From picking out the right carpet for me to installation was perfect. Sterling has an unbelievable amount of knowledge when it comes to carpet. We have purchased carpet from Ogdens on more than one occasion. Stirling and his crew always try to match us with a product that meets our needs in the best way. With this last purchase the installation was delayed a couple of days because of their high demands. Stirling offered to upgrade our carpet to make up for the delay. We are very pleased with the carpet, the installation, and the service we received!

The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, without being at ALL pushy. They have a nice variety of in-stock carpeting to fit any budget. They even beat the prices of other stores we visited. We loved the experience and will definitely use them again.

Allison was awesome to work with would recommend her to everyone. Floors are beautiful, my only complaint is the installer didnt clean up after. My cold air returns had huge pieces of the tile from my old floor being removed from them. They put my grates back on without cleaning them out first and my front porch was a mess. I felt like they should have cleaned up after themselves better.

Our contractor set us up to work with Jody at Ogdens Flooring. She was so helpful and patient with us as we worked through the design decisions. She even let us take samples so that we could coordinate design decisions for other parts of our home. We were very happy with our experience there.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Sterling, he was simply extremely present, knowledgeable and helpful with design and selection process, including follow up and answer questions being sure everything was smooth. It was obvious that Sterling is extremely seasoned and passionate about the work he does, this one is a rare breed, hard to find service provider, top 2% of his class no doubt!

Very important, Ogden’s is the only carpet store that we found with reasonable prices that guarantees installs for life. This was very important for us after consistently bad installs from Home Depot that did not show up until after their brief warranty.Be sure to communicate well about installation before purchase (especially about cleanup)... Great experience! We had a prompt estimate for flooring that was very reasonable. Installation occurred before the estimated date. The installers were great guys and fast. Ill definitely be coming back here for my next project.

The people at the store were great to work with. The only negative was that they called and asked if the installer could come earlier, at 7:30am. That was fine, but the carpet was being installed at my moms house. So I got up early so I could be there by 7:30 and they didnt show up until 8:10am. Not sure why they didnt just leave it at the original time of 8am. The installer just replied that he told his boss between 7:30 & 8:00am. Really!? Why do you need a 40 minute window of time when its the first job?? My time is precious. They need to show up when theyre supposed to.

We redid our whole house and are very happy with the results. Jody was great to work with and always went the extra mile to help answer questions or resolve issues.

The repair team that came out to the house did an excellent job putting the things back together I was very happy and they honored their guarantee that they gave me when I purchased the carpet I will be a customer with them because they do what they say and their guarantee if there is any problem I did not have problems for over 2 years after purchasing the carpet when it started to separate on the seam

Our purchase experience was excellent, great customer service. The carpet quality is just what we were looking for and the installation went smoothly and fast. The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because of the mess that was left behind. The carpet was littered on every inch with leftover carpet debri, so I had to vacuum right away and the same debri was left on our driveway and in the street in front of our house. It would have been great if the installer came equipped to clean up after himself. It would just make for a better experience overall and make me feel like they go the extra mile.But I would use them again for future installs nonetheless as they are great to work with.

Ogden’s did our LVP, carpet, tile, and new bathroom countertops.Ricardo was great to work with- very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. All of the technicians went out of their way to make sure everything was just right and did a beautiful job.

Not impressed at all. I bought flooring and countertops for my kitchen and after everything was said and done I realized I should have shopped around. My wife and I went in one weekend and found the flooring we wanted but instead of purchasing that day we waited a week for an upcoming sale on the flooring which should have saved us some money. On the day of the sale when I met up with the sales lady that I had been working with she had everything out for me to purchase including the flooring that had a sticker price at 30 cents a square foot more than what it was a week prior and when I pointed it out to the sales lady she said the price is a different sale. So really she marked it up only to give me a supposed discount. Anyways, after frustration with that we went with it anyways because we had everything picked out for kitchen already. So when the sales lady printed up the sales agreement she even charged me 10 cents more per sq foot than the sticker price on the flooring so she kept upping the price from moment to moment. Not impressed at all and I would strongly suggest take your business elsewhere and not get ripped off.

The carpet installer and his assistant did a great job! He was friendly, courteous, and worked efficiently. They came in the morning and were done early afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and left the home without damage. Jody was awesome to work with as usual!! She was able to finesse the install on short notice to accommodate the timing with the closing of the house so we could get it done ASAP! This is our second time using them for carpet and I have used them for my business needs also, and every time Jody has been so great to deal with. It always goes smoothly when she is handling the order!

Granite was installed quickly, looked good, and was reasonably priced. Were pleased with the outcome.

Ricardo is great to work with. He follows through on things and keeps us in the loop with ordering and time frames. The counter installers were early on the day of installation. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We had a rough spot that needed work. I called Ricardo and the next day someone came and fixed it. The product and service have been great!

Would not recommend. Carpet itself looks good. Good pricing if you can get a good sale deal AND get them to honor that price when the time comes. Install people were nice and respectful, fast. There are obvious spots where something is wrong (maybe a seam?) but getting them to come out and fix or even just inspect it, not gonna happen. Asked me for this review before they had even come out and measured, and again before they had even installed it.

The vinyl installer was so kind and went above and beyond doing repair work to my concrete floor before installing the vinyl. The carpet installers were very quick and did a great job. We are very happy with our new bathroom floor and countertops! They were very efficient with ordering and installation. And everything looks very nice. Sterling was very helpful and communicative, even following up after to see how it was.The only surprise was the countertop installers came at 7:45 am when we weren’t expecting them until 8:30, so that was a bit of a scramble because my husband was still in the shower!But, overall we have been very happy with the product and service.

We had our carpet done by Ogdens carpet and it is beautiful. Brown is the in color this year but they helped us find a multicolor gray, thick weave. Our son says the carpet on the stairs bounces. Thanks Sterling for being so patient and helping me find carpet and paint for our basement.

Two months ago Ogdens carpet came and installed basement carpet throughout. The guys that came were professional and hardworking and fast. They knew exactly what they were doing and gave me instructions to help the carpet lay out and stay down properly. Every single day for the last two months I have walked across my basement carpet with bare feet and smiled and laughed because I was so happy. I am delighted at the results and at the Professional installation and at the price and at the help that I got choosing the carpet in the first place. Spanish fork Ogdens carpet rocks! They have carpeted the last three homes that I have owned and I will always choose them.

Didnt get a chance to use their business tried calling over the phone to get in home quote on carpet and they said they charge $25 to come out and give quotes. I asked if it was refundable if I didnt end up going with them and they tried telling me would be used towards my purchase so they wouldnt answer my question if I would get the $25 back if I didnt end Up her purchasing carpet through them. so I take it you dont get $25 deposit back if you dont purchase carpet through them. Ill call some places that do free quote. Shepherds carpet doest free in home quotes.

Quick installation, 2 weeks faster than we thought. They matched out existing engineered hardwood perfectly. Great communication as well. They will be our go to for any flooring needs in the future.

I bought carpet for a house that we were putting on market. So I shopped around and could not beat the price at Steve Ogdens in Spanish Fork. The salesman Sterling was very helpful and helped me pick out a carpet that matched existing carpet that was not being replaced. The whole process was painless and it took no time at all. The install crew was awesome, on time and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Steve Ogdens to anybody. By the way we had an offer on the house with in one day and part of that was the awesome carpet that was installed just a couple of days before having the open house.
