These guys are awesome. I had a full brake job done here and it ended up being a little cheaper than what he originally told me it would cost.I had accidentally forgot my debit card and phone at my house and I took an Uber to the shop so I had no way of paying. They kindly gave me a ride to my house just so I can get my stuff. Very respectful and generous. They really didn’t have to do that but they knew I was just having a bad day and I just appreciate you guys for being so understanding and awesome!! I will be taking my car back to these guys because they are trustworthy.

Vinnys was fantastic. I have an electric vehicle and most smaller mechanics refuse to work on them. Not only did Vinnys agree to work on the car, they told me they are excited to start working on more EVs in the future! The issue turned out not to be related to the EV powertrain but they did a fantastic job and I will definitely be using them again. Work was completed ahead of schedule and under budget!

Vinnys is great place to take your car. They are able to schedule appointments in a timely manner, complete work within the time frame they give you, and have reasonable prices. They are always friendly and answer all of my questions. They send an online inspection report with an explanation of repairs needed and provide pictures too. They also call to go over the report with you. Seriously, this place is awesome. If you are looking for a reliable & trustworthy shop, this is the place.

This place is great. They are professional in their conduct, friendly, accurate in their estimates, do great work and are0 affordable for the amount of work they do. Most of all you can trust them.

I emailed on Tuesday after memorial day with my issue and they responded with a better quote than another shop and were able to get me in on Thursday of the same week. Cant say enough about their customer service, professionalism, quality work and customer satisfaction. Thank you very much. I will make this my preferred shop to have my 2010 tundra worked on.

I recently purchased an old Lincoln Mark VIII as a secondary vehicle and it was having a few issues. Brought it in on a day they were already swamped and they were still willing to get it in if I could leave it for a while. Turned out to be quite a bit of work but they were able to do a good job and stay around the original quote despite additional problems popping up. Took a little longer to get it back on the street but I’d rather have these guys do a great job that takes a while vs a rushed job that isn’t 100% that some other places do. Great guys and they will continue to have my business.

I have been doing business with Vinnys for about three years. In all of my fix-it experiences, they have been professional, personable, honest and respectful. I used to do my own repairs, however age and new technologies have put a stop to most of that. I appreciate the way Dominique explains how the newer systems work and what can typically go wrong. Furthermore, I appreciate the time they take to diagnose problems which mostly brings about fixing it right the first time. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

Got in at 2pm, out within an hour and a half! Diagnosed and fixed! Coil pack replaced, about $400+ but dont forget good work is worth every penny! Didnt have an appointment but these gentlemen were kind enough to help a lady in distress with a car that would hardly go! I made it home passing people! Ive been to and worked at a few different places around town, and with a lot of different people.Working For Dominic was more than just a place to work, it was a pleasure. The idea that someone might not need something just because they think they need it, the full hearted intelligence and knowledge of the customers vehicle, not trying to sell something that isnt needed but recommending something that might be needed in the future, is very hard to come by when it comes to the automotive world. Dominic and his family have put a ton of effort and investments into the business, and its clear that they arent trying to get as much money as they can, but get as much trust as they can. They dont want to be rich with cash, but rich with people, and make enough to live and take care of their own family. The owners arent like CEOs going on a million vacations to the Bahamas or Hawaii for business trips, they are right there, every day, helping customers as much as possible and coming in on their days off to expand their values. Ive been using vinnys for a long time now (over 10 years), Vinny and Dominick have always taken care of me. Most recently I had my Yukon throw a check engine light right before I was selling it the next day and I asked Dominick if he could take a look at it. He not only looked at it, he fixed the intake leak I had and I sold the vehicle the next day. Good people, I trust them with all of my cars.

I have been going to Vinnies Automotive for 4 years now and I have trusted Dominic and his team with every car we own; from classis to new. 1973 International Harvester, Lexus, Dodge Durango, Ford Explorer, and VW Phaeton. He is honest and upfront every time, If the boy told a lie I think his tongue with snap off. Dominic and his team work to find the best pricing and parts and will try to save you money instead of trying to add on items just to get the bill up. Just try Vinnies one time and you will be hooked.

I bought a used car & Vinnys did the inspection on it. I have a check list from the mechanics at Vinnys stating that all major parts were in excellent working condition. I took the car after buying it to an independent auto shop & discovered that Vinnys mechanics put silicone around the water pump to prevent any buyer from noticing the leak! they also hid the fact that the tires were completely worn from being in desperate need of an alignment. After several attempts to speak with these so called mechanics I gave up and am having it repaired properly by reliable mechanics. These people take advantage of anyone & I have to pay to fix what Vinnys didnt but were paid to do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THERE FOR ANY REASON!! They are horrible and do not deserve anyones business.

Did a horrible job fixing my jeep. they left it out in the rain and the speakers got damaged from the rain. I had to take into another shop to fix the original problem that Vinnys charged me to supposedly fix. I will never return. Buyer beware
