Customer service by Maggie, the manager, is absolutely horrendous. On April 7th, my dad and I spent the entire DAY at this Boost location trying to simply add my dad onto my family plan. She had issue after issue and wasnt able to add him. In addition, she had a total of two phone options available at the store. TWO. Having to spend an entire day at this Boost store with my elderly dad was incredibly frustrating and so un-needed. Had the manager known what she was doing, it would have been an easy, quick experience. She then told us she couldnt add him to our plan and that we would need to put him on his own plan for one week, and then add him onto my family plan. We reluctantly said okay just so we could get out of there. 20 days go by and we keep calling her and leaving messages and she never returns our call. I finally get a hold of her today and she tells me she never promised she could add him and that she has been trying with customer service and hasnt been able to do it. I then called customer service myself and had my dad added onto my family plan within 10 minutes. The agent told me that it is always easy to simply add another customer onto your family plan and that he didnt understand why she was having issues doing so. I called the manager back and let her know that. She laughed and said, I get thats what you want to hear but thats not how it is. Huh?? Extremely poor customer service by Maggie. She talks down to you, is very rude, and should not be running this store. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go into this store. It has been a total nightmare!

Maggie was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, she treated my husband and I like were valued customers.She took the time to find the best option for us and were extremely happy with our purchase and her service.

Absolutely the worst service ever. The lady who works there is VERY RUDE and disrespectful. She is lazy, as she does not want to spend more than 5 minutes helping a costumer out. I called and asked her a few questions, where she said “if it’s so easy, go do it yourself” and hung up the phone. She is very FAKE. Take your business elsewhere.

I just spoke to corporate office and Told them you guys write down every customers Pin numbers on a notebook and they said there is no reason why you should be doing that. I have had my account on boost mobile hacked by someone changing my birth date and address.. my dad had his hacked by someone actually purchasing a 800 dollar phone on his account.. change your ways people I hope you guys get caught soon and fire all those theives.

False advertising me and husband went to boost over Verizon bought five phones there the service is so bad u can barely make phone calls or even use are data even for work. It was the biggest mistake. You get better service talking to someone over the phone for a different phone company this is the absolute worse service I have ever had there looking at a law suit from me. For false advertising anyone else want in on this

Maggie took care of our needs today. She was very friendly and honest with us. We definitely would recommend coming in and asking for Maggie if you want honesty. Thanks for your help today

The manager and owner was extremely disrespectful and not willing to help customers with the simplest of things. Makes me wonder if she just cares about selling you. I would recommend that you take your business to the Provo or Orem store.The Owner should get out of the wireless business

Great Customer Service! I bought my first Boost Mobile phone from this store almost 3 years ago and was very pleased with it...the Boost Max! I now have the IPhone 6 Plus which I bought at a very reasonable price with the Unlimited Plan at $45 a Month on Autopay. They also have great family plans! Very happy to do business with Boost Mobile in the Spanish Fork location!👍

Helpful, friendly service (much better than calling in) & great deals on phones & plans. The employees here have gone out of their way more than once to make sure myself and other customers are happy.

I dropped by in the afternoon to get prices and info. I talked to a gal who said she was the store manager. She didnt have the phones in stock that I wanted, took my number and said she would call when they came in. My wife had additional questions so we decided to call the store a few times with no answer. We checked store hours on Google and headed down. We arrived at 6:40 the lights were dimmed and the door was locked. A few knocks, but again no answer. The posted closing time both on the door and google said 7:00. We werent excited that we arrived 20 minutes before close time to find out they were closed. We went and signed up service elswhere. Also I never heard from the manager.
