I ordered some textbooks online. Whoever delivered my mail, folded them in half in order to fit them into my mailbox, they could’ve placed the package into the larger community mailbox or have me pick them up from the post office. As a college student I don’t have the money to replace these expensive textbooks. Be more careful next time. They’re still usable but they are very clearly bent and folded.

I place orders for work that come from all delivery service. the post office is the only one that cant deliver my packages. I always have to go pick it up and they always act confused on why it doesnt get delivered. and thats if I catch it before it gets sent back to vendor. Ive confirmed the address multiple times. Its a big business. that is open so its not like no ones here. its really frustrating I think they dont want to have to get out of their vehicle and bring it in honestly.

Im upset because I have had the same mailing address for the last 8 or so years and Now all the sudden all my mail is being retuned to sender and I have asked my GMA and GPA about it they said they havent dont anything to the mail they save .y mail i pick it up when i go over and i need some pretty important things ... my mom Rhonda worked her for 18 years and ..wow glad she left ...

It went quick and painless but I did get there early in the am.Smooth like butter.

Im so disappointed in this Spanish Fork Post Office. My mail has been mail returned multiple times. The mail I’ve been expecting is time sensitive. I really don’t know why I’m paying for a PO Box when I can’t even get my mail delivered.I have had mail that was supposed to come to my house as well and it was mail returned. I don’t know what the problem is with USPS. It’s getting really annoying.I thought the first time it was a simple mistake, but this is happening too often. I’ve had P.O. Boxes in a few locations in Utah and this has been the worst I’ve ever had!!!!! Get your act together please!!! 😭

Typical government operation that cant function properly without robbing hardworking Americans to keep it going. Staff was clueless and couldnt help. Somebody from Wisconsin called and was nice but didnt help at all to find a $600 package that mysteriously disappeared. Go private, UPS or Fedex.

I have gone here a lot and every employee I interact with is so kind! And I mean actually kind, not customer service fake kind.

Went in on Saturday to send a package. They claimed that the package would arrive on Tuesday(Christmas Eve). They werent lying!!!! My parents in Texas just got it! USPS is coming in clutch lately! Keep it up!

“Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was inaccessible.”- I’ve never seen a more accessible driveway and front door than ours. We’ve had so many packages from UPS and amazon delivered no problem; why couldn’t usps figure it out? Also, it’s already late arriving.

These guys are amazing. The line was super long due to Christmas rush but it moved quickly and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great Staff! Always wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Thei make it okay that you had to wait in line because you know that they work diligently to create the best possible service in a timely manner and you feel the care and helpfulness once its your turn.

This is the most helpful and kind post office I have ever been to. I typically go here for all my needs and didn’t realize how great they are until I went to another office. Jared is a great manager and I’ll continue to prefer this one even though it’s further away for me.

I have had so many terrible experiences with this post office. The most recent was a birthday gift I ordered for a friend. The package said “do not bend” because it was a hand drawn picture. I opened my box, and the package had been shoved into it, bending the picture.Not only that, they have forgotten to leave keys for a parcel holder, lost packages, and delivered wrong items. When I called them about keys not being there, or not working, they hang up on me or ask me if I know how to use a key properly.

This is the third time that we have received a notice stating they missed us delivering an important letter when we have been home! They have never tried to knock on the door! I received one today that is checked saying final notice! This is the first one!! Our mailman is the laziest person ever. I was sitting on our couch and watched him drive by today he could have knocked and given me the letter!!! Now instead for the third time since I have lived here I have to go down to the office and pick it up. Effing ridiculous.

The people working have always been so nice and helpful to me. Its always busy in there, and the employees do a good job taking care of everyone.

This is a company that loses millions and millions every year. NEGATIVE STARS.Past that, my mail had been delivered to my neighbors, countless times and vice versa. I have had packages that tracking shows delivered, that her not delivered. Not just porch their problems either, but at my business where that couldnt happen. The company has NO accountability and doesnt worry about service because they will still be in business because my tax dollar funds them.

Im quite upset right now. 2 days in a row I get a text telling me my package was delivered to the parcel box, but no key in my box to open it. Called the post office and was put on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I gave up. Next day put on hold again for 1 hour and forty five minutes. I hung up. Whats going on. Who does that. I paid money for those items. Not happy right now.

Younger male that works the counter is awesome. Always smiling and very helpful. Even during the Christmas craziness.

Today as I was walking to go get my mail, the whole entire mailbox was left open with everyone’s mail and packages being exposed! I cannot believe that whoever was delivering the mail forgot to close the door. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Best USPS office I have ever been at. All people is great and friendly. I moved from Spanish Fork to Lehi and wow, the office here is a nightmare of unfriendly people and worst mailmen delivering packages left exposed on the mailbox at the reach of anyone passing by.One of the things I miss about Spanish Fork aside from Fiesta Days

I have never had such a horendous experience as I have with this dang post office. This is the 3rd time in a week something has not been delivered, and all they can tell me is well it says delivered so Im sure itll show up. To make matters worse, our entire apartment complex gets everyone elses mail. Are yall just illiterate?! There are CLEARLY numbers listed on the addresses, just match them to the giant numbers on the mailbox. Im one of at least 20 people to complain about this just in our complex, and nothing has changed. I am absolutely appalled.

1 Star review for a continuing problem; parcel packages being delivered to what is tantamount to the wrong address. This has happened 3 times this last year and Im sick of it. I really dislike having purchased expensive products online, only to have the mailman stick the lock box key for my delivery into someone elses mail. Now I have to hope that whomever retrieves my package is honest. The icing on the cake is i cannot get Spanish Fork post office on the phone. I will never have anything delivered via USPS again if i can avoid it, because this has happened too often. I dont care how much extra it costs, FedEx or UPS is the way to go.

Are we to change our bussiness hours to fit USPS schedule? NO!. They didnt deliver our time sensitive package cause our bussiness was closed. We are on the same shoping center as the dollar tree and Maceys (literally across the street from usps) most businesses on this are OPEN AT 10AM so why the hell would USPS ATTEMPT TO DELIVER A PACKAGE AT 9AM!?!?!? To make matters worst they didnt notified us about the failed attempt delivery. NEVER USE USPS for your business!

I shouldnt ever be on hold for a post office for longer than 30 min. I was kept on hold for an 1 hr 45 then they just hung up on me

Ive had repeated problems with requesting a package pickup. But then nobody comes. Package sits vulnerable on the porch from sun up to sundown. Just because I dont have a mailbox on property does not mean that you can skip a pickup request. Id say they get it right only 80% of the time.

It is a typical U.S. Post Office... which means not enough staff at the reception desk, which means long wait times. Government Bureaucracy at its finest 😕.

We made a mailing mistake. They went above and beyond to help us fix it. It saved us time and money.
