Hi dusty miss you

I was in Reno for a doctors appointment when the alternator belt self destructed. I called several places but they couldn’t get me in. I explained to Dustin that I had to get home to my 12 year old son and even though he was full he fixed the car himself in the parking lot. I am very grateful and highly recommend him.

They do a great job on your vehicle when it needs repairs

Dustin is a great mechanic and so are his employees! I had an issue with my car and I thought it was the transmission going bad and they found a gas leak so the fuel system was sucking air and causing my problem! I am so relieved that they figured it out and fixed the problem!! Thank you Dustin and your crew!!!!

Dustin was able to get me right in and save the day ! I was going out of town to pick up some trailers for people here in Reno and it would of been total chaos if I couldnt get out to get them . We were travelling across country in our Sprinter van when it became time for an oil change. We called Dustins and made an appointment when we were still over 200 miles away. As soon as we got there, they started working on it. It was the fastest, most efficient service we have ever had. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend going to Dustins!

Dustin is a very good mechanic and very honest! He will tell you what is wrong with your vehicle and will fix only what is wrong. He is very reasonable with his charges which other shops and dealerships are not! He doesnt overcharge. He is a very likeable guy and so is Alex! They even help you to get your vehicle to pass smog!!

They were absolutely fantastic. They kept me updated throughout the process of fixing my car. Made sure to let me know of any changes in the work, before actually making them. For example, I had to get a new transmission for my car, and they only one they could find was out of state. Because the transmission they needed was out of state, it was going to cost more than they had originally quoted me. They called me to make sure that was what I wanted to do before ordering the transmission and discussed with me the new price. I will define take my vehicles back to them if inebr have another problem.

Place is great. Came here before with Ross and then with Charlie. Looks like Dustin is great as well. Took my Toyota Camry down that was locked shut. Dustin came out himself and helped me unlock and let me do the rest myself. Highly satisfied

Took my SUV here. They actually said that the timing belt has a leak in it and gave me an estimate of over $1200 to change out the timing belt. They said nothing else was wrong with it. I took it to another shop (Reno Vulcanizing) for a second opinion (because I know timing belts dont leak) and they found the car was actually UNSAFE to even be on the road. Dustins missed everything- like the fact the car had only one cooling fan (instead of 2) causing the engine to overheat and warp the head a little!!!! The front CV axels were so bad and unsafe it was causing steering problems and couldve snapped at any moment. Dustins let me drive away in an unsafe vehicle, potentially placing my life and the lives of others at risk. Not only that, the estimate was ridiculous and the timing belt they said needed to be replaced, was in fine condition. I never leave bad reviews, and feel terrible doing so even now, but this was a horrible experience and I want to spare others the headache.
