Our account manager is incredible and her attention to detail and follow through helps our business continue to grow and keep our customers happy with their shipments! They have taken so much stress out of the fulfillment of every day orders and we couldnt be where we are without them!

We have been using Elite Ops as a fulfillment for our company for nearly 4 years.They are fast, honest, and best of all... Accurate!  After having two bad experiences with other fulfillment centers, Elite Ops has been amazing. Their technology is great and allows fast and accurate fulfillment and shipping. We have a dedicated customer support rep that handles anything we need. They have had no issue keeping up with us as our company has grown and also kept things going remarkably smooth during COVID.Highly recommended!

Weve used Elite for several years and have had a great experience with them. We use several fulfilment companies across our product line and Elite is very competitive and handle our complicated requests quickly and easily. Several of the other fulfillment companies we use seem to struggle with similar requests. Our business can be very cyclical and in boom times Elite always steps up and takes care of us!

Very organized, huge facility. A customer of mine uses their fulfilment center for his orders, and I must say that it was very impressive.

Did a delivery there. Such nice folks.

If you have not experienced these things you will be amazed. I often go up through the canyon and love to watch them when they are turning.

I started out warehousing with them before I knew what I was doing.It has been nearly 8 months since I pulled all our product from their facility. If I had not pulled our product we would have lost so much money we wouldnt be able to operate. Since leaving 8 months ago I have learned a lot more about the shipping and warehousing game....and the reason Im taking my time to leave this review a whole 8 months later is because now that I know more about all this, I feel other small business owners could learn from my experience before choosing to engage them or not.The reason for 2 stars is I feel they overcharged and took advantage of us. Honestly I would have let it all go and never come back to leave negative feedback, except for one thing that I cant get over... once I told them I was moving the product out because they were costing us way to much, they quoted me to prep all our product and ship it down to our new location. The amount they charged me was SO ridiculously high, but they knew they could charge me whatever they wanted because I didnt think I had any other options.Essentially it was as if they were holding my materials hostage until I paid a crazy amount. Which I did end up paying by maxing out my last credit card.I did not like they they asked me to send them my POs, which of course showed them how much my customers were paying me....It also (really) annoyed me that my account manage felt comfortable enough with me to casually try to get me to share all my costs with him...If you have ridiculously huge margins on your product and can afford to pay them a large fortune so that you can (maybe) make a small one.... this is the place for you.If you are like me and have reasonable margins and cannot afford expensive service providers draining you, find another solution. Not only are my finances better without EliteOps, our operations are actually running smoother because we have more oversight and control.On a positive note, the location and faculty is breathtaking by windmills under a couple mountains.

For starters, I sent a damaged product back to a company named DRONES ETC, OUT OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH. They have had my quad for going on three weeks and it is currently being g shipped back to me in same condition it was in when I sent it out, after spending approx $155 for in tial diagnosis which I never received, and then shipping cost to send it and then shipping costs to have it sent back to me. These folks are fraudlent . They claim to be someone else and when u try and contact them a lot of times I would receive a recorded message with no way of leaving message.For anyone who reads this, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIES AND CHEATERS BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW.There is also another company doing same thing, named Everon Drones. They have nice website, and good prices but they are not who they say they are either.I am awaiting my package and on the UPS SITE IT STATED THAT MY PACKAGE WAS COMING FROM ELITE OPS out of Spanish Forks Utah. Never once until this morning had I ever heard of this entity.Please read this and head my advice ... if you are looking for a drone repair center, be very careful who u choose. ..... there are many more I believe practicing similar tatics, which include keeping your drone for 4-5 times the time they quote u to repair it. They have another mother company that is not made public that does not like some LEGAL TAX PAYING CITIZENS THAT ENJOY THIS NEW HOBBY TO PLAY WITH WHAT THEY SEE AS THERE TOYS that the public now has access to. There is no telling what these companies might do to your drone if they recieve it.This is true feedback from a drone hobbiest who is fed up with the non sense I have encountered with these companies. I will also note I am a member of the AMA, and I fly my drone in a responsible manner, and should not be treated like I am a criminal or anything else but a honest paying customer who has no intentions of any kind other than to enjoy this new hobby. If either company I have mentioned in this, moment has something to say about it, I welcome u to openly discuss what I said this morning in this comment. But bring ur A game, because I have mine....

If you are coming to this place do not follow directions on a GPS to their address! Turn by the gas station a quarter mile down hill and take a first left. Very confusing.
