This place is hacked with a wiretap. A speaker was playing outside from the window office area. I was in the parking lot after trying to select them as my choice body shop repair. It bugged my vehicle immediately and gave a pulling sensation like a magnet. Criminals or someone needs to make aware that this place may want to be deceptive on your personal life and finances.

Id never heard of this shop until my insurance company had it towed there after an accident. Im glad they did because the work is excell6 as is their customer service. Cody was in touch throughout the process. I highly recommend this place.

Steves Collision Center is extremely efficient and affordable. Theyve made the claims process something I didnt have to worry about and also accommodated additional work I needed help with so that everything could be done at the same time. Jeff was very professional, caring and detailed in his descriptions of what the process was so that I clearly understood everything that was going on. I asked for lots of cards so I could pass them around. I had 4 bids. Not only were they competitive, they murdered the 3 other bids. The closest one was $1k more, you can guess what the other two were.A note to Google: You send us the query before the work is done. The choice is to ignore it, or give it an average rating., which is not fair to the vendor. You ought to have another category like pending, or well see, time will tell, etc., etc. Instead, I have to look this up and edit it. Good for Steves, a nuisance to me, and perhaps a misstep in the customer service arena or you..........JC

Had front end damage repaired at Steve’s. The car broke down out of state shortly after. Had it towed to a shop nearby. The mechanic there said a bracket was missing causing the hose to the transmission to come loose. Steve’s acknowledged the mistake and said they would cover the invoice from the out of state shop. I went back to pick up the vehicle & the rep at Steve’s said he would call me back in 10 minutes to take care of the payment. He never called me back. After several calls to Steve’s I was unable to get a call back. I was then told the rep left for the day. Paid the invoice myself & brought vehicle home. How do you forget to put parts back in a vehicle? Taking the car to another shop to make sure used parts were not used in the original repair job by Steve’s.

Took my 02 F-350 to Steves, hit in right front. Got it back and the wheel was still bent in at a 10 degree angle, hub cap missing, high note horn not working, hood light hanging from hood, block heater cord tucked away in bumper could not get out, hood still bent in on corner, vacuum pump not working, nuts missing from vacuum canister, info label missing, wiring harness not installed properly, A/C discharge hose still bent into radiator. Bottom line, Poor workmanship!!

I had great experience with this great people! i got hit and run and the next week i took it to them and within two weeks i got my car back! then did quick walk around i noticed curb rush on my wheels that was there before when i drop it off. i called them back told them about the curb rush and they look at it, took a pictures on the curb rush after that drop the wheels and they took care of it and got it the next day!!!

Jeff was very professional with setting up my appointment and he even called for my car rental. The work performed was top notch excellent and Im very satisfied with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Steves Collison.

My first time in a car accident, referred here by Progressive. After reading the posts I am shocked to hear that so many Insurance Companys utilize their service.My Van was there for 11 days and when I picked it up they didnt even fix the most obvious issues. I notice scratches, extra dings and other color paint(pink and white) all over. There was white powder left behind in by back seats, the main repairs were done so half ass, my steering wheel/tires do not align, looks as if I am missing a motor mount, cracks in my A arm... the list goes on and on, the van now drives worse then it did right after the accident!I am now having to take the vehicle back so they can re-inspect from the car accident and/or fix their oversights and mistakes.The only thing I can say is they do warranty all their work, but it is a hug inconvenience on many people to be out of a car, and work around their schedule.They also matched the paint perfectly, so I guess if you need paint work you might have a better experience.

The color match on the fender wasn’t great but the issue was that there was additional damage to the undercarriage they never advised me about and I therefore wasn’t able to get the insurance to cover costing me $2700

The most unfriendly, Amazing I brought my car in for a minor repair everything was pre proved, and the estimator couldnt even walk out to look at it even though he was sitting at his desk. I drove quite a ways to go here. I was told by my insurance to drive over for it. They told me to come back the following Monday and this was a Tuesday! I do not recommend them.Smarmy service. 👎

These guys are awesome!! I had body damage due to a deer hitting the side of my car and between them and my insurance company everything was fixed in a week, they made it so easy for me. Due to the fires and other unforseen circumstances I couldnt pick my car up right away so they let me leave it there until I could have someone pick it up for me several days later. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Took my truck there to get repaired and told The managager CODY that we wanted to put aftermarket part on there instead of putting stock parts, he replied that’s not a problem and says you’ll just have to pay a lil more.. As a couple days pass I get a call saying truck was done and ready for pickup. Which I found weird since I didn’t order any parts yet. I then talk with CODY and he says that he totally forgot to tell anyone... He then tells me he will take the truck back apart and tow it to the other shop.. well in the process I guess now parts are missing and the other shop can’t put my truck together so I bring it to CODY’S attention and he tells me oh I can buy those parts back like what a joke you are the one who messed up and I shouldn’t have to come more out of pocket.. do not suggest anyone to go here place is a joke...

If I could give a negative star I would. They didnt even bother to do repairs right the first time, oh yes not the first, or the second time...it took 5 attempts to get it all done right over the course of 2.5 months. Take your coin elsewhere. Take your time elsewhere because they will waste it. You dont want the stress trust me.

When multiple other other shops in town couldn’t get me in for an estimate for weeks and start repairs for over a month, Steve’s was able to get me in the next day for an estimate and start repairs immediately even during the holiday season! Extremely happy with the people and service at the shop, and highly recommend them to be used for anyone needing bodywork and repairs.

Im working with Tom who my insurance company refereed me to. Everything went smoothly when I dropped my vehicle off. Things were explained to me so I understood what the process and time frame. I expressed some concerns and was assured they would check everything out for me. They still have my vehicle and I have no doubt they will keep their word. I highly recommend this business. BEWARE use shop at own risk or better yet, look elsewhere. I used them to repair my vehicle, per my adjusters recommendation, tho I was hesitant after reading their reviews and unfortunately I paid the price for it. They took over 3 weeks to repair what they told me would be about 4-5 days. It started with lies about what repairs were initially agreed upon (as we came to an agreement for additional repairs that Id pay for out of pocket which were charged yet halfass done), getting different answers when questioned about the delays and not returning calls which I assume is was due to the disorganization resulting of their high turnover. The finished paint had several impurities and there was overspray on window trim and other panels. After showing the manager the errors, he scoffed that can be easily wet sanded and polished as it were no big deal yet it is considering Id have to bring my car back when they should have addressed that during the several weeks they had it sitting there waiting for parts. To make this fiasco even more difficult was having to pay $$ for a car rental after the rep at Steves Collision said theyd help with the costs, which fell short of their promise.If you have to use them, make sure to stay on top of them and keep notes of what was said and by whom. Get all agreements in writing.TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS of the entire exterior of your car, remove all valuables and important/personal documents. Turn off/down your aftermarket amp & subs. This way theres no thats how it was before scenarios.***To prevent future headaches, you should do this anytime you have your vehicle serviced.***

I am sooo impressed with Steves Collision Repair!! Pearl worked with me on getting the repairs done in a timely fashion. Since my sis and I are newbies to NV ( only a month), she offered us a ride to our house, took the car in to Honda for another matter, had Melissa bring us back to the house and Melissa even delivered the car back to the house. Talk about super courteous service. I will recommend Steves Collision to all my family and friends. You guys are super!!!

Just dont even bother with them. I was involved in an accident that had damage towards the front bumper. I was forced to go there because of my insurance. They said that they passed their quality check. It turns out that they dont. It was supposed to take them about a week for the job to be done. It ended up being closer to two and a half weeks.The front bumper was not appropriately placed, and Im currently missing some parts from the front lights. They also did not bother to check my radiator. I had a leaky radiator for about a few days until I went to go do its oil change; that was when I was told about it.When I confronted them about it, they said it would be done by the end of the workday if not the next day. Again, it was longer than what they claimed. My car was in the shop for about a week.Once they did replace the radiator, I found out that they used parts that were lying around to attach the radiator, not ones made for my car.Steves Collision Center has a quality check that they claim they run, but I dont believe them, because they never did one on my car.

Worst shop in town by far, missing pieces of my car, halfway done repair, and not to mention it takes them a week, maybe two to even return a call. this shop is a total rip off, i feel bad my insurance company actually paid them to do the work. Customer service, oh you wont get any of that at this company, especially not with Pearl working behind the counter. they scheme you into making the repair as cheap as possible for them and dont give you any say in how the car is repaired. as was said in a previous review i will be filing a police report if i do not receive the missing pieces of my car. Im sure the BBB and a news channel or two may want to hear about this too

Dont expect anything they say to be truthful. Lied about how long it would take extended the date it was suppose to done 4 times? Do they not know how to run a shop yet. After reading last 3 reviews its not only me.. only reason I took it here was they are all state preferred. Once you park your car here your on their time and convenience.. i wouldnt recommend this shoo to anyone.Update: car not function properly. Electrical issues now the back up lights do not work. I called they said come in and theyll fix it. I live in tahoe, they have no idea the difficulty of dropping it off for who knows how long and to get rides each time. Ill pay cash out o f my pocket before I leave my vehicle with them... :, (.

The owner is a SCHYSTER and a THIEF!!!If I could give minus stars I would.DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN or if you don’t want to be ROBBED.I took my vintage 1965 Mustang in to have a reproduction fender installed on the car. The original fender was OFF the car and in the back seat. First, after telling me that he was an expert at vintage cars, Steve low balled me in an attempt to purchase the car. When I said no, he told me that it would take $20k to get it in saleable condition. I continued to ask for a price to install the reproduction fender, headlight bucket and ring. He said he would get me a price asap. During this conversation, I specifically asked and requested that the car be inside the entire time he had it. Steve acted as if I was an idiot and said “oh, of course”. The car is a convertible and the top was in new condition. It took a month to get a call back from his guy John, who was sick, we played phone tag a lot, and he finally gave me a price, but not what I asked for…I had to then wait for an OEM quote. The price was not great, but okay, I went down THAT day and gave them nearly 50% deposit and was told a few days. HA! John called at one point weeks later and said the headlight didn’t work did I want a new one, I said yes. Weeks later, he called to say it was finished, I was out of town for a week, and unable to pick it up for a few days. When I did pick it up, the car was obviously left OUTSIDE the entire time and, being red, was oxidized; the convertible top was a MESS! I asked for the parts that came off the car, headlight, headlight bucket, ring, nuts bolts, fender and emblems that was inside and was told by John that they tossed them. He said no one has ever asked for his parts on the truck he restored. ORIGINAL VINTAGE parts, ANYONE who is an “expert” knows you do NOT get rid of original parts, damaged or not. I have every other part that came off the car from the previous owner and myself. The fender wasn’t removed by this shop so WHY in the world would he feel inclined to throw something away that was inside my vehicle. Answer: Because they are worth $300-500, damaged or not. When I asked to speak to Steve, he again, treated me like I was an idiot, patronizing me (as a woman) that there is no reason to keep damaged parts. He is SUCH a liar. When I got home, I found in the trunk a box with the headlight, headlight bucket, ring, nuts and bolts (Hmmm, why weren’t those tossed as well????) but guess what was missing besides the fender, the emblems. They didn’t put the emblems back on the car….REALLY!!! EXPERTS…. He stole the fender and the original emblems and sold them, or repaired the wrinkle and used it on another car. I am considering small claims court at this point. So this ALL devalued the car. I had to take it to the detail shop and spend another $150 to have the car buffed out and waxed and the convertible top cleaned and conditioned. He is the epitome of a shyster/thief!!!!! I have been asked by every buyer looking at the car if I have the original fender. It will probably cost me a few thousand dollars or more on the sale price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This company is terrible, they are very unprofessional in every aspect possible. My car was damaged (huge scratch) while in their possession, then they tried to say it wasnt their fault when all pictures show otherwise. When it was time to pick up my car because it was finished we discovered the paint job was terrible. Literally there was paint that dripped and they missed it. I would definitely give 0 stars if possible.

Overall bad experience. Items were stolen out of my center console while my car was in their possession, the receptionist was also clueless about what was going on most of the time. Would not recommend.

I had my f150 repaired there but instead of fixing the issue they hid it by polishing the rim and paint. I went back to confront them about it and instead of admitting to it and fixing my truck, they argued with me and told me they weren’t going to fix it. Highly unprofessional and all they want is your insurance money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

They did a very lousy job first they said I can get my car in 4days but it end up 2 weeks of waiting and when I get my car theres a lot of scratches and it so dusty and you can see grease stain on the seat!! over all I dont recommend this auto shop!!!!!! Class D auto shop!!
