Took a sewing maching in to get the timing fixed after sewing over a pin. They did an excellent job also replaced missing and worn parts that I didnt know about. Had a coupon so ended up being a great deal! They are busy so wait time is expected but youll get a machine back that is like new.

Perfect help in Spanishfork. Didnt even have to look for model number on the machine. He knew exactly what I needed by just explaining what was happening and looking at the bobbin. Had the wrong size! Thank you, thank you! 😁

Great Store took my sewing machine in, it did take longer then i was hoping for but they did tell me up front that it would take some time to find the part needed to fix it. I should of known my machine is from the early 1940, eitherway i love the fact that they kept at it until they found it, thanks for your Time and Diligence getting it done.

Repaired our vacuum in much less time than I thought it would take, the cost was the low end of the repair estimate, and the vacuum looks the best it has in over a year. Talk about clean and shiny! A-1 Vacuum I give you an A for price, service, and professional, friendly staff.

The service there is great they did my vacuum supper good and they had to order parts and got them right away.every time i go in they always have the bags i need and the parts that i need the service there is always great i will keep going back every time i need something.

Love this place close great to find a place that still fixes vacuums and honest too. Left that post about 2 years ago and wish I could leave another post went in there today 9/10/19 I asked like a hundred questions central vacs and somehow he was able to answer almost all of them and the ones he couldnt he actually told me where I might be able to find them after that I left the store went home apparently my basement flooded the night before and my extractor wasnt working so I drove back told him what was going on and he understood the urgency and got it working right then and there it was a small problem and he didnt even charge me I used an hour an hour and a half of his time and he didnt even charge me even though he could have

0 STARS. I brought in a Riccar and an Electrolux for repair. After waiting two weeks, WE FINALLY CALLED THEM to see what the status was for our vacuums. A few days later we received a call. The repair for the Riccar was estimated at over $200, the Electrolux $160. He asked me if I wanted him to recycle both since this was so expensive. I agreed on the Riccar but picked up the Electrolux to get another bid. I took it to another repair shop. It was the BELT! The cost for repair was $4. She helped me put on the new belt right there in the store. It took me approximately 15 minutes, and I had my vacuum home again. I wish I had taken my Riccar somewhere else as well. I wonder what really happened to the Riccar? Do not take your vacuums to this store for repair!

Have been going to A-1 in Provo for years. So happy to see them come to Spanish Fork. I have a Simplicity vacuum and it is great. They do great repairs and maintenance for your vacuums. So friendly and customer oriented. Thanks A-1.
