But at all costs: do everything you can to AVOID taking out any of these loans!Just my experience and opinion.

Rude staff. Just needed to receive money from money gram. They request information that is not required to receive money. When I asked them why they needed extra information to receive the money, their answer was we need it to continue.... The manager rolled her eyes when I asked her. They are ridiculous. The manager then declined a customer for their application for a loan in the booth near me and made sure everyone heard the reason why when its supposed to be private. Told her, her credit was bad along with letting everyone in the building know! Really? Do not go there! Horrible!

The first time I took a loan from them everything was great. No problems and my payments were pulled directly from my checking account on my paydays. The second time. Not so much. They are costing me $34.00 a pop for overdraft fees and were not helpful about fixing the issue. I will never ever take a loan from them again nor will a recommend them to anyone I know.

I will not deal with Rapid Cash ever!! They gave me A $1500.00 limit which at the time I was very happy. It is like money in the bank that you can get any time you needed it. First loan I took was $500.00, payment was set and it is very good. After few days I went back and get more money, again and again until I reach my limit with out realizing that they do not roll over the amount to the old amount of money I borrowed. So every payday there are a lot of withdrawals in my bank account. It is very confusing. Seems the entire town are partying with my money. I end up closing my bank account. When ever I called Rapid cash they referred me to whoever is in charge of the amount I was calling about. I thought it was one store, one person management. It is not. It is like you have gone to several pay day loans. When I called Rapid cash to set up a payment to my remaining loan, I found out I have several collectors. Now that is more confusing. Later, one person called me to send such amount of payment and then another person called me and asked me to send another such amount of money which I did sent. It is a never ending story. So finally I asked Rapid Cash how much do I have to send all in all to clear my account, meaning paid in full. They sum it up and it total to Almost $500.00. I sent all the remaining balance through e bill and they assured me that it is the last payment left. I was waiting for confirmation letter in the mail that my account was paid in full but they did not send me any. I do not want to go back to Rapid Cash Store because I do not want to see them again just to get my receipt and I live very far from the store. My last contact with Rapid Cash was 2013 and it 2014 now and I received a threatening phone call from legal litigation office that I still owe them $350.00. I would like to fight it but I thought it is best to just pay them. I hope our state officers have policy over payday loans. I know it is my choice but like everybody else they need to buy a house or a car. Mandatory sending monthly statement on what is being paid and confirmation paid in full will be appreciated.

Ive been using Rapid Cash since 2012. Thats when my social security disability direct deposit got messed up. So I had to use Rapid Cash so I can pay my bills for a month until I got Social Security direct deposit straightened out.

I was apply for loan first time take to long to do the paperwork the lady sheHelp me try to help tow costumers at same time and she never explain to meAbout she going to run my credit after that they said was approve for $580.00To pay next pay day I said no. Better be careful about that company.they dont explainNothing to you and they try to charge a high interest more than 104%.

I dont have a bank account and instead I have a paycard. It works great except the only way I can deposit cash is through money gram or western union. I went all over town one time trying to deposit money and anywhere I went the machine was either broken or couldnt accept cash deposits for some reason. I was so relieved Rapid Cash could do it and its so close to where I live. The last time I went, In addition to the money I had to deposit, I had almost $100 in ones and rolled change (seriously..my purse weighed a ton from all the change I had), that I thought I would have to find somewhere else to go, but Pauline and her supervisor(or manager) assured me it was fine and she was ok with taking the time to put it in the machine and wait for it to count it (and it took a lot of time). I know change is such a hassle and I normally save it until I really need it so it was so so nice that I could deposit the entire amount on my card. It took me so long to write this review but I didnt forget what they did for me and continue to do. I always have good experience here and everyone is always nice. Thank you so much for being so great!

Would avoid them at all costs, and ONLY use as an extreme last resort. They are a predatory hard money lender, that charges HUGE interest rates, so youre paying TONS in interest. If you can avoid using them, I would do so, unless you dont care about wasting money. Get a loan else where with more favorable terms. Beware of defaulting as well, as they use Ad-Astra another predator collection agency, that lies and sets out to ruin you unless you agree to their terms.

First loan NO ISSUES! payments pulled on time (paydays). Went back and picked up a Second Loan! this is where the issues started pulling money the day before payday, go figure bank declined payment and gave me a nice OD fee. Calls went unheard. may as well talk to the wall they cant fix THERE error. NEVER again.

Well I have been doing business with Rapid Cash were probably 4 years five years and its always been a good relationship between us I I borrow but my last experience was not so great I have a Harley that I put up for collateral plus I had a Signature Loan I put myself up for collateral I I went in to to pay off my last loan which is good sized andand was because understandably they wanted to update my motorcycle which I understood but said I will get no loan at all signature or collateral collateral and and mind you I haveI have paid off 15 20 loans at very high interest and at one point tried to take my motorcycle from me because I was late on my payment and had to pay almost three quarters over ove and above my payments to get it back Im not very happy with Rapid Cash I hope read read this review and and review their own reviews. For a company that call itself it helping hand establishment. Sure dontdont kno no thethe first sting about making money or making people happy.
